Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及显示测试技术领域,尤其涉及一种充电曲线获得方法、模组和显示装置。
背景技术
在AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极管)显示装置中,在进行电学补偿时,需要给外部补偿像素电路中的外部补偿线充电,理想的充电曲线是一条与数据电压直接相关的线性直线,这样才能通过数据电压来计算TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)的特性参数。但是由于数据写入电路的控制端和驱动电路的第一端之间存在寄生电容,在数据写入电路关断时,会有电容耦合效应,使得所述驱动电路的第一端的电压不等于数据电压,这样计算出来的TFT特性参数就会存在误差,因此会出现补偿不准确的现象。
如图1所示,横轴为充电时间t,纵轴为在充电时间段所述驱动电路的第二端的电压V,理想的充电曲线如第一直线L1所示,在实际工作时会出现的不理想曲线可以如第二直线L2、第一曲线Lq1和第三直线L3所示。
为了解决上述问题,目前常见的方法有两种:一种方法是通过工艺减小所述寄生电容的容值,但是并不能使得该容值为0,这样只能减小误差,但不能消除,只能从第三直线L3变为第二直线L2;另一种方法是改变驱动波形,即在整个充电过程中所述数据写入电路不关断,这样随着所述驱动电路的第二端的电压的上升,驱动电路中的驱动晶体管的栅源电压将会减小,因此充电曲线将如图1中的第一曲线Lq1所示,虽然可以充的高些,但不是线性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种充电曲线获得方法、模组和显示装置,解决现有技术中外部补偿像素电路的充电曲线准确度低,从而导致根据该充电曲线计算得到的驱动晶体管的特性参数存在误差,因此会出现补偿不准确的现象的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种充电曲线获得方法,应用于外部补偿像素电路,所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接,所述充电曲线获得方法包括:
获取补偿电压;
在充电时间段内,数据写入电路将预定数据电压和所述补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端,检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压;
根据所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的电压得到充电曲线。
实施时,在充电时间段之前设置有N个补偿电压测试时间段;第n补偿电压测试时间段包括依次设置的第n个第一测试阶段和第n个第二测试阶段;所述充电曲线获得方法还包括设置于所述获取补偿电压步骤之前的N个补偿电压检测步骤;N为正整数;n为小于或等于N的正整数;

本发明所有实施例中采用的晶体管均可以为薄膜晶体管或场效应管或其他特性相同的器件。在本发明实施例中,为区分晶体管除控制极之外的两极,将其中一极称为第一极,另一极称为第二极。在实际操作时,所述控制极可以为栅极,所述第一极可以为漏极,所述第二极可以为源极;或者,所述控制极可以为栅极,所述第一极可以为源极,所述第二极可以为漏极。
本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获得方法,应用于外部补偿像素电路,所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接,如图2所示,本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获得方法包括:
S21:获取补偿电压;
S22:在充电时间段内,数据写入电路将预定数据电压和所述补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端,检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压;
S23:根据所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的电压得到充电曲线。
所述充电曲线为经过优化后的充电曲线,其线性度和准确度高。
本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获得方法,通过数据写入电路在充电时间段,在预定数据电压上叠加补偿电压,并将该预定数据电压和该补偿电压写入驱动电路的第一端,从而实现对外部补偿像素电路中的外部补偿线的充电曲线的校准,通过所述充电曲线能够准确的计算出外部补偿像素电路中的驱动晶体管的特性参数。
在具体实施时,所述驱动晶体管的特性参数可以为阈值电压Vth、电流系数K等。
