Abstract
本发明属于草鱼饲料领域,公开了一种促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料及其制备方法,按照质量百分数由面粉4‑10%、玉米4‑10%、木薯5‑15%、米糠8‑15%、大豆5‑12%、豆粕10‑15%、菜粕20‑25%、棉粕6‑12%、白酒糟3‑6%、鱼粉2‑5%、肉粉2‑5%、大豆油1.5‑2.5%、沸石粉1‑2%、磷酸二氢钙2‑3%和预混料2%组成。本发明经多次验证,草鱼取得了较好的瘦身效果,不影响生长,肝胆等内脏器官也很健康,而且耐运输。大豆、豆粕、菜粕、鱼粉、肉粉等合理搭配使饲料的蛋白、脂肪量适中,食用本发明的草鱼鱼体肥满度为1.9‑2.3%。

技术领域
本发明属于草鱼饲料领域,尤其涉及一种促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:近年来,草鱼饲料的竞争日益激烈,为了追求草鱼的生长速度,一些饲料企业把草鱼饲料的营养指标(特别是粗脂肪)做得较高,但是出现了草鱼肥胖,甚至“吊肚子”的现象,“卖相”欠佳,给草鱼的销售带来了很大的困难。脂肪代谢受阻,过多的脂肪沉积于肝胰脏、肠系膜等处,造成草鱼内脏团比例偏大,而出现草鱼肥胖,甚至“吊肚子”的现象。“吊肚子”从形体指标上来说,主要表现为鱼体肥满度[体重(克)/体长(厘米)3×100%]、脏体比[内脏重(克)/体重(克)×100%]偏大,解决这一问题的关键是必需促进脂肪的正常代谢,如磷酸二氢钙的量应该足够,磷酸二氢钙中的磷能促进脂肪转运和代谢。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:草鱼肥胖,甚至“吊肚子”的现象,“卖相”欠佳,草鱼的“卖相”不佳是消费者的感观反应,其实质主要是草鱼肚子大、短粗等导致的,根本原因是草鱼体内脂肪累积过多,给草鱼的销售带来了很大的困难。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料,所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料按照质量百分数由面粉4-10%、玉米4-10%、木薯5-15%、米糠8-15%、大豆5-12%、豆粕10-15%、菜粕20-25%、棉粕6-12%、白酒糟3-6%、鱼粉2-5%、肉粉2-5%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、沸石粉1-2%、磷酸二氢钙2-3%和预混料2%组成。
进一步,所述预混料包括维生素添加剂、微量元素添加剂、防霉剂、抗氧化剂及具有保肝利胆功能的植物提取物。维生素添加剂(包括维生素A、D、E、K、C、B1、B2、B6、B12、肌醇等)、微量元素添加剂(包括硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠等)、防霉剂(丙酸)、抗氧化剂(以乙氧基喹啉为主复配而成)及具有保肝利胆功能的植物(葛根、甘草等)提取物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法,所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,除预混料、大豆油外的其它原料经超微粉碎后称量、混合后进入调质器,再进入膨化机进行膨化制粒;
步骤二,预混料由工人从人工投料口投入,大豆油在混合机里加入2/3,在膨化饲料冷却过程中外喷1/3。
综上所述,本发明的优点及积极效果为:根据草鱼的生理结构、消化吸收等特点,选用了一些非常规原料进入配方,经多次验证,草鱼取得了较好的瘦身效果,不影响生长,肝胆等内脏器官也很健康,而且耐运输。配方中使用了面粉、玉米、木薯等淀粉类原料,添加量适中,满足了膨化制粒及草鱼对碳水化合物的需求,米糠、白酒糟等原料满足了草鱼对粗纤维的需求,大豆、豆粕、菜粕、鱼粉、肉粉等合理搭配使饲料的蛋白、脂肪量适中,食用本发明的草鱼鱼体肥满度为1.9-2.3%。特别是对于“吊肚子”的草鱼有较好的瘦身效果,而且草鱼生长良好,肝胆等内脏器官健康,鱼体耐运输。对于“吊肚子”的肥胖草鱼一般投喂20天左右即可达到瘦身的效果。如果水质正常,投喂科学,一般可以在20天之后,草鱼的“吊肚子”现象就恢复正常了,而且鱼的长势正常,解剖发现,草鱼肝胰脏、肠系膜等处的油脂恢复正常。
