Abstract
本发明涉及用于肉仔鸡的多肽型复配物免疫添加剂及其制备方法,包括中药免疫组分‑蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽制剂、甜菜碱、N‑氨甲酰谷氨酸、植物蛋白粉、膨润土以及壳聚糖等组分。本发明添加剂针对肉仔鸡生长特点配制,具有促生长、降低脂肪沉积以及增加机体免疫力等效果。

本发明涉及肉鸡饲料添加剂及制备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种肉仔鸡免疫饲料添加剂、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
新孵化出的商品肉鸡小鸡为肉仔鸡,肉仔鸡的前期饲养是肉鸡养殖的关键阶段。相比日增重速度慢的肉仔鸡,日增重速度快的肉仔鸡能够提前上市,尽快取得经济效益。另外一个方面是肉仔鸡健康状况,刚出生的仔鸡由于免疫力低,不能适应环境或饲料结构时容易出现各种应激反应,甚至产生疾病,例如腹泻、饮食下降甚至死亡,对生长性能产生不良影响。
针对肉仔鸡,现有技术公开了多种肉仔鸡的喂养饲料,例如下面这些。

虽然现有技术公开了多种仔鸡饲料,但是其组分繁多,包含多种主料,辅料以及微量元素、维生素等,制备繁琐,含菌量高;另外,不能有效提高仔鸡前期生长的机体免疫力。另外,现有技术中也公开了多种含有中草药的饲料以提高鸡的抗病能力。
例如,CN201810092750.4提供了一种仔鸡饲料及其制备方法,涉及家禽饲料制备技术领域。所述饲料包括以下原料:玉米、豆饼、鱼粉、多维素、鱼腥草粉、松针提取物、金银花提取物和处理中草药,其中处理中草药为山茶花、枇杷花、车前草、千里光和桑叶与玉米粉的发酵混合料。
CN201711333862.6公开了一种预防仔鸡鸡葡萄球菌感染的饲料及其制备方法,主要是由玉米、豆粕、麦麸、葵花籽、花生粕、紫花地丁、地骨皮、五倍子、野菊花、穿心莲、金银花按一定重量比例配制而成。
CN201610238494.6公开了一种大青叶、槟榔协同抗病肉仔鸡饲料及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:新鲜木薯渣500-600、枸橼酸钠1.5-2.5、芋叶32-36、大青叶4-5、槟榔3-4、青虫粉7-9、洋白菜26-28、芦笋15-17、玉米油2-3、赤小豆粉23-25、百合花瓣粉6-8、柠檬草27-29、芭蕉叶21-25、棕榈粕64-67、酱油渣43-46、酸梨汁7-9、玉米渣54-58、黑豆渣24-26、米酒21-24、玫瑰酱3-4、香菇多糖0.2-0.3。通过大青叶与槟榔协同配合,能够防御大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、流感病毒等对鸡体的侵害,减少鸡肠炎、支气管炎、病毒性肝炎等疾病,保障鸡群的健康。
但是,上述含有中草药的饲料配制粗糙,直接将药材粉碎加入,消化吸收率低,饲料适口性差,抗病效果差。
因此,仍有必要开发出一种适用性广的、能够促进肉仔鸡的生长且有效提高机体免疫力的添加剂,其能够适配多种粗、细饲料。
在肉仔鸡有益组分中,甜菜碱是天然绿色的添加剂之一,不存在残留和污染等问题。甜菜碱是动物机体内重要的甲基供体,具有促进生长、调节机体渗透压、促进诱食等功效。有研究表明,甜菜碱能改善家禽生长性能,胴体组成和肠道健康;但是,没有其他合理组分的搭配,单独甜菜碱的效果不显著,而且而随着甜菜碱添加量增加,生长性能甚至有可能有所下降。类似的,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸是精氨酸的一种内源激活剂,它是尿素循环中鸟氨酸生成瓜氨酸的中间体N-乙酰谷氨酸的结构类似物,可以激活尿素循环中的CPS-I酶,促进尿素循环,从而提高机体内源精氨酸合成。因此,精氨酸族氨基酸在禽畜饲养中具有调控禽畜机体营养代谢和免疫反应的作用,其机理和效果非常明确,可明显促进幼龄动物生长和发育。但单独通过加入精氨酸内源激活剂来达到提高机体精氨酸含量、改善动物健康的目的往往效果不佳,有研究表明,N-氨甲酰谷氨酸单纯应用在家禽饲料中较难促进肉仔鸡精氨酸内源生成以及蛋白质的合成。因此,须有合适的营养结构及组分搭配精氨酸内源激活剂,方能改善肉仔鸡的生长性能,即促进肉仔鸡精氨酸内源生成以及蛋白质的合成。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种适用于6周龄之前肉仔鸡的多肽型复配物无抗免疫添加剂,并提供其制备方法;所述多肽型复配物针对肉仔鸡生长特点配制,具有促生长(提高肉仔鸡日增重,降低料重比)、降低脂肪沉积以及增加机体免疫力作用。
