The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a control method of a washing machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a control method of a washing machine is provided, which is provided with an optimum laundry weight to provide a reference when a user puts laundry into the washing machine.
Further, the method comprises the steps of detecting the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine;
comparing the detected weight of the laundry with the optimum weight of the laundry set in the washing machine;
and the washing machine sends reminding information to the user according to the comparison result.
Preferably, the reminding message includes a remaining weight of the laundry, which can be put into the washing machine, from the optimum weight of the laundry.
More preferably, the optimum laundry weight is an optimum laundry weight interval.
More preferably, the reminding message includes: one or more of characters, voice broadcast, light and sound.
Furthermore, when the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine exceeds the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed, the washing machine sends out warning information.

Further, the method also comprises the step that the washing machine automatically sets washing parameters of the washing machine according to the detected weight of the clothes to be washed.
Preferably, the washing parameters include: one or more of washing mode, washing time, washing water quantity, washing water heating temperature, dehydration rotating speed, drying temperature and detergent adding quantity.
Furthermore, the method also comprises the step of detecting the material of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine and/or the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed, and the washing machine adjusts the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed according to the difference of the material of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine and/or the difference of the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed.
Furthermore, the method also comprises the step of detecting the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine, and the washing machine automatically sets the washing parameters of the washing machine according to the material of the clothes to be washed, the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed and/or the weight of the clothes to be washed.
Preferably, the washing parameters include: one or more of washing mode, washing time, washing water quantity, washing water heating temperature, dehydration rotating speed, drying temperature and detergent adding quantity.
Further, the method for detecting the material of the laundry includes identifying the laundry label to obtain the material of the laundry and/or identifying the image to obtain the material of the laundry.
Preferably, the method for detecting the degree of soiling of the laundry includes sensor detection and/or image recognition.
Further, the washing machine is also provided with a maximum washing weight to provide a reference when a user puts laundry into the washing machine.

comparing the detected weight of the laundry with the maximum weight of the laundry set in the washing machine;
and the washing machine sends reminding information to the user according to the comparison result.

