本发明公开了一种成本低廉的纺织品加工工艺,包括:(1)制备共聚物乳液,将丙烯酸丁酯11~20重量份、丙烯腈16~28重量份、硫酸锌1~5重量份、过硫酸钾1~6重量份、以及N‑甲基吡咯烷酮1~8重量份加入到反应釜中,在氮气保护下升温至30~90℃,反应4~8小时,然后滴加5~8重量份的偶氮二异丁氰、20~30重量份的丙酮,然后脱去溶剂,得到成品。(2)制备纺织品,将纺织品浸入共聚物乳液,在震荡机械内震荡20min,频率为1000r/min,再静置1小时,待完全浸入,取出纺织品,将其水洗并烘干,得到成品。本发明的纺织品整理剂具有如下优点:抗皱性能显著;防缩耐久性好;无毒无味,不刺激皮肤;原料成本低廉,生产工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品技术领域,特别是涉及一种成本低廉的纺织品加工工艺。
背景技术
含蛋白质的纤维织物如羊毛,在反复地挤压、揉搓或将其放在水中搅动时,会出现纤维之间的彼此毡合、纠缠现象,并向根部移动,这种缩绒现象会导致织物面积缩小、表面起球、手感变硬,致使羊毛织物使用性能差。
纺织品防皱整理是纺织品后整理中一个必不可少的程序,在纺织品后整理加工中占据非常重要的地位,纺织品防皱整理的关键是防皱整理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低廉的纺织品加工工艺,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明实施例公开了一种成本低廉的纺织品加工工艺,包括:(1)、制备共聚物乳液,将丙烯酸丁酯11~20重量份、丙烯腈16~28重量份、硫酸锌1~5重量份、过硫酸钾1~6重量份、以及N-甲基吡咯烷酮1~8重量份加入到反应釜中,在氮气保护下升温至30~90℃,反应4~8小时,然后滴加5~8重量份的偶氮二异丁氰、20~30重量份的丙酮,然后脱去溶剂,得到成品。
(2)、制备纺织品,将纺织品浸入共聚物乳液,在震荡机械内震荡20min,频率为1000r/min,再静置1小时,待完全浸入,取出纺织品,将其水洗并烘干,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的纺织品整理剂具有如下优点:抗皱性能显著;防缩耐久性好;无毒无味,不刺激皮肤;不含甲醛,不释放有害化学物质;原料成本低廉,生产工艺简单;处理后织物手感柔软、丰满、富有弹性和光泽;抗织物起球;抗静电性能好;不易泛黄,降强率低。

本实施例中,一种成本低廉的纺织品加工工艺,包括:(1)、制备共聚物乳液,将丙烯酸丁酯11~20重量份、丙烯腈16~28重量份、硫酸锌1~5重量份、过硫酸钾1~6重量份、以及N-甲基吡咯烷酮1~8重量份加入到反应釜中,在氮气保护下升温至30~90℃,反应4~8小时,然后滴加5~8重量份的偶氮二异丁氰、20~30重量份的丙酮,然后脱去溶剂,得到成品。
(2)、制备纺织品,将纺织品浸入共聚物乳液,在震荡机械内震荡20min,频率为1000r/min,再静置1小时,待完全浸入,取出纺织品,将其水洗并烘干,得到成品。
本发明的纺织品整理剂具有如下优点:抗皱性能显著;防缩耐久性好; 无毒无味,不刺激皮肤;不含甲醛,不释放有害化学物质;原料成本低廉,生产工艺简单;处理后织物手感柔软、丰满、富有弹性和光泽;抗织物起球;抗静电性能好;不易泛黄,降强率低。

(1)、制备共聚物乳液,将丙烯酸丁酯11~20重量份、丙烯腈16~28重量份、硫酸锌1~5重量份、过硫酸钾1~6重量份、以及N-甲基吡咯烷酮1~8重量份加入到反应釜中,在氮气保护下升温至30~90℃,反应4~8小时,然后滴加5~8重量份的偶氮二异丁氰、20~30重量份的丙酮,然后脱去溶剂,得到成品;
(2)、制备纺织品,将纺织品浸入共聚物乳液,在震荡机械内震荡20min,频率为1000r/min,再静置1小时,待完全浸入,取出纺织品,将其水洗并烘干,得到成品。