具体地,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的第一个方面,提供一种适用于肉仔鸡的无抗免疫添加剂,包括:中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽制剂、甜菜碱、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸、植物蛋白粉以及适量壳聚糖。
按重量份计,各主要组分用量为:甜菜碱3-5份、中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂15-20份、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂30-50份、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸1-3份、植物蛋白粉20-30份;用适量1wt%壳聚糖溶液调配制粒。
其中,所述植物蛋白粉选自大豆蛋白粉或玉米蛋白粉,或者其组合。
所述动物蛋白包括鱼粉、破壁酵母粉,以及选自饲料用虾粉或蚯蚓粉中的一种或两种;可选地,还可包括饲料级乳清蛋白粉或其他动物蛋白粉等可选组分。
其中,所述的中药免疫组分提取物提取自由黄芩、党参、刺五加叶、陈皮组成的药材组。
优选地,按重量份计,上述药材的用量配比为:黄芩3-5份,党参5-7份,刺五加叶6-9份,陈皮3-4份。
优选地,所述的添加剂为颗粒型制剂。
本发明的第二个方面,提供上述无抗免疫添加剂的制备方法,包括步骤:
(S1)制备中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂;
(S2)制备含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽制剂;
(S3)与甜菜碱、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸、植物蛋白粉等组分混合复配,制粒。
具体地,上述方法具体步骤如下。
S1:制备中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂
包括如下步骤(1)-(5)。
(1)将干燥的破壁蜂花粉于100-105℃烘烤2-3min脱敏后降至室温,进行紫外灭菌处理;所述的破壁蜂花粉可以是物理破壁或发酵生物法破壁。
其中,所述蜂花粉选自商品化饲料用蜂花粉,优选玉米蜂花粉、山茶花蜂花粉或油菜花蜂花粉。
优选地,所述的破壁蜂花粉破壁率为不低于80%。其中,所述的破壁可以是物理破壁,也可以是酶解破壁处理。
(2)取干燥并经除尘除杂的黄芩3-5份,党参5-7份,刺五加叶6-9份,陈皮3-4份,将上述材料混合后粉碎过60-80目筛,然后按照1:2-3的质量比将药材粉末与上述灭菌蜂花粉混合得到提取原料,按提取原料的总重加入10-12倍重量的蒸馏水,并加入木聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合水解酶。
其中,溶液中木聚糖酶量为100-150U/ml,纤维素酶用量为50-80U/ml。
(3)调节溶液pH为5.0-5.5,50-55℃下振荡酶解处理4-6h,然后加热煮沸15-20min灭酶,降至室温后过滤并浓缩滤液,得到浓缩酶解液,滤渣干燥处理。
(4)将干燥的药材-蜂花粉滤渣加入到5-6倍质量的体积分数为75-90%的乙醇溶液中,加热至50-60℃超声回流提取2-3次,每次30min;提取完毕后过滤并合并滤液进行蒸发浓缩,得到提取液;将其与上述浓缩酶解液合并,继续浓缩并冷冻干燥得到粉末,即中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物。
(5)将上述混合提取物按照1:1-2的质量比加入乳清蛋白粉混匀,并用蒸馏水调配50-60wt%的溶液,充分搅拌或匀质处理以使得蛋白大分子充分包裹提取分子形成复合物,然后静电喷雾干燥机中进行静电喷雾得到混合提取物颗粒制剂。
