本发明公开了一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯10‑25份、钛白粉3‑8份、重质碳酸钙2‑5份、过硫酸钾1‑4份、双酚A型环氧树脂15‑35份、改性膨胀珍珠岩2‑7份、纳米锌粉5‑10份、马来酸二正丁酯1‑4份、消泡剂1‑5份、润湿剂2‑6份、成膜剂1‑5份。本发明具有较高防腐性,以及优异的保温、隔音和抗裂性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种增强型隔音涂料。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
现有技术中,涂料虽然具有一定的防腐效果,但是例如隔音等其他性能较差,日益无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种增强型隔音涂料,本发明具有较高防腐性,以及优异的保温、隔音和抗裂性能。
本发明提出的一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯10-25份、钛白粉3-8份、重质碳酸钙2-5份、过硫酸钾1-4份、双酚A型环氧树脂15-35份、改性膨胀珍珠岩2-7份、纳米锌粉5-10份、马来酸二正丁酯1-4份、消泡剂1-5份、润湿剂2-6份、成膜剂1-5份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯13-22份、钛白粉4-7份、重质碳酸钙3-4份、过硫酸钾2-3份、双酚A型环氧树脂18-30份、改性膨胀珍珠岩3-6份、纳米锌粉6-9份、马来酸二正丁酯2-3份、消泡剂2-4份、润湿剂3-5份、成膜剂2-4份。
优选地,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将膨胀珍珠岩与空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,研磨,加入引发剂,升温,保温反应,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩。
优选地,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将1-1.5重量份的膨胀珍珠岩与0.5-2.5重量份的空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,在20-35℃下研磨50-60min,加入0.1-0.3重量份的引发剂,升温至50-70℃,保温反应1-2h,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩。
优选地,所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的一种。
本发明的原料包括双酚A型环氧树脂、脂肪酸甲酯、改性膨胀珍珠岩、纳米锌粉、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、过硫酸钾、马来酸二正丁酯、消泡剂、润湿剂、成膜剂、去离子水,其中在优选方案中,以空心陶瓷珠对膨胀珍珠岩进行改性,加入引发剂,能够使膨胀珍珠岩基体发生化学反应或物理缠绕,从而与空心陶瓷珠牢固地连在一起,有效地提高改性膨胀珍珠岩的粘结性,同时强化隔音和保温效果。本发明以双酚A型环氧树脂、脂肪酸甲酯作为基础原料,两者相容性好,具有较好的防腐和抗裂效果,且与改性膨胀珍珠岩、纳米锌粉、钛白粉复配后使最终涂料具有优异的保温和隔音性能,同时进一步增强涂料的防腐和抗裂性能。本发明中添加重质碳酸钙、过硫酸钾、马来酸二正丁酯,与双酚A型环氧树脂、脂肪酸甲酯相容性好,三者相互配合作用,使涂料具有良好的抗菌和耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯25份、钛白粉3份、重质碳酸钙5份、过硫酸钾1份、双酚A型环氧树脂15份、改性膨胀珍珠岩2份、纳米锌粉10份、马来酸二正丁酯4份、消泡剂1份、润湿剂6份、成膜剂1份。
实施例2
一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯10份、钛白粉8份、重质碳酸钙2份、过硫酸钾4份、双酚A型环氧树脂35份、改性膨胀珍珠岩7份、纳米锌粉5份、马来酸二正丁酯1份、消泡剂5份、润湿剂2份、成膜剂5份;
其中,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将膨胀珍珠岩与空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,研磨,加入引发剂,升温,保温反应,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩。
实施例3
一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯17份、钛白粉5份、重质碳酸钙3.5份、过硫酸钾3.5份、双酚A型环氧树脂20份、改性膨胀珍珠岩5份、纳米锌粉7份、马来酸二正丁酯2.5份、消泡剂3份、润湿剂4份、成膜剂3份;
其中,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将1重量份的膨胀珍珠岩与2.5重量份的空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,在20℃下研磨60min,加入0.1重量份的引发剂,升温至70℃,保温反应1h,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩;
所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
实施例4
一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯22份、钛白粉4份、重质碳酸钙4份、过硫酸钾2份、双酚A型环氧树脂18份、改性膨胀珍珠岩3份、纳米锌粉9份、马来酸二正丁酯3份、消泡剂2份、润湿剂5份、成膜剂2份;
其中,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将1.5重量份的膨胀珍珠岩与0.5重量份的空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,在35℃下研磨50-60min,加入0.1重量份的引发剂,升温至70℃,保温反应1h,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩;
所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
实施例5
一种增强型隔音涂料,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯13份、钛白粉7份、重质碳酸钙3份、过硫酸钾3份、双酚A型环氧树脂30份、改性膨胀珍珠岩6份、纳米锌粉6份、马来酸二正丁酯2份、消泡剂4份、润湿剂3份、成膜剂4份;
其中,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将1.3重量份的膨胀珍珠岩与2重量份的空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,在25℃下研磨55min,加入0.2重量份的引发剂,升温至60℃,保温反应1.5h,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩;
所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚。
试验例1
以市面上的涂料作为对比例,与实施例1-3进行比较,比较项目和结果如表一所示:

由表1可以看出,本发明提供的增强型隔音涂料在防腐性、保温性、隔音性、抗裂性等方面均优于对比例。

1.一种增强型隔音涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯10-25份、钛白粉3-8份、重质碳酸钙2-5份、过硫酸钾1-4份、双酚A型环氧树脂15-35份、改性膨胀珍珠岩2-7份、纳米锌粉5-10份、马来酸二正丁酯1-4份、消泡剂1-5份、润湿剂2-6份、成膜剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述增强型隔音涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:脂肪酸甲酯13-22份、钛白粉4-7份、重质碳酸钙3-4份、过硫酸钾2-3份、双酚A型环氧树脂18-30份、改性膨胀珍珠岩3-6份、纳米锌粉6-9份、马来酸二正丁酯2-3份、消泡剂2-4份、润湿剂3-5份、成膜剂2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述增强型隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将膨胀珍珠岩与空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,研磨,加入引发剂,升温,保温反应,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩。
4.根据权利要求3所述增强型隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述改性膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法为:将1-1.5重量份的膨胀珍珠岩与0.5-2.5重量份的空心陶瓷珠混合均匀,在20-35℃下研磨50-60min,加入0.1-0.3重量份的引发剂,升温至50-70℃,保温反应1-2h,得到改性膨胀珍珠岩。
5.根据权利要求1所述增强型隔音涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的一种。
