In some specific embodiments, a heat preservation cover 241 is fixedly installed on the box door 230, the heat preservation cover 241 corresponds to the electric heating element 240, a temperature sensor 242 is fixedly installed on the heat preservation cover 241, the temperature sensor 242 is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer, the temperature sensor 242 is installed below the electric heating element 240, the heat preservation cover 241 is used for preserving heat of the electric heating element 240 for heating temperature of the infusion tube, heating effect of the infusion tube is improved, the temperature sensor 242 is used for monitoring temperature of the infusion tube, the monitored temperature is transmitted to the single chip microcomputer, and the heating temperature is set through the display touch screen 231 and the control terminal.
In some specific embodiments, the vibrator 270 is fixedly installed on the installation box 220, the bubble monitor 222 is arranged above the vibrator 270, the bubble monitor 222 and the vibrator 270 are both electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer, when the infusion tube is used, the infusion tube is monitored through the bubble monitor 222, when bubbles exist in the infusion tube, signals of the bubble monitor 222 are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer controls the vibrator 270 to work, the vibrator 270 vibrates the liquid medicine in the infusion tube, so that the bubbles in the liquid medicine in the infusion tube rise, the bubbles in the liquid medicine are eliminated, and the infusion safety of a patient is improved.
The clamping member 280 comprises a first telescopic member 281, a rotating arm 282, a clamping plate 283 and a spring 284, wherein the first telescopic member 281 is fixedly installed inside the installation box 220, one end of the rotating arm 282 is rotatably installed on the installation box 220, the clamping plate 283 is fixedly connected to the top of the rotating end of the rotating arm 282, one end of the spring 284 is fixed on the clamping plate 283, the other end of the spring 284 is fixed on the installation box 220, one end of the non-rotating installation of the rotating arm 282 is aligned with the telescopic end of the first telescopic member 281, a pressing plate 287 is fixedly installed on the installation box 220, the pressing plate 287 is aligned with the clamping plate 283, when in use, the rotating arm 282 is pressed or kept away through the expansion and contraction of the first telescopic member 281, so that the clamping plate 283 clamps the infusion tube to stop infusion or start infusion, and the spring 284 is used for pulling the clamping plate 283 to reset.