S2:制备含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽制剂
包括如下步骤(1)-(2)。
(1)按重量份比例称取鱼粉,破壁酵母粉,以及选自超微粉碎的虾粉或蚯蚓粉中的一种或两种的蛋白粉进行混合,将上述动物蛋白粉原料混合均匀后灭菌,用8-10倍重量的蒸馏水匀浆后,于60-65℃恒温水浴锅中加入质量比为1:3-4的中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶组成的复合蛋白酶0.1-0.5wt%(基于蛋白粉干重),调节pH为7.5-8.5,保温酶解4-5小时,酶解结束后沸水浴加热15-20min灭酶,冷却,调pH至6.0-6.8,过滤并浓缩滤液,控制浓缩液质量为蛋白粉原料重量的3-5倍,得到含小分子多肽的浓缩酶解液。
其中,按重量份计,所述动物蛋白粉原料用量为:鱼粉10份,破壁酵母粉3-5,虾粉或蚯蚓粉4-5份。
(2)基于蛋白粉原料重量,分别称取1-2wt%的氯化钙、1-3wt%的氯化亚铁、1-1.5wt%的七水硫酸锌,以及选自水溶性铜盐、锰盐、钴盐、硒盐中一种或多种的可选金属盐组分0.01-0.1wt%,将上述复合金属盐组分加入所制得的多肽酶解液中,搅拌均匀,在pH6.0-6.8、50-60℃下于恒温水浴震荡锅中螯合反应30-60min,反应完毕后加入基于蛋白粉原料0.1wt%的Vc、0.3-0.5wt%的壳聚糖并搅拌均匀,随后将反应液真空浓缩并冷冻干燥,粉碎,得到含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂。
其中,所述的水溶性铜盐、锰盐、钴盐、硒盐系可以选自硫酸铜、醋酸钴、硫酸锰、亚硒酸钠等;其低用量比一方面可以保证完全的螯合反应,另一方面以多肽组分为主,辅以低含量螯合物,起到了同时提供微量元素螯合物和蛋白多肽组分的效果。
S3:混合复配,制粒
按重量份计,取甜菜碱3-5份、上述中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂15-20份、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂30-50份、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸1-3份、选自大豆蛋白粉或玉米蛋白粉的植物蛋白粉20-30份,并加入粘结剂膨润土1-2份,用适量1wt%的壳聚糖溶液混合均匀,在造粒机中造粒,干燥,制得用于肉仔鸡饲料免疫添加剂的多肽型复配物颗粒。
其中,所述多肽型复配物颗粒粒径为0.5-1.5mm,优选0.5-1mm。
其中,所述植物蛋白粉优选由大豆蛋白粉与玉米蛋白粉组成,二者质量比为1:0.5-2,优选1:0.5-1。
优选地,控制所述饲料添加剂含水量低于5%。
本发明中,所述添加剂可在肉仔鸡任意商品型或自配型基础饲料中添加,添加比例为1-5wt%,优选1-3%。
可选地,所述复配制粒过程中还可以添加粘合剂或湿润剂,例如,包括甲基纤维素,以及果胶、膨润土、凹凸棒、淀粉等。
除了肉仔鸡之外,本发明所述的添加剂也可添加于肉鸡中后期的日常饲料中以提高机体免疫力和肉质水平。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用药材粉和蜂花粉混合提取法,结合酶解处理和醇提,提高了提取率;最大化保留了蜂花粉内容物和药材有效组分;与乳清蛋白分子的复合,不仅增加了有益的动物蛋白,还降低了提取物的刺激性,从而避免了适口性的降低。而且不存在残留抗生素毒害和肉质污染等问题。
(2)与现有技术相比,本发明采取天然药材免疫组份提取物、蜂花粉内容物、多肽与甜菜碱、壳聚糖等组分复配,提高了诱食性;针对肉仔鸡生长前期消化能力弱、免疫力低等特点,复合制剂含有丰富的增强免疫性多糖/核酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、多肽、多肽螯合物、多种维生素和微量元素等,从多方面提高蛋鸡的机体抵抗力,提高饲料消化吸收率,降低料肉比,显著促进生长并降低脂肪沉积。
(3)本发明的制剂可以代替现有饲料中多种维生素和微量元素的添加,还可用于代替饲料预混料的使用,无需添加抗生素。其中花粉提取物和小分子多肽是十分理想的免疫增强剂,无抗药性,且不会产生应激反应。
