技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于扁平疣治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
扁平疣(Verruca plana)是由人类乳头病毒(HPV)引起的人体表皮赘生物，各年龄段 均可发生。经医学研究发现人类乳头病毒感染后有一部分会导致皮肤癌和宫颈癌等，因而日 益引起人们的重视。人类乳头病毒是一种DNA病毒，人是它的唯一宿主，宿主细胞是皮肤和 粘膜上皮细胞，病毒存在于棘层细胞中，并可促使细胞增生形成疣状损害。疣可通过直接接 触传染，亦可通过污染物间接传染。疣的潜伏期为1至3个月，中医称扁平疣为″扁瘊″，″千 日疮″，认为多由肌肤腠理不密，风热邪毒侵入体内或体内肝虚血燥，筋气不荣，热毒外发郁 积皮肤而发病的。
西医治疗扁平疣多以激素、抗生素、维生素作为常用药物，甚至采用激光、液氮冷冻治疗等，但这些疗法对皮肤有较强刺激，掌握不好易留疤痕，且存在着很大的副作用和安全隐患，复发率极高。中医认为疣属于风邪客于肌肤而赘生或因肝虚而燥、筋不营所致的理论，运用中医整体理论及辨证施治法则，中药大多以调肝健脾、养血祛风、清热解毒、软坚除疣为治疗原则。
本发明用于扁平疣治疗的中药配方，针对扁平疣病因病机，以解毒清热，软坚散结，疏肝解郁，破血行气，祛瘀止痛为治疗原则，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种疗效迅速、纯中药制剂、无副作用、不复发、治疗周期短，通过身体内部调理进而能从根本上治疗扁平疣的中药组合物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：生薏苡仁28g，蓼大青叶28g，板蓝根28g，马齿苋28g，生牡蛎（先煎）28g，磁石（先煎）28g，生黄芪10~50g，莪术6~7g，连翘7g，紫草7g，生甘草5g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将生牡蛎及磁石放入砂锅中煎制30分钟，其余药材另用砂锅冷水浸泡2小时，把煎过生牡蛎和磁石及水加入其余的药材中，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎制，第一次煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣3cm的热水，煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分早晚温服，同时每日至少2次用纱布蘸药汁外擦，以疣体微红或微痛为度，每次不少于30分钟。
发明用于治疗扁平疣的中药汤剂，选择天然药物，针对扁平疣病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，蓼大青叶、板蓝根、马齿苋、连翘清热活血解毒；配紫草、莪术凉血祛瘀；生牡蛎、磁石软坚化积，平肝潜阳；重用薏苡仁、黄芪以健脾理湿，且有透表作用，可引药直达肌肤；甘草清热补中，调和诸药。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗扁平疣的中药汤剂，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生薏苡仁28g，蓼大青叶28g，板蓝根28g，马齿苋28g，生牡蛎（先煎）28g，磁石（先煎）28g，生黄芪10~50g，莪术6~7g，连翘7g，紫草7g，生甘草5g。
实施例2：如果患者脾虚，在上述组分中加黄芪20g，党参28g。
实施例3：如果患者有湿，在上述组分中加苍术7g，佩兰7g，黄岑28g。
实施例4：如果患者疣色暗紫，在上述组分中加红花7g，川芎7g，当归28g。

以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于扁平疣护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
被确诊为扁平疣病症的患者456例，其中，病程1-3月的患者 110例、病程3-12个月患者224例、病程1-2年且经常性反复发作患者122 例，其中男女患者基本各半。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状全部消失，实验室检查正常或接近正常水平，且随观 无复发；
有效：临床症状减轻，试验室检查各相关指标有所改善，体征有改善， 复发率较低；
无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：临床治愈398例，有效51例，无效7例，总有效率98.46％。
典型案例：
周某，女，30岁。患者半年前脸上开始陆陆续续的长出了一些珍珠状的小包，误以为是简单的皮肤问题，自己使用医药店购买的皮肤外用药但未见效果，后经专业皮肤病医院诊断为扁平疣。使用本发明中药组合物治疗10天后，珍珠状疣体明显萎缩，开始脱落，疣体渐渐消失，颜色变淡，瘙痒感觉逐渐缓解。使用20天后，珍珠状疣体基本全部脱落，皮表渐渐恢复光滑，色素沉着明显变淡。使用30天，疣体全部萎缩脱落，皮表恢复为病前，光滑如初，因长时间生病的色素沉着得到根本性改善，基本恢复到健康皮肤状态。
