After all preparation works are finished, the transfusion is started, the clamping mechanism 1121b of the first group is opened from the left, the transfusion operation is started, and the two ultrasonic bubble sensors and the dropping sensor of the dropping funnel 123 are started for monitoring; the other groups are in the ready state, and the clamp mechanisms 1121b of the other groups clamp the corresponding branch infusion tubes 124. When any one of the two ultrasonic bubble sensors in the first group from the left detects the liquid level, the ultrasonic bubble sensor feeds back the detection information to the controller 113, and the controller 113 issues an instruction to start the corresponding telescopic motor, so that the telescopic motor pushes the clamping push block and the clamping stop block to be closed, and the branch infusion tube 124 of the group is clamped; meanwhile, when the drip chamber liquid drop detection device 13 detects that the liquid drops in the drip chamber 123 stop, the information is fed back to the controller 113, the controller 113 issues an instruction to open the left group of telescopic motors, the second bag of liquid starts to be infused, and the like. When all the liquid medicines are infused, all the branch infusion tubes 124 are in a clamping state, so that the blood return phenomenon is avoided; and then, the nurse is informed to pull out the needle, the whole work is intelligently completed, the infusion process does not need manual intervention, the nursing efficiency of the hospital is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of the nurse is reduced.
In the process of infusion, a nurse can monitor the infusion progress of a patient and set the infusion speed of each infusion tube 124 in real time through the medical care terminal, so that the problem that the nurse needs to check the infusion condition frequently is avoided, and the medical care terminal can arrange and generate the infusion condition of the patient into an infusion treatment report for doctors and nurses to check; the patient or the accompanying person can also check the transfusion condition of the patient in real time through the common client 5 without frequently raising the head to check the transfusion bottle (bag).