(4)本发明通过饲喂试验研究,定了最佳的物质组合及相应的配方制备;多种物质协同发挥作用。相比一种或两种单独物质的组合,能够显著促进促进肉仔鸡生长,提高免疫力和屠宰性能、使用安全,制备方法简单,具有极强的推广价值。

制备例1
制备中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂
(1)将干燥的破壁率约85%的破壁玉米蜂花粉400g于102℃烘烤3min脱敏后降至室温,进行紫外灭菌;
(2)按重量份计,取干燥并经除尘除杂的黄芩3份、党参5份、刺五加叶6份、陈皮3份混合共得170g,将上述药材超微粉碎后过80目筛,然后将药材粉末与上述灭菌蜂花粉混合得到提取原料置于水浴震荡锅中,加入6L蒸馏水,然后加入木聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合水解酶制剂,控制溶液中木聚糖酶用量为120U/ml,纤维素酶用量为80U/ml;
(3)调节溶液pH为5.0,加热至55℃以120r/min振荡酶解处理5h,然后加热煮沸20min灭酶,降至室温后过滤并浓缩滤液,得到浓缩酶解液约500ml,滤渣干燥处理;
(4)将上述干燥处理后的药材-蜂花粉滤渣加入5倍质量的体积分数为85%的乙醇溶液中,加热至60℃超声回流提取2次,每次30min;提取完毕后过滤并合并滤液进行蒸发浓缩,得到提取液300ml;将其与上述浓缩酶解液合并,继续浓缩并冷冻干燥至含水量低于10%,得到粉末约182g,即中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物;
(5)将上述混合提取物与300g乳清蛋白粉混匀,并用蒸馏水调配50wt%的溶液,充分搅拌以使得蛋白大分子包裹提取分子,然后静电喷雾干燥机中进行静电喷雾得到混合提取物颗粒制剂约505g。
制备例2
(1)按鱼粉10份、破壁酵母粉3份、蚯蚓粉5份的重量份比例称取混合蛋白粉共1800g,将上述动物蛋白粉原料混合后灭菌,用16L蒸馏水匀浆后,于65℃恒温水浴锅中加入质量比为1:3的中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶组成的复合蛋白酶6g,其中溶液中碱性蛋白酶含量为40U/ml;调节pH为8.0,保温酶解5小时,酶解结束后沸水浴加热15min灭酶,冷却,调pH至6.5,过滤并浓缩滤液,得到含小分子多肽的浓缩酶解液约6.6Kg;
(2)分别称取25g氯化钙、20g氯化亚铁、20g七水硫酸锌,以及醋酸铜2.0g、硫酸锰3.1g、亚硒酸钠2.5g,将上述复合金属盐组分加入多肽酶解液中,搅拌均匀,在pH 6.5、60℃下于恒温水浴震荡锅中螯合反应45min,反应完毕后加入1.8g的Vc、6g壳聚糖并搅拌均匀,随后将反应液低温减压浓缩并冷冻干燥,粉碎,从而得到含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂。
实施例1
取甜菜碱30g、上述制备的中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂150g、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂300g、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸10g、大豆蛋白粉300g,并加入粘结剂膨润土20g,用1wt%的壳聚糖溶液混合均匀,在造粒机中造粒,干燥,制得用于肉仔鸡饲料免疫添加剂的多肽型复配物颗粒约846g,粒径约0.8mm,含水量低于5%。
实施例2
取甜菜碱45g、上述中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂200g、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂400g、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸25g、等重量比的大豆蛋白粉和玉米蛋白粉混合蛋白粉250g,并加入粘结剂膨润土20g,用1wt%的壳聚糖溶液混合均匀,在造粒机中造粒,干燥,制得用于肉仔鸡饲料免疫添加剂的多肽型复配物颗粒约986g,粒径约0.7mm,含水量低于5%。