所述充电曲线即为在充电时间段,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压与充电时间之间的关系曲线。
如图3所示,所述外部补偿像素电路的一实施例包括数据写入电路21、驱动电路22、检测电路、储能电路23和发光元件EL;
所述检测电路包括检测控制子电路201、检测子电路202和置位子电路(图3中未示出),所述检测控制子电路201和所述检测子电路202都与外部补偿线SL耦接;
所述数据写入电路21的控制端与第一扫描线G1耦接,所述数据写入电路21的第一端与数据线Data耦接,所述数据写入电路21的第二端和所述驱动电路22的第一端耦接,所述数据写入电路21配置成在所述第一扫描线G1的控制下,控制将所述数据线Data输出的电压写入所述驱动电路22的第一端;
所述驱动电路22的第二端与所述发光元件EL连接;所述驱动电路22的第三端与电源电压端耦接,所述电源电压端用于输入电源电压VDD;所述驱动电路22配置成在其第一端的控制下,驱动所述发光元件EL发光;
所述储能电路23的第一端与所述驱动电路22的第一端连接,所述储能电路23的第二端与所述驱动电路22的第二端耦接,所述储能电路23配置成维持所述驱动电路22的第一端的电位;
所述检测控制子电路201分别与第二扫描线G2、所述驱动电路22的第二端和所述外部补偿线SL耦接,配置成在所述第二扫描线G2的控制下,控制所述驱动电路22的第二端与所述外部补偿线SL之间连通;
所述检测子电路202与所述外部补偿线SL耦接,用于检测所述外部补偿线SL上的电压;
所述置位子电路(图3中未示出)配置成在预定时间点对所述驱动电路22的第二端的电位进行复位。
在具体实施时,所述驱动电路22的第一端可以为其控制端。
在具体实施时,如图3所示,在所述数据写入电路21的控制端和所述驱动电路22的第一端之间存在寄生电容C1,在所述驱动电路22的第一端与所述驱动电路22的第三端之间存在寄生电容C2。
由于图3中的C1的存在,在所述数据写入电路21断开所述数据线Data与所述驱动电路22的第一端之间的连接时,会有电容耦合效应,使得所述驱动电路22的第一端的电压不等于数据线Data输出的数据电压Vdata,这样计算出来的驱动晶体管的特性参数就存在误差,因此会出现补偿不准确的现象。
如图4所示,在图3所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例的基础上,所述数据写入电路21包括数据写入晶体管T1,所述驱动电路22包括驱动晶体管DTFT,所述检测控制子电路201包括检测控制晶体管T2,所述检测子电路包括模数转换子电路ADC,所述发光元件包括有机发光二极管OLED,所述储能电路23包括存储电容Cs;
T1的栅极与第一扫描线G1连接,T1的漏极与数据线Data连接,T1的源极与DTFT的栅极连接;
DTFT的漏极与电源电压端连接,DTFT的源极与OLED的阳极连接;OLED的阴极与地端GND连接;所述电源电压端用于输入电源电压VDD;
Cs的第一端与DTFT的栅极连接,Cs的第二端与DTFT的源极连接;
T2的栅极与第二扫描线G2连接,T2的漏极与DTFT的源极连接,T2的源极与外部补偿线SL连接;
所述模数转换子电路ADC与所述外部补偿线SL连接,用于检测SL上的电压。
在图4所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例中,T1、DTFT和T2都为n型晶体管,但不以此为限。
在图4所示的实施例中,DTFT的栅极为驱动电路22的第一端,DTFT的源极为驱动电路22的第二端,DTFT的漏极为驱动电路22的第三端。
在图4所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例中,第一寄生电容C1为T1的栅极与T1的源极之间的寄生电容,第二寄生电容C2为DTFT的栅极与DTFT的漏极之间的寄生电容。
如图4所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例在工作时,由于C1的存在,在G1控制T1从开启到关断时,G1输出的第一扫描电压从24V(伏)降至-5V,DTFT的栅极的电压由于电容耦合效应也会下降δ伏,其中,δ=(24+5)×C1z/(C1z+C2z+Csz),C1z为C1的电容值,C2z为C2的电容值,Csz为Cs的电容值,这样充电电压降(所述充电电压降即为DTFT的栅源电压Vgs)不再是直接与数据电压Vdata相关的值,再用充电后的DTFT的源极的电压去计算DTFT的特性参数时,就会出现误差;而如果使用(Vdata-δ)去计算DTFT的特性参数,则会引入新的变量C1z、C2z和Csz,在增加计算难度的同时,并且由于对于显示面板上不同的像素电路而言,以上变量C1z、C2z和C3z不相同,因此此种方式不可行。
基于此,本发明实施例采用的方法为不关断T1,使用模数转换子电路ADC持续检测SL上的电压的变化,或者预估SL上的电压的变化,并随之增大数据线上的电压,以使得DTFT的栅源电压与Vdata相差不大,以获取理想的充电曲线,这样既避免了电容耦合效应,又保证了外部补偿线SL的线性充电。
