Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,涉及服饰面料技术领域,由以下成分制成:甘油、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐、仙人掌提取液、硼砂、月桂酸钠、二十二碳六烯酸盐、去离子水;本发明通过对各组分进行合理的配比,配制成的聚酯纤维处理液,不仅能够有效的提高提高聚酯纤维表面亲水性,经过本发明聚酯纤维面料处理液处理后的聚酯纤维面料表面接触角降低至90°,亲水性得到极大的提高。

技术领域
本发明属于服饰面料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚酯纤维面料处理液。
背景技术
聚酯纤维由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维。工业化大量生产的聚酯纤维是用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的,中国的商品名为涤纶。是当前合成纤维的第一大品种。由于聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维是其主要品种,故习称聚酯纤维即指这种纤维。这类纤维外观挺括,热稳定性好,但吸湿性稍差,从而导致其制成的运动服无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种聚酯纤维面料处理液。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甘油15、乙二胺四乙酸2、乙二胺四乙酸盐6、仙人掌提取液15-20、硼砂1.8、月桂酸钠5-8、二十二碳六烯酸盐3-5、去离子水100。
进一步的,所述仙人掌提取液制备方法为:
称取仙人掌适量,将仙人掌除去表面毛刺,采用弱酸溶液浸泡30min,然后过滤,采用清水清洗至中性后,然后粉碎,过120目筛,再向粉碎后的仙人掌中添加其质量15倍清水,浸泡1小时,然后加热至88℃,继续保温2小时,调节温度至50℃,添加仙人掌质量2倍的无水乙醇,继续浸泡2小时,然后过滤,得滤液,回收滤液中的乙醇,再浓缩至原体积的五分之一,即得所需仙人掌提取液。
进一步的,所述弱酸溶液为醋酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液中任一种。
进一步的,所述弱酸溶液浓度为0.12mol/L。
进一步的,所述乙二胺四乙酸盐为乙二胺四乙酸钠。
进一步的,所述二十二碳六烯酸盐为二十二碳六烯酸钾。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明通过对各组分进行合理的配比,配制成的聚酯纤维处理液,不仅能够有效的提高提高聚酯纤维表面亲水性,经过本发明聚酯纤维面料处理液处理后的聚酯纤维面料表面接触角降低至90°,亲水性得到极大的提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甘油15、乙二胺四乙酸2、乙二胺四乙酸盐6、仙人掌提取液15、硼砂1.8、月桂酸钠5、二十二碳六烯酸盐3、去离子水100。
进一步的,所述仙人掌提取液制备方法为:
称取仙人掌适量,将仙人掌除去表面毛刺,采用弱酸溶液浸泡30min,然后过滤,采用清水清洗至中性后,然后粉碎,过120目筛,再向粉碎后的仙人掌中添加其质量15倍清水,浸泡1小时,然后加热至88℃,继续保温2小时,调节温度至50℃,添加仙人掌质量2倍的无水乙醇,继续浸泡2小时,然后过滤,得滤液,回收滤液中的乙醇,再浓缩至原体积的五分之一,即得所需仙人掌提取液。

进一步的,所述仙人掌提取液制备方法为:
称取仙人掌适量,将仙人掌除去表面毛刺,采用弱酸溶液浸泡30min,然后过滤,采用清水清洗至中性后,然后粉碎,过120目筛,再向粉碎后的仙人掌中添加其质量15倍清水,浸泡1小时,然后加热至88℃,继续保温2小时,调节温度至50℃,添加仙人掌质量2倍的无水乙醇,继续浸泡2小时,然后过滤,得滤液,回收滤液中的乙醇,再浓缩至原体积的五分之一,即得所需仙人掌提取液。

一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甘油15、乙二胺四乙酸2、乙二胺四乙酸盐6、仙人掌提取液18、硼砂1.8、月桂酸钠6、二十二碳六烯酸盐4、去离子水100。
进一步的,所述仙人掌提取液制备方法为:
称取仙人掌适量,将仙人掌除去表面毛刺,采用弱酸溶液浸泡30min,然后过滤,采用清水清洗至中性后,然后粉碎,过120目筛,再向粉碎后的仙人掌中添加其质量15倍清水,浸泡1小时,然后加热至88℃,继续保温2小时,调节温度至50℃,添加仙人掌质量2倍的无水乙醇,继续浸泡2小时,然后过滤,得滤液,回收滤液中的乙醇,再浓缩至原体积的五分之一,即得所需仙人掌提取液。

1.一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:甘油15、乙二胺四乙酸2、乙二胺四乙酸盐6、仙人掌提取液15-20、硼砂1.8、月桂酸钠5-8、二十二碳六烯酸盐3-5、去离子水100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,所述仙人掌提取液制备方法为:
称取仙人掌适量,将仙人掌除去表面毛刺,采用弱酸溶液浸泡30min,然后过滤,采用清水清洗至中性后,然后粉碎,过120目筛,再向粉碎后的仙人掌中添加其质量15倍清水,浸泡1小时,然后加热至88℃,继续保温2小时,调节温度至50℃,添加仙人掌质量2倍的无水乙醇,继续浸泡2小时,然后过滤,得滤液,回收滤液中的乙醇,再浓缩至原体积的五分之一,即得所需仙人掌提取液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,所述弱酸溶液为醋酸溶液、柠檬酸溶液中任一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,所述弱酸溶液浓度为0.12mol/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,所述乙二胺四乙酸盐为乙二胺四乙酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维面料处理液,其特征在于,所述二十二碳六烯酸盐为二十二碳六烯酸钾。
