the method is characterized in that:
the device comprises a guide rail part and a fetching part, wherein the guide rail part is erected above the clamping seat, and the fetching part is used for forking the door seal; the picking part is arranged below the guide rail part in a left-right horizontal sliding way through the driving of the horizontal driving part, and is arranged below the guide rail part in a vertical sliding way through the vertical driving part; the guide rail part is also provided with a discharging part for discharging the door seal on the picking part;
the guide rail part comprises an upright post and two rails, and the rails are erected above the clamping seat through the upright post; the bottom end of the upright post is fixed on the left side of the clamping seat, and the top end of the upright post extends vertically upwards and is fixedly connected with the two rails; the rails are arranged in parallel, the left ends of the rails are vertically connected with the top ends of the upright posts, the right ends of the rails horizontally extend to the right, and a gap is reserved between the two rails;
the picking part comprises two picking frames which are arranged in an up-down aligned mode, the picking frames comprise two picking strips, the inner ends of the two picking strips are fixedly connected through a connecting block, and the outer ends of the two picking strips extend outwards freely; the two picking strips are respectively parallel to the two strips, and the length of the picking strips is longer than that of the strips; the left side of the article taking strip is provided with a plurality of fork strips at intervals, the right ends of the fork strips are fixed on the article taking strip, and the left ends of the fork strips extend horizontally and leftwards;
the upper fork strip and the lower fork strip of the picking rack are fixedly connected through a blocking rod, wherein the bottom end of the blocking rod is vertically connected with the fork strip of the picking rack positioned below, and the top end of the blocking rod is vertically upwards and penetrates through the fork strip of the picking rack positioned above; the fork strips of the upper and lower fetching frames positioned at the left end of the material blocking rod are enclosed to form a first fork opening for forking a door seal strip assembly below the door seal strip; the fork strip of the fetching rack positioned above and the material blocking rod positioned above the fetching rack form a second fork for forking a door seal assembly above the door seal;
the vertical driving part comprises a fixed seat, the fixed seat is positioned in the gap between the two rails, two sides of the fixed seat are provided with sliding grooves with downward openings, and the sliding grooves are slidably arranged on the rails positioned at two sides of the fixed seat; the fixed seat is fixedly provided with an air cylinder, an output shaft of the air cylinder penetrates through the fixed seat and vertically extends to the lower side of the fixed seat, and the output shaft of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the connecting block of the pick-up part so as to drive the pick-up part to move up and down along the vertical direction;
the horizontal driving part comprises a driving wheel arranged at the left end of the track and a driven wheel arranged at the right end of the track, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected through a belt stretched between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the driving wheel is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor; the belt is positioned right above one of the tracks and is parallel to the track, and the belt is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the fixing seat so as to drive the fixing seat to slide left and right along the track;
the discharging part is fixed at the right end of the guide rail part and comprises two discharging frames which are aligned up and down, and the discharging frames are parallel up and down; the unloading frame comprises two frame bodies, the inner ends of the two frame bodies are fixedly connected through a connecting body, the outer ends of the two frame bodies extend outwards freely, and the two frame bodies are respectively parallel to the two strip bodies;
a plurality of pushing rods for pushing the door seal strips out of the picking part are arranged at intervals on the left end of the frame body; the right end of the pushing rod is fixed on the frame body, the left end of the pushing rod extends leftwards along the horizontal direction and is provided with a pushing head, and the pushing head is vertically arranged on the pushing rod and extends upwards vertically; the pushing heads of the discharging frames above the discharging parts are positioned on the movement track of the door seal assembly above the door seal, and the pushing heads of the discharging frames below the discharging parts are positioned on the movement track of the door seal assembly below the door seal;
the upper and lower frame bodies of the unloading frames are fixedly connected with the connecting body through a plurality of spacing rods arranged at intervals so as to prevent the part taking part from continuously moving; a gap allowing the part taking frame above the part taking part to be inserted is formed between the upper discharging frame and the lower discharging frame of the discharging part, and the limiting rod is positioned on the movement track of the part taking frame above the part taking part; the bottom end of the limiting rod is fixed on the discharging frame below, and the top end of the limiting rod extends vertically upwards and penetrates through the discharging frame above;

the motor and the driving wheel are both arranged on the top surface of the upright post.

the adjusting piece comprises guide grooves arranged on four corners of the sliding plate, the guide grooves horizontally extend along the left-right direction, and the first bolts are slidably arranged in the guide grooves; the bottom end of the first bolt penetrates through the guide groove and vertically extends downwards to be fixedly connected with the fixed platform, a nut is arranged at the top end of the first bolt, and the nut is screwed on the first bolt and screws the sliding plate on the fixed platform;
the adjusting device further comprises a convex edge arranged on the right end of the fixed platform, and the convex edge is fixed on the right end of the fixed platform; the left end of the second bolt penetrates through the platform and horizontally extends into the left end face of the sliding plate so as to fix the sliding plate.
