When unsuitable machine washing prompt, color conflict prompt and/or material conflict prompt appear at the same time, the priority of each prompt is as follows: the machine washing prompt, the color conflict prompt and the material conflict prompt are not suitable.
The washing equipment is a washing machine, and for clothes, if the clothes which are not suitable for machine washing are subjected to machine washing, the clothes can be damaged greatly, for example, the leather clothes can crack, so that the top priority is required. If the clothes are faded or cross-colored, other clothes can be dyed, so that great loss is caused, and the next prompt is given; and finally, the material conflict is relatively small compared with the former two, and finally the prompt is given.
In a further scheme, the method comprises the following specific steps:

As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for controlling a washing apparatus, in which the washing apparatus identifies a plurality of attribute information of laundry and transmits the attribute information to a control unit, and the control unit obtains washing programs respectively corresponding to the attribute information, performs logic judgment on the washing programs, and selects an optimal washing program suitable for all the attribute information of the laundry.
Because the attributes of the clothes are different, the clothes with different attributes need to be washed by adopting different washing programs, and the optimal washing mode suitable for all the attributes of all the clothes is obtained by identifying the attribute information of the clothes, so that the damage of the clothes to be washed caused by the wrong selection of the washing program is avoided.
Further, if the washing machine has a function of judging whether the washing machine is suitable for machine washing or not and whether the washing machine is suitable for mixed washing or not, as in any one of the first to fifth embodiments, when the washing machine judges whether the washing program is recommended after the machine washing is suitable for machine washing or the mixed washing, the washing device identifies a plurality of attribute information of the laundry suitable for machine washing and suitable for shuffled washing, and transmits the attribute information to the control unit, the control unit acquires the washing programs respectively corresponding to the attribute information, performs logical judgment on the washing programs, and selects the optimal washing program suitable for all the attribute information of the laundry.
If the washing machine does not have the function of judging whether machine washing is appropriate or not and whether mixed washing is appropriate or not, the laundry may be all laundry without the above judgment.
Furthermore, each attribute information corresponds to one washing program, each washing program corresponds to different priority levels, the control unit acquires the washing programs respectively corresponding to the attribute information, compares the priority levels of the plurality of washing programs and selects the optimal washing program suitable for all the attribute information of the clothes. In the washing procedure of weak washing at normal temperature, the rotating speed of a motor is low in the washing process, the temperature of washing water is normal temperature, and the washing time is relatively long.
Example nine
The washing equipment judges whether the machine washing is suitable or not and whether the mixed washing is suitable or not by identifying the clothes information of the clothes to be washed, thereby giving various prompts. The clothes information of the clothes to be washed is stored by a data storage method, the clothes information can be easily identified by the washing equipment, the error rate is low, and the washing equipment can accurately judge according to the stored information, so that a prompt or a recommended washing program is given.
The present embodiment provides a data storage method for clothes information as in embodiments one to eight, the data storage method includes dividing the clothes information into N types of data information according to information types, storing the N types of data information on data carriers respectively in the form of codes, and different codes in the same type of data information represent different defined clothes specific information.
In the scheme, the clothes information is divided into N types and is stored on the data carrier in the form of codes, so that the storage mode of the clothes information is normalized, any clothes can be stored and defined, and the method is simple, practical and worthy of popularization. On the other hand, the data information is stored in the form of codes, so that the storage capacity of the clothes information is saved, and compared with the existing storage mode, the scheme stores more clothes information through a smaller storage space.
Preferably, according to the category number of each type of data information in the N types of data information, a proper amount of bit digits of each type of data information are allocated to store the corresponding information.
In the above scheme, a proper amount of bit digits of various types of data information are allocated to store corresponding information according to the category number of the various types of data information in the N types of data information, the design is reasonable, and the storage space is further saved. Such as: the clothing material information includes jute, ramie, wool, rabbit hair, silk, spider silk, polyester, nylon, acrylic, and the like, and the materials may be classified into hemp materials (jute, ramie), wool materials (wool, rabbit hair), silk materials (silk, spider silk), and chemical fiber materials (polyester, nylon, acrylic) according to the material types, and the clothing material information may be allocated to two bits at this time, for example, 00 represents hemp materials, 01 represents wool materials, 10 represents silk materials, and 11 represents chemical fiber materials (this example is only for explanation, and is not used to limit the technical solution of the present invention).
