Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃镀膜领域,尤其是一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述玻璃外壳内侧由表及里层叠设有颜色膜、黑膜。本发明的优点是:避免电子器件过热,确保颜色膜颜色的保真指数,环境友好,膜系之间贴合紧密。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃镀膜领域,尤其是一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳。
背景技术
常见的手机玻璃外壳镀膜结构,是在手机外壳玻璃内侧设置颜色层及油漆层,使用油漆层会导致颜色层和油漆层贴合不紧密,油漆层还会影响信号接收性能,且油漆的使用容易造成环境污染。
随着手机运行速度越来越快,散热问题成为了迫切需要解决的问题。采用颜色层和油漆层的结合还会降低手机的散热性能,降低手机的耐用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,通过设置ODR层和DBR层避免手机过热;通过在颜色膜和ODR层之间增设黑膜,一方面可以和颜色膜匹配呈现设计颜色,另一方面可以减少ODR层对颜色膜颜色的影响;由于不再使用油漆层,避免了使用油漆时对环境的污染风险。
本发明目的实现由以下技术方案完成:
一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,包括玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述玻璃外壳内侧由表及里层叠设有颜色膜、黑膜。
所述玻璃外壳内侧,在黑膜里侧设置有高反射膜。
所述高反射膜包含金属层和介质层。
所述金属层为银、铝、金中的一种。
所述高反射膜为ODR层、DBR层中的一种或两种的组合。
所述黑膜包含金属层和介质层。
所述金属层为铬、镍、钛、钽中的一种。
所述介质层为氧化物层。
所述黑膜包含硅层和介质层。
本发明的优点是:避免电子器件过热,确保观看玻璃外壳时,玻璃外壳能呈现设计颜色,无色差且颜色多样,环境友好,膜系之间贴合紧密。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图通过实施例对本发明特征及其它相关特征作进一步详细说明,以便于同行业技术人员的理解:
如图1-2所示,图中标记1-5分别表示为:玻璃外壳1、颜色膜2、黑膜3、ODR层4、DBR层5。
实施例一:如图1所示,玻璃外壳1的内侧由表及里层叠设有颜色膜2、黑膜3、ODR层4、DBR层5,图中箭头所示为光线入射方向。
其中,玻璃外壳1,用来保护电子器件。颜色膜2根据设计颜色的不同,选用不同的真空镀膜材料,呈现不同的颜色,由于玻璃外壳1为透明玻璃,不会影响颜色膜2颜色的呈现。本实施例采用真空镀膜的颜色膜2替代了传统的油漆层,避免了使用油漆时对环境的污染风险,且膜层之间贴合紧密。
如图1所示,在黑膜3的内侧设置有作为高反射膜的ODR层4和DBR层5,其中ODR层4即红外光反射膜,主要用来反射易于产热的红外光,也可以反射可见光,避免红外热效应导致电子器件温度升高。由于ODR层4对可见光的反射能力不强,所以增设DBR层5即可见光反射膜,DBR层5用来反射可见光,进一步提升玻璃外壳1的隔热性能,避免电子器件受外界光线影响从而导致电子器件温度过高。
黑膜3由金属层和介质层构成,由于金属具备金属色,可利用黑膜3中金属层的颜色与颜色膜2的颜色配合呈现,使得观测玻璃外壳1时,玻璃外壳1能呈现设计的颜色,还能使得玻璃外壳1的颜色多样化。
黑膜3可采用由金属层和介质层所构成的多层膜系结构,且位于两端的膜层为介质层,以保证黑膜3与两侧膜层之间贴合紧密,而位于两侧介质层之间的膜系选择则可根据设计需要进行相应的设计。黑膜3的介质层可采用氧化物层。
ODR层4由金属层和介质层构成,由于金属具备金属色,若ODR层4直接与颜色膜2接触,在观测玻璃外壳1时,会影响玻璃外壳1最终呈现的颜色。黑膜3可避免ODR层4对颜色膜2颜色的影响,在观测玻璃外壳1时,使得玻璃外壳1呈现设计颜色,避免在观看玻璃外壳1时,玻璃外壳1出现色差。介质层位于ODR层4与黑膜3的贴合处,使得膜层之间贴合紧密。 同理,DBR层5也采用金属层和介质层的结构。ODR层4和DBR层5中的金属层为银、铝、金中的一种,配合颜色呈现。
实施例二:本实施例在具体实施时:如图2所示,图中标示第1到20层为颜色膜2,第21到28层为黑膜3,第29、30层为包含金属层和介质层的高反射膜;其中,黑膜3的金属层可采用铬、镍、钛、钽中的一种。本实施例中图2中的第1层与电子设备玻璃外壳1接触。运用本实施时,从电子设备玻璃外壳1方向观察时,电子设备玻璃外壳呈现绿色,且能有效屏蔽外界光线进入到电子设备内部,从而使得具有该玻璃外壳1的电子器件满足设计要求。
上述实施例在具体实施时:黑膜3还可以选择为硅层和介质层,其中利用硅本身的黑色作为颜色,相较于具有金属层的黑膜3而言,采用硅层和介质层结构的黑膜对电磁信号不屏蔽,有利于电子器件的信号传输。
虽然以上实施例已经参照附图对本发明目的的构思和实施例做了详细说明,但本领域普通技术人员可以认识到,在没有脱离权利要求限定范围的前提条件下,仍然可以对本发明作出各种改进和变换,故在此不一一赘述。

1.一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,包括玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述玻璃外壳内侧由表及里层叠设有颜色膜、黑膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述玻璃外壳内侧,在黑膜里侧设置有高反射膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述高反射膜包含金属层和介质层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述金属层为银、铝、金中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述高反射膜为ODR层、DBR层中的一种或两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述黑膜包含金属层和介质层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述金属层为铬、镍、钛、钽中的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述介质层为氧化物层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电子器件的玻璃外壳,其特征在于:所述黑膜包含硅层和介质层。
