Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the power head 5 is slidably mounted on the drill frame 2, and the power head 5 is movable from the drill frame 2 to the auxiliary dismounting portion 6. The power head 5 can reciprocate on the drilling frame 2 to realize the construction operation of the large horizontal directional drilling machine. After the construction is finished, the power head 5 can move to the auxiliary dismounting part 6 in the dismounting process. The drill carriage 2 is separated from the auxiliary dismounting portion 6, i.e. the separation of the drill carriage 2 from the power head 5 is achieved.
According to the technical scheme, the whole horizontal directional drilling machine can be disassembled into five parts, namely the first supporting part 3, the second supporting part 4, the drilling frame 2, the power head 5 and the auxiliary disassembling part 6. The walking part 1 is independent and has no connection relation with other components. Therefore, the weight and the overall dimension of each unit are reduced, and the modularized disassembly and transportation are realized.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the horizontal directional drilling machine further comprises an auxiliary dismounting portion 6. The auxiliary dismounting portion 6 is detachably mounted to the drill frame 2, and the auxiliary dismounting portion 6 is configured such that the power head 5 can slide from the drill frame 2 onto the auxiliary dismounting portion 6.
The auxiliary dismounting portion 6 is detachably connected to the drill frame 2, for example by means of pins or bolts.