Preferably, the N-type data information includes clothing material information, clothing color information, and clothing category information, wherein the number of bits occupied by the clothing category information > the number of bits occupied by the clothing color information > the number of bits occupied by the clothing material information.
In the above scheme, the N-type data information is designed to include clothing material information, clothing color information and clothing category information are three types of data information which are the most important data information of clothing summarized by the inventor in a large number of experiments, and can basically meet conventional requirements, and the three types of data are very important data categories for clothing, for example, the clothing material information is an important basis for selecting clothing by a consumer, and is also an important reference basis for selecting a detergent to wash the clothing, for example, the function of intelligently matching a washing program can be realized through the clothing material information, the requirement for selecting clothing by people can be met, and the basis for recycling and classifying the clothing is also provided; the color of the clothes is an important basis for consumers to select the clothes and is also an important reference basis for whether the clothes can be shuffled when the clothes are shuffled, and in the modern automation industry, the data information is important parameter information; the category information is not only an important basis for selecting the lotion, but also an important basis for washing intensity, and is also a basis for selecting clothes, and is also important parameter information in future or present automatic design. Preferably, the clothes material information occupies 3-6 bits, the clothes color information occupies 4-6 bits, and the clothes category information occupies 5-7 bits. More preferably, the clothing material information occupies 4 bits, the clothing color information occupies 5 bits, and the clothing category information occupies 6 bits.
In the above scheme, designing that the clothing material information occupies 4 bits, the clothing color information occupies 5 bits, and the clothing category information occupies 6 bits is an optimal storage mode summarized by a great deal of research performed by the inventor, by designing each specific storage bit, the category information of clothing can be basically distinguished, and the requirement of conventional classification is met, for example, the clothing material information is stored or identified by 4 bits, 16 materials can be distinguished, and the 16 materials are respectively: the clothes washing method based on the natural silk fibers completely meets the daily classification detail requirements of people on clothes materials, can be used as a basis for matching clothes washing programs and detergents of a washing machine, and can also be used as a basis for properly predicting clothes.

This embodiment provides a data carrier for storing data using the data storage method of embodiment nine, comprising:

In the above scheme, the form of the code represents the clothes material information, the clothes color information, the clothes category information, the clothes specification information and the clothes manufacturer information, which is beneficial to saving the storage space, because one application of the data carrier of the invention is that the data carrier is fixed on the corresponding clothes for identifying the clothes information, and the data carrier is a data carrier which needs to be used in a large amount, the cost is required to be reduced as much as possible, the cost can be directly reduced by reducing the storage space of the data carrier, and the data carrier is the most practical low-cost scheme.
Preferably, the capacity of the first storage area is M bytes, wherein the storage capacity of the manufacturer information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes type information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes color information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes specification information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes material information storage module.
In the above scheme, since the category quantity of each type of information of the clothes is not used, the storage capacity of each allocated storage module is different, and meanwhile, the different storage capacities of each allocated storage module is also a way of saving the storage space of the data carrier, so that when the storage area of the data carrier is configured as the storage capacity of the manufacturer information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes category information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes color information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes specification information storage module > the storage capacity of the clothes material information storage module, the storage area of the clothes color information storage module is favorable for storing more clothes information.
Preferably, M is 4, the clothing manufacturer information occupies 12 bits, the clothing specification information occupies 5 bits, the clothing category information occupies 6 bits, the clothing color information occupies 5 bits, and the clothing material information occupies 4 bits.
Preferably, the data carrier further comprises a second storage area, and the second storage area is used for storing manufacturer internal information for a clothes manufacturer.