对比实施例1
称取甜菜碱30g、玉米粉150g、鱼粉300g、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸10g、大豆蛋白粉300g,并加入粘结剂膨润土20g;其余制备方法或步骤同实施例1,制得对比添加剂1。
对比实施例2
称取玉米粉150g、鱼粉300g、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸10g、大豆蛋白粉330g,并加入粘结剂膨润土20g,其余制备方法或步骤同实施例1,制得对比添加剂2。
效果实施例
1.1试验方法
选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(公)300羽,按初生体重无差异原则随机分为5组(实验组1-2、对比组1-2以及空白对照组),每组3个重复。每个重复20羽。试验期6周。
各组分别在基础饲粮中添加1.5wt%的对应实施例制备的添加剂(分别对应实施例1-2、对比例1-2);空白对照组仅饲喂基础饲料,不添加任何添加剂。
其中试验分为两个阶段,前期于层叠式育雏笼中饲养,3周后转常规笼养,自由采食和饮水,定期进行防疫消毒。
基础饲粮及营养水平可按现行的鸡饲养标准配制或商购。本实施例基础饲粮为购自和美华公司的仔鸡商品饲料,组成及营养水平如下。饲粮配方为:玉米62%,豆粕30%,虾粉2.5%,豆油2%,磷酸氢钙0.9%,石粉1.2%,其余为预混料;预混料包含氯化胆碱、食盐、蛋氨酸、复合微生物、微量元素等;代谢能12.86MJ/KG,粗蛋白21.5%。
试验6周后次日(第43天)早晨以重复为单位空腹称重,计算肉仔鸡的体重、平均日增重、料重比(采食量/体重增重)、患病率等生长性能。每个重复随机取2羽肉仔鸡屠宰后,取腹脂称重并测量腹脂率(%,腹脂重/活体重);取去除外周脂肪的脾脏称重并测算脾脏指数(%,脾脏重/活体重);并用试剂盒检测颈静脉血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量(mg/L)。所有数据均用SPSS统计软件及单因子方差进行分析,差异显著水平为P<0.05。

由表可以看出,试验组肉仔鸡健康状况好于各对照组,肉仔鸡体重、平均日增重、料重比显著优于各对照组,差异具有显著性。结果表明,日粮中含添加剂的试验组肉仔鸡生长性能显著提高,能够有效促进饲料的消化吸收率,并促进诱食性,说明添加剂具有显著促进肉仔鸡生长的作用。
1.3腹脂率、脾脏指数及血清中免疫球蛋白IgG见下表。

结果表明,添加剂可显著降低肉仔鸡腹脂率,促进肉仔鸡蛋白质合成,证明本发明添加剂组分可调节脂肪酶活性,抑制脂肪合成或加快脂肪分解,减少体脂含量。肉仔鸡腹脂率显著降低,说明添加剂对改善肉仔鸡胴体品质尤其是降低腹脂率和增加蛋白质方面具有明显作用。
另外,本发明添加剂可以提高肉仔鸡免疫指数,其中试验组脾脏指数较对照组显著提高,且实验组肉仔鸡血清中免疫球蛋白含量具有高于对照组的趋势。说明本发明添加剂组分可显著提高肉仔鸡的免疫能力,并提高成活率,降低患病率。

1.一种用于肉仔鸡饲料的无抗免疫添加剂,其特征在于,包括:甜菜碱3-5份、中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂15-20份、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂30-50份、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸1-3份、植物蛋白粉20-30份;其中,所述所述植物蛋白粉选自大豆蛋白粉或玉米蛋白粉,所述的中药免疫组分提取物提取自黄芩、党参、刺五加叶、陈皮组成的药材组。
2.如权利要求1所述的免疫添加剂,其特征在于,所述动物蛋白包括:鱼粉,破壁酵母粉,以及选自虾粉或蚯蚓粉中的一种或两种。
3.如权利要求1-2所述免疫添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(S1)制备中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物制剂;
