In the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal can be an intelligent device such as a mobile phone, an attendant enters a sharing platform WeChat applet by using a two-dimensional code on a charging bin of a mobile phone WeChat scanning transfusion monitor and logs in by using WeChat, and if the mobile phone number is not bound, the mobile phone number needs to be bound. And entering a leasing interface after logging in and binding the mobile phone number. And the rental interface of the small program can display the transfusion monitor which can be rented in the current gateway. And the accompanying staff selects the infusion monitor to rent and pay rent through the small program rent interface, and enters the preset threshold setting interface to set the preset threshold after payment is completed. After the leasing is finished, the infusion monitor can be obtained from the charging bin of the gateway, and the infusion monitor is correctly installed on the infusion device. When the infusion is started, a start button on the infusion monitor is pressed, the infusion monitor enters an operating state, a start signal is sent to the gateway, and a preset threshold value L set by an attendant is obtained from the gateway. And the gateway updates the infusion state to be infusion starting in the background after receiving the starting signal. The infusion monitor detects the current medicine liquid residual amount information C every m seconds in the operation process. And sending the current liquid medicine residual amount information to the gateway by using the short-distance wireless communication technology every t (t > m) seconds, and updating the residual amount information to the background server by the gateway. The current liquid medicine residual quantity C is compared with a preset threshold value L in the process of periodically detecting the residual quantity information. When the residual amount of the liquid medicine is lower than a preset threshold value (C is less than or equal to L), the infusion monitor immediately sends an early warning signal to the gateway. And the gateway immediately sends remote early warning prompt information to the mobile phone of the accompanying person after receiving the early warning signal. When the current surplus information is detected to be 0 (C =0), the infusion monitor immediately sends an infusion completion signal to the gateway, and the gateway immediately sends an infusion completion prompt to the mobile phone of the accompanying person after receiving the signal. When the infusion device detects that the infusion is finished, a local prompt tone for h seconds is sent to prompt people around the patient that the infusion is finished currently. The infusion monitor will send out a local alarm every d seconds for h seconds until the attendant presses a stop button on the infusion monitor. When the infusion monitor detects that the stop button is pressed down, an infusion stop signal is sent to the gateway, and the gateway updates the current infusion state to be a processed state through the background after receiving the signal. Further, the gateway and the infusion monitor realize short-distance communication through a short-distance wireless communication technology, so that the gateway has a certain coverage area, the infusion monitor can realize remote reminding only in the coverage area, and otherwise, only a local reminding function can be used. Still further, the infusion monitor detects the remaining amount of the liquid medicine once every m seconds, and sends the information of the remaining amount of the liquid medicine to the gateway once every t seconds, and generally t is set to be an integral multiple of m, so the period for reporting the remaining amount information is set to be longer, because the detection of the completion of the infusion is required to be timely, the period is shorter, but the change of the remaining amount of the liquid medicine is slow, and the period for updating to the background is not required to be too short. Therefore, t is set to be integral multiple of m so as to reduce the energy consumption of the infusion monitor and prolong the endurance time of the infusion monitor. Furthermore, the infusion monitor can send out prompt tones to remind people around the patient when infusion is completed, and the gateway can send remote reminding to accompanying personnel through the background. In order to also consider the cruising ability of the infusion monitor and the continuity of local reminding, the local warning tone is periodically played by the infusion monitor when the infusion is finished, the interval is d seconds, and the warning tone is played for h (h < d) seconds each time.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, an attendant opens a sharing platform applet by scanning a two-dimensional code on a charging bin through mobile phone WeChat. And (4) logging in the applet by using the WeChat, and if the mobile phone number is not bound, binding the mobile phone number. And jumping to a selection interface of the infusion monitor after the login is successful. The interface displays the infusion monitors currently available in the gateway. The attendant selects the infusion monitor and pays a rental fee. And after the payment is finished, jumping to a preset threshold value setting interface to set a preset threshold value. After the successful leasing, the attendant can take the leased infusion monitor from the charging cabin of the gateway. After the infusion monitor is taken, an attendant needs to correctly install the infusion monitor on the infusion device, a start button on the infusion monitor is pressed when infusion is started, the infusion monitor enters an operating state, meanwhile, an infusion starting signal is sent to the gateway, and the gateway updates the infusion state to be infusion starting through a background after receiving the signal. In consideration of the energy consumption of the infusion monitor, m is set to 1 and t is set to 60. Therefore, the infusion monitor detects the current liquid medicine residual quantity once every 1 second. And reporting the liquid medicine residual quantity information to the gateway every minute. And when the detected liquid medicine residual quantity is less than the preset threshold value, an early warning signal is immediately sent to the gateway. And the gateway immediately sends a margin early warning notice to the mobile phone of the accompanying person through the background server after receiving the early warning signal. In consideration of the cruising of the infusion monitor, d is set to 10 and h is set to 3. Therefore, when the infusion monitor detects that the current infusion is completed in the operation process, the infusion monitor immediately sends out a local prompt tone for 3 seconds to prompt people around the patient that the infusion is completed. And meanwhile, sending an infusion completion prompt to the gateway. And after receiving the message, the gateway sends an infusion completion notification to the accompanying person through the background server. The infusion monitor will detect whether the stop button is pressed, if not, the infusion monitor will send out local prompt tone every 10 seconds for 3 seconds until the attendant presses the stop button on the infusion monitor. When the infusion monitor detects that the stop button is pressed, the infusion monitor sends infusion stop information to the gateway, and the gateway updates the current infusion state to be a stop state through the background after receiving the signal.
In the embodiment of the invention, infusion is a common method in the disease treatment process, and in the infusion process, accompanying personnel and patients need to pay attention to the residual liquid medicine in the infusion bottle all the time, so as to prevent the consequences of blood return or gas embolism and the like caused by untimely treatment after the infusion is finished, and thus, the patients and the accompanying personnel face higher pressure. When the patient does not have the capacity of paying attention to the residual amount of the liquid medicine, if the accompanying person needs to leave the infusion device during the infusion process for handling procedures or purchasing necessities and the like, the patient cannot pay attention to the residual amount of the liquid medicine beside the patient. At this time, the infusion monitor is mounted on the infusion device by using the infusion treasure sharing platform provided by the method and the system related by the invention, the infusion monitor can remind people around the patient when the infusion is finished, and the remaining amount information of the liquid medicine and the infusion finishing signal are sent to the gateway by using the short-distance wireless communication technology. The gateway updates the received information to the background server, and the attendant can check the current liquid medicine allowance and receive the infusion completion prompt through the mobile phone, so that the attendant can complete the task at ease and pay attention to the infusion condition at the same time when leaving.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a transfusion monitor leasing request of a user is received, and a corresponding transfusion monitor use authority is opened to the user based on the leasing request, so that the transfusion monitor can monitor the transfusion progress and send out a prompt when transfusion is finished, when an attendant leaves, the attendant can remotely monitor the current allowance of liquid medicine through a platform and can set a liquid medicine allowance preset threshold, and when the liquid medicine allowance reaches the preset threshold, a system can send a remote early warning prompt to the attendant, so that the attendant can reasonably arrange a return plan; when the infusion is completed, the remote reminding device can send a reminding to the patient and send a remote reminding to the accompanying person. If the attendant does not leave, the attendant does not need to pay attention to the remaining amount of the liquid medicine for transfusion at all times, the attendant can be worried about and attend to the patient, and the transfusion monitor can give out a prompt tone to remind the attendant when the transfusion is completed, so that the pressure of the attendant is greatly reduced.
