Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,采用上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网重叠平行铺网后,依次进行水刺加固、亲水处理、烘干,最后卷取,得到的亲水非织造布均匀度高且具有较高的强力,解决了常规水刺非织造布强力差且布面易出现稀网的现象,同时,中间层采用直接喷丝铺网进行复合,减少热轧工艺,并且在线连续复合一次成型,降低成本,提高生产效率。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及非织造布的技术领域,特别涉及一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺。
【背景技术】
非织造布,又称无纺布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有透气、柔软、质轻、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉等特点。如采用聚丙烯(PP)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺网、热轧、卷取连续一步法生产而成。
常规水刺非织造布强力差且布面易出现稀网现象,为了解决以上问题,有必要提出一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,以提高水刺非织造布产品的强力、改善稀网现象,同时提高生产效率。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其旨在解决现有技术中常规水刺非织造布强力差且布面易出现稀网现象的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,该非织造布由上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网复合而成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网分别在各自的生产线上进行连续加工:
下层纤维网加工:将下层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网;
中间层纤维网加工:将中间层原料依次经过熔融、喷丝、气流牵伸后在下层纤维网上重叠平行铺网;
上层纤维网加工:将上层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网,重叠平行铺设在中间层纤维网上;
步骤二、将铺网后的上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网三层纤维网进行水刺加固成复合的非织造布;
步骤三、加固后的非织造布进行亲水处理;
步骤四、非织造布亲水处理完成后,再进行烘干,完成烘干的非织造布通过收卷辊卷取。
作为优选,述的步骤一中下层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上,上层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上。
作为优选,所述的上层纤维原料能够与下层纤维原料相同,也能够与下层纤维原料不同。
作为优选,所述的步骤一的下层纤维网加工和上层纤维网加工中,成网方式采用气流成网或者梳理成网。
作为优选,所述的步骤一的中间层纤维网加工中,中间层原料包括聚合物母粒,所述的聚合物母粒为PP、PE和PET中的一种。
作为优选,所述的中间层原料中还包括柔软母粒、弹性母粒、乳白母粒中的一种或者多种。
作为优选,所述的步骤二中水刺加固采用双面水刺加固,水刺压力为70~90bar。
作为优选,所述的步骤三中非织造布在进行亲水处理过程中,采用转移液辊将亲水液转移到非织造布的布面上。
作为优选,所述的步骤四中烘干采用温和低温烘干,烘干温度为:145~160℃。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,采用上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网重叠平行铺网后,依次进行水刺加固、亲水处理、烘干,最后卷取,得到的亲水非织造布均匀度高且具有较高的强力,解决了常规水刺非织造布强力差且布面易出现稀网的现象,同时,中间层采用直接喷丝铺网进行复合,减少热轧工艺,并且在线连续复合一次成型,降低成本,提高生产效率。

参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,该非织造布由上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网复合而成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网分别在各自的生产线上进行连续加工:
下层纤维网加工:将下层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网,其中,下层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上;成网方式采用气流成网或者梳理成网。
中间层纤维网加工:将中间层原料依次经过熔融、喷丝、气流牵伸后在下层纤维网上重叠平行铺网,其中,中间层原料包括聚合物母粒,所述的聚合物母粒为PP、PE和PET中的一种。
上层纤维网加工:将上层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网,重叠平行铺设在中间层纤维网上,其中,上层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上;成网方式采用气流成网或者梳理成网。
在本发明实施例中,上层纤维原料能够与下层纤维原料相同,也能够与下层纤维原料不同;中间层原料中还包括柔软母粒、弹性母粒、乳白母粒中的一种或者多种。
步骤二、将铺网后的上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网三层纤维网进行双面水刺加固成复合的非织造布,水刺压力为70~90bar。
步骤三、加固后的非织造布进行亲水处理,在进行亲水处理过程中,采用转移液辊将亲水液转移到非织造布的布面上。
步骤四、非织造布亲水处理完成后,再进行烘干,完成烘干的非织造布通过收卷辊卷取,其中,烘干采用温和低温烘干,烘干温度为:145~160℃。
本发明一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,采用上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网重叠平行铺网后,依次进行水刺加固、亲水处理、烘干,最后卷取,得到的亲水非织造布均匀度高且具有较高的强力,解决了常规水刺非织造布强力差且布面易出现稀网的现象,同时,中间层采用直接喷丝铺网进行复合,减少热轧工艺,并且在线连续复合一次成型,降低成本,提高生产效率。

1.一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:该非织造布由上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网复合而成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网分别在各自的生产线上进行连续加工:
下层纤维网加工:将下层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网;
中间层纤维网加工:将中间层原料依次经过熔融、喷丝、气流牵伸后在下层纤维网上重叠平行铺网;
上层纤维网加工:将上层纤维原料先粗开松,再精开松后成网,重叠平行铺设在中间层纤维网上;
步骤二、将铺网后的上层纤维网、中间层纤维网和下层纤维网三层纤维网进行水刺加固成复合的非织造布;
步骤三、加固后的非织造布进行亲水处理;
步骤四、非织造布亲水处理完成后,再进行烘干,完成烘干的非织造布通过收卷辊卷取。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤一中下层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上,上层纤维原料为粘胶纤维、涤纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维、PLA纤维、壳聚糖纤维、天丝中的一种或者两种以上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的上层纤维原料能够与下层纤维原料相同,也能够与下层纤维原料不同。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤一的下层纤维网加工和上层纤维网加工中,成网方式采用气流成网或者梳理成网。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤一的中间层纤维网加工中,中间层原料包括聚合物母粒,所述的聚合物母粒为PP、PE和PET中的一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的中间层原料中还包括柔软母粒、弹性母粒、乳白母粒中的一种或者多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高效在线连续复合亲水非织造布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤二中水刺加固采用双面水刺加固,水刺压力为70~90bar。
