Examples
Referring to fig. 1-25 (the frame is a conventional technical means in the art, so that a part of the frame is not drawn in order to prevent the frame from shielding vision of other mechanisms), a full-automatic packaging bag folding machine comprises a frame, a bag feeding mechanism 1, a bag rolling mechanism 2, a bag moving mechanism 3, a bag folding mechanism, an alignment grabbing mechanism 6, a labeling mechanism 7 and a sealing mechanism 8 are arranged on the frame, a ribbon conveying mechanism 4 and a finished product sorting mechanism 9 are arranged on one side of the frame, the bag feeding mechanism 1 conveys a flat packaging bag to the bag rolling mechanism 2, the bag rolling mechanism 2 winds the packaging bag, the ribbon conveying mechanism 4 puts the ribbon into the curled packaging bag wound by the bag rolling mechanism 2, the bag moving mechanism 3 clamps the curled packaging bag and conveys the curled packaging bag to the bag folding mechanism, the bag folding mechanism folds the packaging bag, the alignment grabbing mechanism 6 grabs the folded packaging bag by the bag folding mechanism and conveys the folded packaging bag to the sealing mechanism 8, the sealing mechanism 8 is matched with the labeling mechanism 7 to label and seal the folded packaging bag, and the finished product sorting mechanism 9 detects whether the packaging bag is qualified or not.
As shown in fig. 3, the bag feeding mechanism 1 comprises a first bag feeding guide rail 110, a second bag feeding guide rail 120, a vacuum adsorption assembly 130, a bag feeding sliding table 140, a bag feeding cylinder 150 and a lifting table 170, wherein the first bag feeding guide rail 110 and the second bag feeding guide rail 120 are arranged on a rack in parallel, the first bag feeding guide rail 110 is connected with the vacuum adsorption assembly 130 in a sliding manner, the vacuum adsorption assembly 130 comprises a vacuum suction plate and a suction plate sliding block, the suction plate sliding block is connected on the first bag feeding guide rail 110 in a sliding manner, the vacuum suction plate is fixedly connected at the bottom of the suction plate sliding block, the second bag feeding guide rail 120 is connected with the bag feeding sliding table 140 in a sliding manner, a transmission belt is connected between the bag feeding sliding table 140 and the vacuum adsorption assembly 120, the bag feeding cylinder 150 is arranged on one side of the second bag feeding guide rail 120, the output shaft of the bag feeding cylinder 150 is connected with the bag feeding sliding table 140, the bag feeding cylinder 150 drives the bag feeding sliding table 140 to move, and the vacuum adsorption assembly 130 is driven by the transmission belt to move the transmission bag feeding sliding table 140 back and forth; the elevating table 170 is disposed below the vacuum adsorption assembly 130, the elevating table 170 is connected with an elevating table cylinder 171 disposed on the frame, and the elevating table cylinder 171 is used to drive the elevating table 170 to move back and forth in the vertical direction.
