本发明的目的是提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,精制的药液在精制液罐中,精制液从进液管进入到两个配液罐中,进水管底端位于配液罐底部,这样使得水可以与精制液充分混合,设置升降电机带动拨动板上下波动,使得配液充分混合,配液结束后,配的药液进入到收液箱内,收液箱可移动,使得配液罐清洗时不干扰收液箱的药液,操作方便,配液效果好,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂生产领域,尤其涉及一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置。
背景技术
驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂具有熟化和清除异常粘液质,温肤着色的作用,用于白癜风的治疗。对于驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的生产来说,在对注射剂精制之后需要进行配制成所需浓度的注射剂。目前对于注射剂的配制来说,其操作不便,无法满足使用的需要。因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,精制的药液在精制液罐中,精制液从进液管进入到两个配液罐中,进水管底端位于配液罐底部,这样使得水可以与精制液充分混合,设置升降电机带动拨动板上下波动,使得配液充分混合,配液结束后,配的药液进入到收液箱内,收液箱可移动,使得配液罐清洗时不干扰收液箱的药液,操作方便,配液效果好,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,包括有左右设置的两个配液罐,所述两个配液罐上方设置有精制液罐,精制液罐底部为出液口,出液口底部连接有左右两个进液管,左右两个进液管分别连接在左右两个配液罐顶部;配液罐外侧顶部连接有进水口,进水口内侧连接有进水管,进水管底端伸在配液罐内底部;配液罐底部为出液口;两个配液罐下方设置有收液箱,收液箱顶部有左右两个接料口,左右两个接料口分别与左右两个配液罐的出液口可拆卸的连接在一起。
进一步改进在于:所述出液口底部中间设置有升降电机,升降电机底部有左右两个升降杆,左右两个升降杆分别伸入到左右两个配液罐内;升降杆底部连接有拨动板,拨动板位于配液罐内。
进一步改进在于:所述收液箱底部四角设置有万向轮。
进一步改进在于:所述配液罐顶端为开口板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明精制的药液在精制液罐中,精制液从进液管进入到两个配液罐中,进水管底端位于配液罐底部,这样使得水可以与精制液充分混合,设置升降电机带动拨动板上下波动,使得配液充分混合,配液结束后,配的药液进入到收液箱内,收液箱可移动,使得配液罐清洗时不干扰收液箱的药液,操作方便,配液效果好,适用于生产中。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,包括有左右设置的两个配液罐1,所述两个配液罐1上方设置有精制液罐2,精制液罐2底部为出液口3,出液口3底部连接有左右两个进液管4,左右两个进液管4分别连接在左右两个配液罐1顶部;配液罐1外侧顶部连接有进水口5,进水口5内侧连接有进水管6,进水管6底端伸在配液罐1内底部;配液罐1底部为出液口7;两个配液罐1下方设置有收液箱8,收液箱8顶部有左右两个接料口9,左右两个接料口9分别与左右两个配液罐1的出液口7可拆卸的连接在一起。所述出液口3底部中间设置有升降电机10,升降电机10底部有左右两个升降杆11,左右两个升降杆11分别伸入到左右两个配液罐1内;升降杆11底部连接有拨动板12,拨动板12位于配液罐1内。所述收液箱8底部四角设置有万向轮13。所述配液罐1顶端为开口板14。
精制的药液在精制液罐2中,精制液从进液管进入到两个配液罐1中,进水管6底端位于配液罐1底部,这样使得水可以与精制液充分混合,设置升降电机2.带动拨动板23上下波动,使得配液充分混合,配液结束后,配的药液进入到收液箱9内,收液箱9可移动,使得配液罐2清洗时不干扰收液箱9的药液,操作方便,配液效果好,适用于生产中。

1.一种驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,包括有左右设置的两个配液罐(1),其特征在于:所述两个配液罐(1)上方设置有精制液罐(2),精制液罐(2)底部为出液口(3),出液口(3)底部连接有左右两个进液管(4),左右两个进液管(4)分别连接在左右两个配液罐(1)顶部;配液罐(1)外侧顶部连接有进水口(5),进水口(5)内侧连接有进水管(6),进水管(6)底端伸在配液罐(1)内底部;配液罐(1)底部为出液口(7);两个配液罐(1)下方设置有收液箱(8),收液箱(8)顶部有左右两个接料口(9),左右两个接料口(9)分别与左右两个配液罐(1)的出液口(7)可拆卸的连接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述驱虫斑鸠菊注射剂的配液装置,其特征在于:所述出液口(3)底部中间设置有升降电机(10),升降电机(10)底部有左右两个升降杆(11),左右两个升降杆(11)分别伸入到左右两个配液罐(1)内;升降杆(11)底部连接有拨动板(12),拨动板(12)位于配液罐(1)内。