(S2)制备含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽制剂;
(S3)与甜菜碱、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸、植物蛋白粉等组分混合复配,制粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,(S1)具体步骤如下:
(1)将干燥的破壁蜂花粉于100-105℃烘烤2-3min后降至室温,进行紫外灭菌处理;其中,所述的破壁蜂花粉破壁率为不低于80%;
(2)取干燥并经除尘除杂的黄芩3-5份,党参5-7份,刺五加叶6-9份,陈皮3-4份,将上述材料混合后粉碎过60-80目筛,然后按照1:2-3的质量比将药材粉末与上述灭菌蜂花粉混合得到提取原料,按提取原料的总重加入10-12倍重量的蒸馏水,并加入木聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合水解酶;

(4)将干燥的药材-蜂花粉滤渣加入到体积分数为75-90%的乙醇溶液中,加热至50-60℃超声回流提取2-3次;提取完毕后过滤并合并滤液进行蒸发浓缩,得到提取液;将其与上述浓缩酶解液合并,继续浓缩并冷冻干燥得到粉末,即中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物;
(5)上述混合提取物中加入乳清蛋白粉混匀,并用蒸馏水调配溶液,充分搅拌或匀质处理以使得蛋白大分子充分包裹,然后静电喷雾并干燥得到混合提取物颗粒制剂。
5.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,(S2)具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量份比例称取鱼粉、破壁酵母粉、以及选自超微粉碎的虾粉或蚯蚓粉中的一种或两种的蛋白粉,将上述动物蛋白粉原料混合均匀后灭菌,蒸馏水匀浆,于60-65℃恒温水浴锅中加入中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶组成的复合蛋白酶,调节pH为7.5-8.5,保温酶解4-5小时,酶解结束后沸水浴加热15-20min灭酶,冷却,调pH至6.0-6.8,过滤并浓缩滤液,得到含小分子多肽的浓缩酶解液;
优选地,按重量份计,所述动物蛋白粉原料用量为:鱼粉10份,破壁酵母粉3-5,虾粉或蚯蚓粉4-5份;复合蛋白酶的中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶用量比为1:3-4;
(2)基于蛋白粉原料重量,分别称取1-2wt%的氯化钙、1-3wt%的氯化亚铁、1-1.5wt%的七水硫酸锌,以及选自水溶性铜盐、锰盐、钴盐、硒盐中一种或多种的可选金属盐组分0.01-0.1wt%,将上述复合金属盐组分加入所制得的多肽酶解液中,搅拌均匀,在pH 6.0-6.8、50-60℃下于恒温水浴震荡锅中螯合反应30-60min,反应完毕后加入基于蛋白粉原料0.1wt%的Vc、0.3-0.5wt%的壳聚糖并搅拌均匀,随后将反应液真空浓缩并冷冻干燥,粉碎,得到含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂。
6.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,(S3)具体步骤如下:
按重量份计,取甜菜碱3-5份、上述中药免疫组分-蜂花粉营养组分混合提取物颗粒制剂15-20份、含有机螯合态微量元素复合物的动物蛋白多肽粉状制剂30-50份、N-氨甲酰谷氨酸1-3份、选自大豆蛋白粉或玉米蛋白粉的植物蛋白粉20-30份,并加入粘结剂膨润土1-2份,用适量1wt%的壳聚糖溶液混合均匀,在造粒机中造粒,制得用于肉仔鸡饲料免疫添加剂的多肽型复配物颗粒。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白粉优选由大豆蛋白粉与玉米蛋白粉组成,质量比为1:0.5-2。
8.权利要求1-7所述的饲料免疫添加剂用于肉仔鸡基础饲料添加剂的用途。
9.如权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述添加剂添加比例为1-5wt%。
