本发明公开了一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,由上下两层无纺布复合而成,上层为双面亲水处理的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布、下层为全棉水刺无纺布,所述乳白超柔纺粘无纺布和全棉水刺无纺布通过水刺复合为一体。本发明采用乳白超柔纺粘无纺布为上层,全棉水刺无纺布为下层,通过水刺复合,乳白超柔纺粘无纺布和全棉水刺无纺布纤维间的缠结能促使液体快速的下渗,保证乳白超柔纺粘无纺布亲肤面的干爽,同时,全棉水刺无纺布上棉纤维吸收的液体会定向转移到卫生用品的吸湿层,进一步保证了卫生用品对尿液等液体的吸收效率,本发明还通过双面水刺加固工艺进行复合,保证了缠结强力,提高了无纺布的均匀性,并采用两次柔和烘干,保证了非织造布的柔软亲肤性能。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及非织造布的技术领域,特别涉及一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层及其加工工艺。
【背景技术】
妇女经期用卫生巾、卫生护垫、卫生栓,婴儿、老年人用尿裤、尿布(垫、纸)、隔尿垫等,这些都属于卫生用品。质量及服用舒适性直接决定了卫生用品给人们的体检感觉。一般卫生用品包括表层、导湿层、吸湿芯层和透气底膜。传统的卫生用品表层采用热风或者纺粘非织造布,但是传统的热风和纺粘非织造布吸湿性保湿性好会导致表面不干爽造成皮肤红疹现象,吸湿性差会造成卫生用品侧漏等问题,为解决这一难题,有必要提出一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层及其加工工艺。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层及其加工工艺,其旨在解决现有技术中传统的热风和纺粘非织造布吸湿性保湿性好会导致表面不干爽造成皮肤红疹现象,吸湿性差会造成卫生用品侧漏的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,由上下两层无纺布复合而成,上层为双面亲水处理的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布、下层为全棉水刺无纺布,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布和全棉水刺无纺布通过水刺复合为一体。
作为优选,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布的克重为10~18g/m2,所述的全棉水刺无纺布的克重为25~35g/m2
作为优选,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布采用SS纺粘无纺布或SSS纺粘无纺布,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布是由2.4%~2.9%的乳白母粒、1.2%~1.5%的柔软母粒,其余为聚丙烯基体通过纺粘法加工而成。
作为优选,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布上密布有轧点,且轧点的占比为5~12%。
作为优选,所述的全棉水刺无纺布所用的棉纤维采用正常成熟、正常吐絮的白棉。
本发明还提出了一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备无纺布:
(一)、选用正常成熟、正常吐絮的白棉,依次经两次开松、高度杂乱处理、成网、铺网成全棉纤网,然后依次通过水刺加固工艺、柔和烘干得到全棉水刺无纺布;
(二)、采用2.4%~2.9%的乳白母粒、1.2%~1.5%的柔软母粒,其余为聚丙烯基体作为原料,然后依次通过熔融纺丝、冷却牵伸、铺叠、热轧粘合成SS型或SSS型乳白超柔纺粘无纺布,最后采用双面亲水工艺进行亲水处理后烘干;
S2、将乳白超柔纺粘无纺布与全棉水刺无纺布通过水刺加固工艺复合成复合无纺布;
S3、复合无纺布采用两次柔和烘干处理进行干燥,得到复合无纺布成品;
S4、复合无纺布成品通过卷绕机卷绕分切。
作为优选,所述的S1中:
两次开松采用先粗开松,后精开松的方式进行处理;
高度杂乱处理采用高速杂乱梳理机上的组合式杂乱机构进行高度杂乱处理,所述的组合式杂乱机构采用双杂乱辊+双道夫+两对凝聚罗拉的组合形式;
所述的成网方式采用梳理成网或者气流成网,所述的铺网采用平行铺网、半交叉铺网或交叉铺网中的一种;
所述的亲水处理的亲水剂采用德国司马HD20-3。
作为优选,所述的S2中水刺加固工艺采用柔和的双面水刺加固工艺,水刺压力为80~100bar。
作为优选,所述的S3中两次柔和烘干处理采用先圆网热风穿透烘燥后烘筒式烘燥,所述的圆网热风穿透烘燥的温度控制在140~150℃,烘筒式烘燥的温度控制在120~130℃。

本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,采用乳白超柔纺粘无纺布为上层,全棉水刺无纺布为下层,通过水刺复合,乳白超柔纺粘无纺布和全棉水刺无纺布纤维间的缠结能促使液体快速的下渗,保证乳白超柔纺粘无纺布亲肤面的干爽,同时,全棉水刺无纺布上棉纤维吸收的液体会定向转移到卫生用品的吸湿层,进一步保证了卫生用品对尿液等液体的吸收效率,确保了亲肤层的干爽,本发明还通过双面水刺加固工艺进行复合,保证了乳白超柔纺粘无纺布和全棉水刺无纺布的缠结强力,同时提高了无纺布的均匀性,并采用两次柔和烘干,保证了非织造布的柔软亲肤性能。