In the above scheme, the data carrier is provided with the second storage area, so that a manufacturer can conveniently identify the clothes, and the second storage area is arranged, so that the dependence of the manufacturer on the data carrier is increased, and the popularization and application of the data carrier on the manufacturer side are facilitated. The design is more reasonable, the requirements of manufacturers and the external requirements are combined into one, and the popularization of the data carrier is facilitated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the data carrier includes a first storage area and a second storage area, the first storage area includes 32 bits, from right to left, from high to low, wherein the first storage area includes five storage modules, from high to bottom, respectively including a clothing material information storage module 1, a clothing color information storage module 2, a clothing category information storage module 3, a clothing specification information storage module 4, and a manufacturer information storage module 5. The clothes material information storage module 1 occupies 4 bits, the clothes color information storage module 2 occupies 5 bits, the clothes category information storage module 3 occupies 6 bits, the clothes specification information storage module 4 occupies 5 bits, and the manufacturer information storage module 5 occupies 12 bits.

This embodiment further provides a method for storing clothing information on a data carrier, where the data carrier is an electronic tag, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, and the electronic tag at least includes an EPC memory for storing an electronic product code for identifying a tag object and a USER memory for storing USER-defined data, and a code for identifying clothing information; the storage method comprises the following steps: detecting the remaining storage space of the EPC memory of the electronic tag; when the storage space is enough to store the code of the clothes information, the code of the clothes information is stored into an EPC memory; otherwise, the code of the clothes information is stored in the USER memory. Meanwhile, different writing priorities are used for different clothes information types in the storage process, so that the electronic tag can be ensured to completely and effectively store key information of various types of information of clothes, and the intelligent washing requirement of the washing machine is met.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the clothes information identified by the code of the clothes information in the present embodiment includes clothes attribute information, i.e., characteristic information of the clothes itself, and the clothes attribute in the present embodiment includes: clothes material information, clothes color information, clothes category information, clothes specification information, clothes manufacturer information and the like.
The RFID-based electronic tag storage technology, the storage method and the electronic tag in the embodiment conform to the EPC Class1Gen2 protocol. Under the protocol, the electronic tag memory is divided into four independent memories, which are respectively: RESERVED (RESERVED) memory, EPC memory, tag identification number (TID) memory, USER (USER) memory. The reserved memory is used for managing inactivation and access passwords of the electronic tags, the TID memory stores information provided by electronic tag chip manufacturers, the EPC memory stores product electronic codes, namely identity identification information, and the USER memory stores service data which need to be defined by USERs independently according to applications.
In order to ensure the integrity of code storage of clothes information, the storage method of the invention is shown in fig. 2 and comprises the following steps:
s1, detecting the occupied space of the codes of the pre-stored clothes information;
s2, detecting the residual storage space of the EPC storage of the electronic tag;
s3, comparing whether the code occupation space of the clothes information is smaller than the rest storage space of the EPC memory; when the code occupation space of the clothing information is smaller than the remaining storage space of the EPC memory, proceeding to step S4; otherwise, go to step S5;
s4, storing the code of the clothing information into an EPC memory;
and S5, storing the code of the clothes information into a USER memory.
In the method, before the code of the clothes information is stored, the code length of the pre-stored clothes information code is firstly scanned by a scanning device, the storage space required by the clothes information code is calculated, and the storage position of the clothes information code is determined by scanning the fed-back residual space information through the space of a memory. The laundry information code is preferably stored in the EPC memory in a normal case, but when the above-described operation steps are performed, if it is found that the storage space required for the laundry information code is larger than the remaining space of the EPC memory, the laundry information code is stored in its entirety in the USER area.
When the different clothes attribute information marked by the clothes information code is written into the corresponding storage area, the different clothes attribute information has different writing priorities in the process of writing into the memory. Taking the clothes attribute in this embodiment as an example, the priority order when writing into the memory is: the clothes material information > clothes color information > clothes category information > clothes specification information > clothes manufacturer information.