After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1. According to the washing machine, the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed is set, and the prompt message is sent out when the user puts the clothes to be washed into the washing machine, so that the user can clearly know the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine, the washing effect is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
2. The washing machine automatically sets the washing parameters by detecting the weight of the clothes to be washed and/or the material of the clothes to be washed and/or the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed, so that the washing effect of the clothes to be washed is better, and the use experience of a user is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a control method of a washing machine, wherein the washing machine receives a start command from a user, the washing machine starts to work when the washing machine is powered on, receives a washing command, detects the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine by the user, compares the weight with the optimal weight of the laundry set in the washing machine, and provides a reference when the laundry is put into the washing machine by the user. The user can clearly know the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine, the washing effect is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, the optimum laundry weight is obtained based on the washing space capacity and a large amount of experimental data. The large amount of experimental data can be obtained by processing and calculating large data. The method for detecting the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine by the user can be realized by arranging a weight detection device in the washing drum, and the weight detection device is connected with the control module. Preferably, the weight detecting device is a weight sensor which detects the weight of the washing drum in real time and transmits the detected data to the control module in real time. Here, the weight detecting device is not limited to the weight sensor, and may be another device having weight detection.
In one embodiment, the providing reference may be a light display device disposed on a control panel of the washing machine, and the light display device may display different colors according to the weight of the laundry loaded into the washing machine from the optimal weight of the laundry, for example, the user may display purple when the weight of the laundry loaded into the washing machine is 1kg to 1.2kg from the optimal weight of the laundry, blue when the weight of the laundry loaded into the washing machine is 0.8kg to 1kg, and green when the weight of the laundry reaches the optimal weight of the laundry. The color change of the light is used for prompting the user that the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine is far away from the optimal weight of the washed clothes, and the user is more intuitively guided to put more clothes to be washed into the washing machine to achieve better washing effect.
In another embodiment, the washing machine detects the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine by the user, and sends prompt information to the user after comparing the detected weight with the optimal weight of the clothes to be washed set by the washing machine. The prompt message is the weight of the clothes to be washed which can be put into the washing machine and is left at the optimal weight of the washed clothes. The user can clearly know the difference between the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine and the optimal washing weight, and the user is guided to the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine, so that a better washing effect is achieved.
Specifically, the optimum laundry weight is an optimum laundry weight interval. The reminding information comprises: one or more of characters, voice broadcast, light and sound. If the washing machine has a display function, the prompt message may be a text display, and may only display the default unit of number g, for example, the user may display 500 the difference between the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine and the optimal laundry weight of 500 g. It can also be indicated both numerically and in units, such as 500g or 0.5 kg. If the washing machine has a voice broadcast function, the prompt message may be a voice broadcast, such as a voice broadcast of 500 or 500g or 500kg or 500g away from the optimal laundry weight. In a word, different prompting modes of the prompting information can be selected according to different washing machines, so that a user can clearly know the weight of the clothes to be washed which is placed in the washing machine and is away from the optimal weight of the washed clothes.
In another embodiment, the washing machine automatically sets washing parameters of the washing machine according to the detected weight of the laundry. Specifically, the washing parameters include: one or more of washing mode, washing time, washing water quantity, washing water heating temperature, dehydration rotating speed, drying temperature and detergent adding quantity. For example, each weight value in the washing program has a corresponding washing mode, a washing time value, a washing water quantity value, a washing water heating temperature value, a dehydration rotation speed value, a drying temperature value and a detergent adding quantity value. When the washing machine detects the weight value of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine, the washing parameter value corresponding to the weight value is found. The washing machine automatically sets the washing parameters of the washing machine through the detected weight of the clothes to be washed, so that the step of setting the washing parameters by a user is saved, the washing machine is simpler to operate, and the use experience of the user is improved. And the washing machine can be well used by users without experience of washing, a good washing effect is achieved, and better use experience is obtained.
In another embodiment, the washing machine detects the material of the laundry introduced into the washing machine and/or the contamination level of the laundry, and adjusts the optimum weight of the laundry according to the material of the laundry introduced into the washing machine and/or the contamination level of the laundry. The optimal weight of the washed clothes is not constant, but dynamically changed according to the material of the washed clothes put into the washing machine and/or the dirt degree of the washed clothes, so that the optimal weight of the washed clothes is more accurate and the application range is wider.
In another embodiment, the washing machine detects the weight of laundry, the material of the laundry, and the contamination level of the laundry, which are put into the washing machine, and automatically sets washing parameters of the washing machine according to the material of the laundry, and/or the contamination level of the laundry, and/or the weight of the laundry. Specifically, the washing parameters include: one or more of washing mode, washing time, washing water quantity, washing water heating temperature, dehydration rotating speed, drying temperature and detergent adding quantity. The material of the clothes to be washed, the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed and the weight of the clothes to be washed are all taken into consideration of the setting factors of the washing parameters of the washing machine, so that the washing parameters set by the washing machine are more accurate, and the washing effect is better.
It should be noted that the method for detecting the material of the laundry includes identifying the laundry label to obtain the material of the laundry and/or identifying the image to obtain the material of the laundry, if the washing machine does not have the function of identifying the fabric of the laundry, a selection program of the material of the laundry, such as cotton, chemical fiber, wool, silk, etc., may be set on the control panel, and the user may select different programs according to the type of the laundry. If the washing machine has the clothes material identification function, the washing machine can identify the clothes material according to the clothes material identification program carried by the washing machine, and the description is omitted.
The detection method for detecting the degree of soiling of the laundry includes sensor detection and/or image recognition. The sensor is a photoelectric sensor, the pattern recognition is a camera arranged in the washing drum, and the washing machine control module judges the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed according to the pictures of the clothes to be washed, which are shot by the camera.
In another embodiment, the washing machine is further provided with a maximum washing weight for providing a reference when a user puts laundry into the washing machine. Specifically, the washing machine detects the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine; comparing the detected weight of the laundry with the maximum weight of the laundry set in the washing machine; the washing machine sends out reminding information to the user according to the comparison result.
In order to make the user clearly know the weight of the laundry that may be put into the washing machine, the reminder information includes the weight of the laundry that may be put into the washing machine remaining from the maximum weight of the laundry. Specifically, the reminding information includes: one or more of characters, voice broadcast, light and sound.
In one embodiment, the washing machine sends a warning message to the user when the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine exceeds the optimal washing weight but does not reach the maximum washing weight. Specifically, the warning information may be a light display, such as a yellow light flashing; it may also be a voice, such as the optimum laundry weight has been exceeded; or a text display, such as a yellow eye-catching font, for prompting the user that the weight of the laundry exceeding the optimal weight of the laundry is put in. The user is informed that the weight of the laundry loaded in the washing machine exceeds the optimum weight of the laundry, and the washing may not be performed well. Of course, if the user desires to wash, the washing machine may still perform a washing process to wash the laundry put into the washing machine.
In another embodiment, when the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine reaches and/or exceeds the maximum weight of the laundry, the washing machine sends out warning information and controls the washing program of the washing machine to be locked, and the washing program of the washing machine is unlocked until the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine is less than the maximum weight of the laundry. It should be noted that the washing program locking may be that the washing machine control panel cannot be operated, or the washing program cannot be executed, or the drum is prohibited from rotating, or the pulsator is prohibited from rotating, so that the washing operation of the washing machine is prohibited. The washing machine is prevented from overload operation under the condition that the weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing machine exceeds the maximum weight of the washed clothes, and the service life of the washing machine is prolonged.
Specifically, the warning information includes: one or more of characters, voice broadcast, light and sound. The warning message is emitted in a more striking and noticeable manner than the warning message of the above embodiment, in a case where the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine exceeds the optimum washing weight but does not reach the maximum washing weight. For example, the text display is distinguished from the text display when the weight of the laundry put into the washing machine exceeds the optimum washing weight but does not reach the maximum washing weight, and is more striking than the font and color of the text display, such as red and bold font, that the laundry put into the washing machine has exceeded, please take out the laundry by a certain amount, otherwise the text display cannot be washed, and the light display is more striking than the light display, such as flashing with a red light frequency faster, and the like.