根据一种具体实施方式,在充电时间段之前设置有N个补偿电压测试时间段;第n补偿电压测试时间段包括依次设置的第n个第一测试阶段和第n个第二测试阶段;所述充电曲线获得方法还包括设置于所述获取补偿电压步骤之前的N个补偿电压检测步骤;N为正整数;n为小于或等于N的正整数;
第n补偿电压检测步骤包括:
第n个第一测试电压检测步骤:在所述第n个第一测试阶段开始时将所述驱动电路的第二端的电压置为第n起始电压;在所述第n个第一测试阶段,数据写入电路将预定数据电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端;在所述第n个第二测试阶段中的预定时间点,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,该电压为第n个第一测试电压;
第n个第二测试电压检测步骤:在所述第n个第一测试阶段开始时将所述驱动电路的第二端的电压置为第n起始电压;在所述第n个第一测试阶段和所述第n个第二测试阶段,数据写入电路将预定数据电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端;在所述第n个第二测试阶段中的所述预定时间点,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,该电压为第n个第二测试电压;
第n补偿电压计算步骤:选取第n个第一测试电压、第n个第二测试电压中电压值较大者作为第n目标测试电压,根据所述第n目标测试电压计算第n补偿电压斜率,根据所述补第n偿电压斜率得到第n测试补偿电压;
所述补偿电压为第N测试补偿电压。
当n大于1时,第n起始电压为第n-1测试补偿电压;当n等于1时,第n起始电压为预先设定的起始电压。
具体的,所述根据所述目标测试电压计算补偿电压斜率步骤包括:根据下列公式计算第n补偿电压斜率:

其中,an为所述第n补偿电压斜率,Vtn为所述第n目标测试电压,V0n为所述第n起始电压,tcn为从所述第n个第一测试阶段的开始时间点至所述第nge第二测试阶段中的所述预定时间点之间间隔的时间;
所述根据所述第n补偿电压斜率得到第n测试补偿电压步骤包括:根据下列公式计算第n测试补偿电压:

其中,Vcn为第n测试补偿电压,Vdata0为所述预定数据电压,tch为所述充电时间段的开始时间点到所述充电时间段内的充电时间点之间间隔的时间。
当本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获取方法应用于如图4所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例时,第n补偿电压测试时间段S0n包括依次设置的第n个第一测试阶段St1n和第n个第二测试阶段St2n;
在第n个第一测试电压检测步骤中,如图5所示,在第n个第一测试阶段St1n开始时,将DTFT的源极的电压复位为第n初始电压V0n;在所述第n个第一测试阶段St1n,G1输出高电平,G2输出高电平,以使得T1和T2都导通,将预定数据电压Vdata0写入DTFT的栅极;在所述第n个第二测试阶段St2n,G1输出低电平,G2输出高电平,T1关断,T2导通,在所述第n个第二测试阶段St2n中的预定时间点td,ADC检测SL上的电压,该电压为第n个第一测试电压Vd1n;
在第n个第二测试电压检测步骤中,如图6所示,在第n个第一测试阶段St1n开始时,将DTFT的源极的电压复位为所述第n初始电压V0n;在第n个第一测试阶段St1n和第n个第二测试阶段St2n,G1和G2都输出高电平,T1和T2都导通,将预定数据电压Vdata0写入DTFT的栅极,在所述第n个第二测试阶段St2n中的所述预定时间点td,ADC检测SL上的电压,该电压为第n个第二测试电压Vd2n;
在第n补偿电压计算步骤中,比较Vd1n和Vd2n,选取Vd1n、Vd2n中电压值较大者作为第n目标测试电压Vtn,根据所述第n目标测试电压Vtn计算第n补偿电压斜率an,根据第n补偿电压斜率an计算第n补偿电压Vcn;

其中,tcn为从所述第n个第一测试阶段St1n的开始时间点至所述第n个第二测试阶St2n中的所述预定时间点td之间间隔的时间;

其中,Vcn为第n测试补偿电压,Vdata0为所述预定数据电压,tch为所述充电时间段的开始时间点到所述充电时间段内的充电时间点之间间隔的时间;
在经过了N个补偿电压测试时间段之后,进入充电时间段,此时已经确定所述补偿电压Vc为第N测试补偿电压;
在充电时间段,控制外部补偿线SL浮空,开始充电,如图7所示,在充电时间段Sc开始时,将DTFT的源极电压置为0,G1和G2都输出高电平,以使得T1和T2都打开,将Vdata0和Vc叠加,得到叠加电压,并使得数据线输出所述叠加电压,以将预定数据电压Vdata0和所述补偿电压Vc写入DTFT的栅极,使得DTFT的栅极电压Vg等于Vdata0+Vc,这样可以保证在整个充电过程中,DTFT的栅源电压Vgs近似等于Vdata0,改善充电曲线的准确度和线性度,此种校准充电曲线的方法容易实现,并能够很好的对充电曲线实现校准。