面粉、玉米、木薯这三种原料主要提供淀粉,满足膨化制粒及草鱼对碳水化合物的需求,木薯中的淀粉多为支链淀粉,不易转化为脂肪;米糠、白酒糟主要提供粗纤维,摄入适量的粗纤维可以促进草鱼的消化;大豆、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、鱼粉、肉粉主要提供蛋白质,鱼粉、肉粉中的油脂也较高,米糠、大豆、鱼粉、肉粉中的油脂及大豆油一起满足草鱼对脂肪的需求,而且脂肪有节约蛋白质的作用;沸石粉可以吸附草鱼消化过程中产生的有害微生物及有毒气体,吸附的有害物质被排出体外,从而减弱有害物质对肠道的危害,有利于维护草鱼肠道健康,提高肠道消化吸收功能;磷酸二氢钙主要是补充饲料中的磷源,草鱼属于无胃鱼,对鱼粉、豆粕等原料中的磷利用率极低,而且磷可以使蛋白质沉积增加和脂肪沉积降低;预混料中含有所需的足够的维生素、微量元素,满足生长及调节需要,防霉剂、抗氧化剂可以延长饲料保存期,减少生霉、氧化现象,预混料中加有保肝利胆功能的植物提取物。草鱼正常生长、脂肪代谢正常、肝胆等内脏器官健康、体型正常,一般20天左右即可让“吊肚子”草鱼恢复正常体型,肥满度在2.1%左右。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供的促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料按照质量百分数由面粉4-10%、玉米4-10%、木薯5-15%、米糠8-15%、大豆5-12%、豆粕10-15%、菜粕20-25%、棉粕6-12%、白酒糟3-6%、鱼粉2-5%、肉粉2-5%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、沸石粉1-2%、磷酸二氢钙2-3%和预混料(包括维生素添加剂、微量元素添加剂、防霉剂、抗氧化剂等)2%组成。
本发明实施例提供的促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的营养指标:粗蛋白27-30%,粗脂肪4-7%,钙1.6-2.2%,总磷1.5-2.0%,赖氨酸1.3-1.6%。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S101:除预混料、大豆油外的其它原料经超微粉碎后称量、混合后进入调质器,再进入膨化机进行膨化制粒;
S102:预混料由工人从人工投料口投入,大豆油在混合机里加入2/3,在膨化饲料冷却过程中外喷1/3。
本发明实施例提供的促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法具体包括:原料接收→清理、除杂→称量→粉碎→混合→调质→膨化、挤压→干燥→喷油→冷却→在线检测→成品包装。
2017年4月中旬该配方草鱼膨化饲料在贵州某水域多处网箱养殖的草鱼使用,效果非常好,基本上投喂20天,“吊肚子”草鱼体型恢复正常,内脏健康,达到上市规格的草鱼陆续上市,草鱼运输五六个小时成活率达到97%以上。

1.一种促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料,其特征在于,所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料按照质量百分数由面粉4-10%、玉米4-10%、木薯5-15%、米糠8-15%、大豆5-12%、豆粕10-15%、菜粕20-25%、棉粕6-12%、白酒糟3-6%、鱼粉2-5%、肉粉2-5%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、沸石粉1-2%、磷酸二氢钙2-3%和预混料2%组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料包括维生素添加剂、微量元素添加剂、防霉剂、抗氧化剂及具有保肝利胆功能的植物提取物。
3.一种如权利要求1所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述促进草鱼瘦身的膨化饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,除预混料、大豆油外的其它原料经超微粉碎后称量、混合后进入调质器,再进入膨化机进行膨化制粒;
步骤二,预混料由工人从人工投料口投入,大豆油在混合机里加入2/3,在膨化饲料冷却过程中外喷1/3。