S3、复合无纺布采用两次柔和烘干处理进行干燥,得到复合无纺布成品,其中,两次柔和烘干处理采用先圆网热风穿透烘燥后烘筒式烘燥,所述的圆网热风穿透烘燥的温度控制在140~150℃,烘筒式烘燥的温度控制在120~130℃。
S4、复合无纺布成品通过卷绕机卷绕分切。
在步骤S3中,还可根据需要在干燥后,复合无纺布进行打孔处理,如图2所示。
在本发明实施例中,全棉水刺无纺布2所用的棉纤维采用正常成熟、正常吐絮的白棉,对皮肤安全无刺激,棉纤维能快速吸水,防止尿液侧漏,并采用组合式杂乱机构进行高度杂乱处理,满足生产速率好杂乱效果的要求,且成网后的均匀性高,减小纵横向的强力比值,各向异性小。
本发明一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,采用乳白超柔纺粘无纺布1为上层,全棉水刺无纺布2为下层,通过水刺复合,乳白超柔纺粘无纺布1和全棉水刺无纺布2纤维间的缠结能促使液体快速的下渗,保证乳白超柔纺粘无纺布1亲肤面的干爽,同时,全棉水刺无纺布2上棉纤维吸收的液体会定向转移到卫生用品的吸湿层,进一步保证了卫生用品对尿液等液体的吸收效率,确保了亲肤层的干爽,本发明还通过双面水刺加固工艺进行复合,保证了乳白超柔纺粘无纺布1和全棉水刺无纺布2的缠结强力,同时提高了无纺布的均匀性,并采用两次柔和烘干,保证了非织造布的柔软亲肤性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,其特征在于:由上下两层无纺布复合而成,上层为双面亲水处理的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)、下层为全棉水刺无纺布(2),所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)和全棉水刺无纺布(2)通过水刺复合为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,其特征在于:所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)的克重为10~18g/m2,所述的全棉水刺无纺布(2)的克重为25~35g/m2
3.如权利要求1所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,其特征在于:所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)采用SS纺粘无纺布或SSS纺粘无纺布,所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)是由2.4%~2.9%的乳白母粒、1.2%~1.5%的柔软母粒,其余为聚丙烯基体通过纺粘法加工而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,其特征在于:所述的乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)上密布有轧点,且轧点的占比为5~12%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层,其特征在于:所述的全棉水刺无纺布(2)所用的棉纤维采用正常成熟、正常吐絮的白棉。
6.一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、制备无纺布:
(一)、选用正常成熟、正常吐絮的白棉,依次经两次开松、高度杂乱处理、成网、铺网成全棉纤网,然后依次通过水刺加固工艺、柔和烘干得到全棉水刺无纺布(2);
(二)、采用2.4%~2.9%的乳白母粒、1.2%~1.5%的柔软母粒,其余为聚丙烯基体作为原料,然后依次通过熔融纺丝、冷却牵伸、铺叠、热轧粘合成SS型或SSS型乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1),最后采用双面亲水工艺进行亲水处理后烘干;
S2、将乳白超柔纺粘无纺布(1)与全棉水刺无纺布(2)通过水刺加固工艺复合成复合无纺布;
S3、复合无纺布采用两次柔和烘干处理进行干燥,得到复合无纺布成品;
S4、复合无纺布成品通过卷绕机卷绕分切。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的S1中:
两次开松采用先粗开松,后精开松的方式进行处理;
高度杂乱处理采用高速杂乱梳理机上的组合式杂乱机构进行高度杂乱处理;
所述的组合式杂乱机构采用双杂乱辊+双道夫+两对凝聚罗拉的组合形式;
所述的成网方式采用梳理成网或者气流成网;
所述的铺网采用平行铺网、半交叉铺网或交叉铺网中的一种;
所述的亲水处理的亲水剂采用德国司马HD20-3。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的S2中水刺加固工艺采用柔和的双面水刺加固工艺,水刺压力为80~100bar。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的S3中两次柔和烘干处理采用先圆网热风穿透烘燥后烘筒式烘燥,所述的圆网热风穿透烘燥的温度控制在140~150℃,烘筒式烘燥的温度控制在120~130℃。
10.如权利要求6所述的一种干爽防侧漏卫生用品表层的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的S3中在干燥后,复合无纺布还经过打孔处理。