在具体实施时,优选情况下,可以对充电曲线进行多次校准,校准的次数越多则准确度越高,在实际操作时,可以根据操作时间和校准精确度的要求设定N的值。也即,在充电时间段之前,可以进行N次校准,以得到补偿电压Vc,所述补偿电压为最后一次校准得到的第N测试补偿电压。
根据另一种具体实施方式,所述获取补偿电压步骤可以包括:
在所述充电时间段的开始时间点,确定所述补偿电压为0;
在所述充电时间段内,每隔预定时间,获取所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,并将该电压确定为补偿电压。
另一种校准充电曲线的方式是在充电时间段,每个预定时间将所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的确定为补偿电压,从而保证驱动电路包括的驱动晶体管的栅源电压等于预定数据电压,以使得充电曲线准确,不受电容耦合效应的影响。
当本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获取方法应用于如图4所示的外部补偿像素电路的实施例时,在充电时间段,G1和G2都输出高电平,以使得T1和T2都打开,模数转换子电路ADC每隔预定时间检测外部补偿线SL上的电压,该外部补偿线SL上的电压即为补偿电压Vc,将Vc和预定数据电压Vdata0叠加,得到叠加电压,并使得数据线输出所述叠加电压,以将预定数据电压Vdata0和所述补偿电压Vc写入DTFT的栅极,使得DTFT的栅极电压Vg等于Vdata0+Vc,这样可以保证在整个充电过程中,DTFT的栅源电压Vgs等于Vdata0,使得充电曲线为线性,并且没有受电容耦合效应的影响。该种校准充电曲线的方法比较准确,但是对ADC的速度和精度要求较高。
具体的,所述检测电路可以包括检测控制子电路、检测子电路和置位子电路,所述检测控制子电路和所述检测子电路都与外部补偿线耦接;在所述充电时间段内,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压步骤包括:
在所述充电时间段的开始时间点,置位子电路将所述驱动电路的第二端的电位置为复位电压;
在所述充电时间段,检测控制子电路控制所述驱动电路的第二端与所述外部补偿线之间连通,所述检测子电路检测所述外部补偿线上的实时电压;
所述根据所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的电压得到充电曲线步骤包括:根据所述实时电压得到所述充电曲线。
在具体实施时,所述检测电路可以包括检测控制子电路、检测子电路和置位子电路,在充电时间段,检测控制子电路控制驱动电路的第二端与外部补偿线之间连通,所述检测子电路能够检测该外部补偿线上的实时电压,根据该实时电压能够得到充电曲线。
本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获得模组,应用于外部补偿像素电路,如图8所示,所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路21、驱动电路22和检测电路20,所述数据写入电路21与驱动电路22的第一端耦接,所述检测电路20与所述驱动电路22的第二端耦接,所述充电曲线获得装置包括补偿电压获取电路91、控制电路92和充电曲线得到电路93,其中,
所述补偿电压获取电路91用于获取补偿电压,并将补偿电压传送至数据线Data;
所述数据写入电路21与所述数据线Data耦接;
所述控制电路92用于在充电时间段内,向所述数据写入电路21发送第一控制信号,以控制数据写入电路21将所述数据线Data上的预定数据电压Vdata0和所述补偿电压Vc写入所述驱动电路22的第一端,并在所述充电时间段内,向所述检测电路20发送第二控制信号,以控制所述检测电路20检测所述驱动电路22的第二端的电压;
所述充电曲线得到电路93与所述检测电路20耦接,用于根据所述驱动电路22的第二端的电压得到充电曲线。
在图8所示的充电曲线获得模组的实施例中,C1为第一寄生电容,C2为第二寄生电容。
本发明实施例所述的充电曲线获得模组,通过补偿电压获取电路获取补偿电压,并通过数据写入电路在充电时间段,在预定数据电压上叠加补偿电压,并将该预定数据电压和该补偿电压写入驱动电路的第一端,从而实现对外部补偿像素电路中的外部补偿线的充电曲线的校准,通过所述充电曲线能够准确的计算出所述外部补偿像素电路中的驱动晶体管的特性参数。
本发明实施例所述的显示装置包括上述的充电曲线获得模组。
在具体实施时,本发明所述的显示装置还可以包括外部补偿像素电路;所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与所述驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接;
