技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品技术领域，特别是涉及一种高效抗皱的纺织品制备方法。
背景技术
含蛋白质的纤维织物如羊毛，在反复地挤压、揉搓或将其放在水中搅动时，会出现纤维之间的彼此毡合、纠缠现象，并向根部移动，这种缩绒现象会导致织物面积缩小、表面起球、手感变硬，致使羊毛织物使用性能差。
纺织品防皱整理是纺织品后整理中一个必不可少的程序，在纺织品后整理加工中占据非常重要的地位，纺织品防皱整理的关键是防皱整理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效抗皱的纺织品制备方法，以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种高效抗皱的纺织品制备方法，包括组成成分的重量为：纺织品50～90份，六烷基磺酸钠3～8重量份、有机硅油1～6重量份、硫基乙酸辛酯10～26重量份、丝素蛋白2～8重量份、聚丙二醇2～8重量份、NaHSO31～8重量份、磺酸盐20～60重量份；将上述成分除了纺织品，依次加入到反应釜中在30℃下搅拌反应1小时，然后加入硫酸盐升温至80℃反应2.5小时，得到抗皱防缩整理剂，将纺织品浸渍在整理剂中，浸渍时间为20小时，待取出后将纺织品反复水洗，直至没有溶液析出，将纺织品烘干，再将纺织品水洗一次，再通风处阴干，得到成品。
与现有技术相比，本发明的纺织品整理剂具有如下优点：抗皱性能显著；防缩耐久性好；无毒无味，不刺激皮肤；不含甲醛，不释放有害化学物质；原料成本低廉，生产工艺简单；处理后织物手感柔软、丰满、富有弹性和光泽；抗织物起球；抗静电性能好；不易泛黄，降强率低。