In order to realize the priority, as shown in fig. 6, the storage area of the clothes attribute corresponding to the electronic tag in the method is consistent with the code distribution of the clothes information code. The clothes material information which has the greatest influence on the washing of the clothes is stored in the electronic tag, and then the clothes color information is analogized in turn. Therefore, if the storage fault occurs because of an accident condition, the condition that the storage cannot be written in or the storage overflows is ensured, the key data with high priority written in first is well stored, and the washing effect of the clothes is ensured to the maximum extent.
In the invention, the code length of the clothes information code is 4-45 bit bits, and when each piece of clothes attribute information is recorded, the clothes attribute information is sequentially written into the memory from high bit to low bit; specifically, the code length of the clothing information code is 32 bits in this embodiment. In the electronic tag, different storage areas are divided according to the information types of clothes, wherein the size relationship of the storage space occupied by each type of information in the different storage areas is not completely the same;
in this embodiment, the storage space occupied by each piece of clothing attribute information is divided according to the following relationship: the information of the clothes manufacturer > the clothes type information > the clothes color information is not less than the clothes specification information > the clothes material information.
In this embodiment, the specific coding space distribution under the storage structure rule in the electronic tag of fig. 6 is as follows:
the clothes manufacturer information occupies 12 bits, the clothes specification information occupies 5 bits, the clothes category information occupies 6 bits, the clothes color information occupies 5 bits, and the clothes material information occupies 4 bits.
It should be noted that as shown in fig. 6, in the clothes information code stored in the electronic tag, a clothes manufacturer internal code defined by a clothes manufacturer is usually also included, so that in addition to the clothes information code, the clothes manufacturer internal code is also stored in the memory, and the code has no substantial meaning for washing the clothes, therefore, in the process of storing each code, the priority of the clothes manufacturer internal code is lower than that of the clothes information code.
The codes stored in the electronic tag in the embodiment comprise a clothes manufacturer internal code defined by a clothes manufacturer and a clothes information code defined by a washing machine manufacturer, and the codes cannot be modified after being written into the electronic tag.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A washing equipment control method is characterized in that the washing equipment identifies a plurality of attribute information of clothes to be washed and transmits the attribute information to a control unit, the control unit acquires washing programs respectively corresponding to the attribute information, the control unit carries out logic judgment on the washing programs and selects the optimal washing program suitable for all the attribute information of the clothes;
each attribute information corresponds to one washing program, each washing program corresponds to different priority levels, the control unit acquires the washing programs corresponding to the attribute information respectively, compares the priority levels of the plurality of washing programs and selects the optimal washing program suitable for all the attribute information of the clothes;
the method comprises the steps that the washing equipment identifies a plurality of attribute information of each piece of clothes to be washed, the attribute information of each piece of clothes to be washed is transmitted to the control unit, the control unit obtains washing programs respectively corresponding to the attribute information, and the priority levels of all the washing programs are compared to obtain the optimal washing program suitable for all the attributes of the clothes;
before comparing the priority levels of all the washing programs, a collection of all the washing programs is taken, and then the priority levels of the washing programs in the collection are compared to obtain the optimal washing program suitable for all the attributes of all the clothes.
2. The washing apparatus control method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information includes material information and style information,
the washing equipment is a washing machine or a clothes dryer.
3. The washing apparatus control method according to claim 2, wherein the priority level of the washing program corresponds to a rotation speed of the washing apparatus and/or a heating temperature of the washing apparatus.
4. A washing appliance control method according to claim 3, characterized in that the lower the rotational speed of the washing appliance, the higher the priority level or the lower the heating temperature of the washing appliance, the higher the priority level.
5. A washing apparatus control method according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the control method comprises the steps of:
the washing equipment presets attribute information CZ1 and CZ2 … … CZN of clothes to be washed and washing programs CX1 and CX2 … … CXa … … CXn corresponding to the attribute information CZ1 and CZ2 … … CZN, wherein n is a positive integer; the attribute information KS1, KS2 … … KSm and washing programs CX1, CX2 … … CXa … … CXm corresponding to the attribute information are m is a positive integer, and the higher the value of a in the washing program CXa is, the higher the preference level is;