所述数据写入电路配置为在充电时间段内,将预定数据电压和补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端;
所述检测电路配置为在所述充电时间段检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,并将该电压传送至充电曲线得到电路;
所述驱动电路配置为驱动相应的发光元件。
具体的,所述外部补偿像素电路还可以包括储能电路;所述驱动电路的第一端为其控制端,所述驱动电路的第二端与所述发光元件连接,所述驱动电路的第三端与电源电压端连接;
所述储能电路与所述驱动电路的第一端连接,用于维持所述驱动电路的第一端的电位;
所述驱动电路配置为在其第一端的控制下,驱动相应的发光元件发光。
本发明实施例所提供的显示装置可以为手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。

1.一种充电曲线获得方法,应用于外部补偿像素电路,所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接,其特征在于,所述充电曲线获得方法包括:
获取补偿电压;
在充电时间段内,数据写入电路将预定数据电压和所述补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端,检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压;
根据所述检测电路检测到的所述驱动电路的第二端的电压得到充电曲线;
所述检测电路包括检测控制子电路、检测子电路和置位子电路,所述检测控制子电路和所述检测子电路都与外部补偿线耦接;
在所述充电时间段内,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压步骤包括:
在所述充电时间段的开始时间点,置位子电路将所述驱动电路的第二端的电位置为复位电压;
在所述充电时间段,检测控制子电路控制所述驱动电路的第二端与所述外部补偿线之间连通,所述检测子电路检测所述外部补偿线上的实时电压;

第n个第一测试电压检测步骤:在第n个第一测试阶段开始时将所述驱动电路的第二端的电压置为第n起始电压;在所述第n个第一测试阶段,数据写入电路将预定数据电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端;在所述第n个第二测试阶段中的预定时间点,所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,该电压为第n个第一测试电压;

6.一种充电曲线获得模组,应用于外部补偿像素电路,所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接,其特征在于,所述充电曲线获得装置包括补偿电压获取电路、控制电路和充电曲线得到电路,其中,
所述补偿电压获取电路用于获取补偿电压;
所述控制电路用于在充电时间段内,向所述数据写入电路发送第一控制信号,以控制数据写入电路将预定数据电压和所述补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端,并在所述充电时间段内,向所述检测电路发送第二控制信号,以控制所述检测电路检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压;
所述充电曲线得到电路用于根据所述驱动电路的第二端的电压得到充电曲线;
所述检测电路包括检测控制子电路、检测子电路和置位子电路,所述检测控制子电路和所述检测子电路都与外部补偿线耦接;
所述置位子电路用于在所述充电时间段的开始时间点,将所述驱动电路的第二端的电位置为复位电压;
所述检测控制子电路用于在所述充电时间段控制所述驱动电路的第二端与所述外部补偿线之间连通,所述检测子电路用于在所述充电时间段检测所述外部补偿线上的实时电压;
所述充电曲线得到电路用于根据所述实时电压得到所述充电曲线。
7.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6所述的充电曲线获得模组。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括外部补偿像素电路;所述外部补偿像素电路包括数据写入电路、驱动电路和检测电路,所述数据写入电路与所述驱动电路的第一端耦接,所述检测电路与所述驱动电路的第二端耦接;
所述数据写入电路配置为在充电时间段内,将预定数据电压和补偿电压写入所述驱动电路的第一端;
所述检测电路配置为在所述充电时间段检测所述驱动电路的第二端的电压,并将该电压传送至充电曲线得到电路;
所述驱动电路配置为驱动相应的发光元件。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述外部补偿像素电路还包括储能电路;所述驱动电路的第一端为其控制端,所述驱动电路的第二端与所述发光元件连接,所述驱动电路的第三端与电源电压端连接;
