Therefore, the standby coiled film is placed on the storage rack I27-1 and the storage rack II 27-2, and after the use is finished, the coiled film bags of the storage rack I27-1 and the storage rack II 27-2 are directly placed at the corresponding rotating head positions for fixing. Because the shelf I27-1 and the shelf II 27-2 adopt a plurality of smooth long rod structures, the film rolling bags are convenient to move on the shelf. One side of the article rack I27-1 and one side of the article rack II 27-2 are fixed, and the other side can extend. If the double-layer support frame is provided with a heat sealing device, the article rack I27-1 and the article rack II 27-2 can extend to positions outside the double-layer support frame.
In the actual production process, the cleanliness of the rolled film must be ensured, if the rolled film is stored in a sealing way outside the cleaning machine, the cleanliness of the unused rolled film storage mode cannot be ensured, the unused part of the rolled film is discarded, waste is caused, the rolled film is required to be stored in the cleaning machine in a sealing way, and therefore, the side of the rear part of the soleplate I22-1 is provided with the heating wire, the manual pressing strip seat is provided with the foaming silica gel strip, and the manual silica gel strip is pushed to the heating wire direction through the quick clamp to realize heat sealing. The heat seal of the invention is mainly aimed at the working environment of equipment with high requirement on cleanliness, and the unused rolled film needs to be temporarily sealed and protected by an outer packaging bag. Specifically, the unused rolled film placed between the two rotating heads is taken off, then the packaging bag is put on, and then the manual heat sealing is performed by the heat sealing device. After heat sealing, the product is placed on a shelf I27-1 or a shelf II 27-2. The shelf I27-1 and the shelf II 27-2 are arranged to extend to the structure outside the double-layer supporting frame, so that at least two rolling films can be placed on the shelf I27-1 and the shelf II 27-2, one is a standby rolling film, and the other is an unused rolling film.
The base frame is a double-layer support frame, and each layer of support frame comprises a film rolling fixing component and a film rolling rotating component. The widths of the two layers of rolled films are inconsistent, and the large rolled film can be sleeved outside the small rolled film. The coiled film fixing component is used for realizing fixed placement of coiled films. The film rolling fixing component adopts two-end tightening type and is fixedly arranged on the side plate by adopting a fixed rotating head. The other movable rotating head is connected with the quick compression pliers through the fixing seat, when the quick compression pliers are loosened, the movable rotating head moves outwards, the distance between the two rotating heads is increased, at the moment, one end of the coiled film is connected with the fixed rotating head first, and the center of the fixed rotating head is placed in the hollow of the coiled film to realize fixation. When the quick compression pliers are compressed, the movable rotating heads move inwards, the distance between the two rotating heads is reduced, the center of the movable rotating heads is pushed into the hollow at the other end of the coiled film, and the other end of the coiled film is fixed. Because the rotating head adopts the bearing, the coiled film fixed by the center can rotate around the rotating shaft of the rotating head under the drive of the speed reducing motor.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6-9, the moving platform assembly 4 includes a mounting platform 41, a bag pulling assembly, a heat sealing assembly and a driving mechanism, the mounting platform is a four-side frame structure with a hollow middle, the left and right sides of the upper surface of the mounting platform 41 are respectively provided with a linear sliding platform i 411 and a linear sliding platform ii 412 which are parallel to each other, and the front and rear sides of the lower surface of the mounting platform are respectively provided with a linear sliding platform iii 413 and a linear sliding platform iv 414 which are parallel to each other;
the heat sealing assembly comprises two linear fixing plates 431, and a heating wire seat and a foaming silica gel strip seat which are arranged on the linear fixing plates 431, wherein the two linear fixing plates 431 are arranged on a linear sliding platform I411 and a linear sliding platform II 412 in parallel through sliding blocks, the two linear fixing plates 431 are respectively provided with the heating wire seat and the foaming silica gel strip seat, two sides corresponding to each other between the heating wire seat and the foaming silica gel strip seat are respectively provided with the heating wire and the foaming silica gel strip, one linear fixing plate 431 is provided with a guide rod cylinder II 432, and the guide rod cylinder II 432 is connected with the heating wire seat to push the heating wire seat to move towards the direction of the foaming silica gel strip seat; in the working process of the heat sealing assembly, the two linear fixing frames move towards the middle simultaneously, and because the two sucker bases can contact with the foaming silica gel strip base before the heating wire base, the guide rod cylinder I and the guide rod cylinder II are respectively arranged on the heating wire base and the foaming silica gel strip base, the heating wire base and the foaming silica gel strip base are pushed to move towards the middle under the action of the guide rod cylinder I and the guide rod cylinder II, and the heating wire and the foaming silica gel strip are stuck together for heat sealing. Meanwhile, because the two sucker bases are always attached together in the heat sealing process, under the action of mutual pressure, the parts are possibly damaged, and therefore, a buffer cylinder is arranged on one of the sucker bases to adjust the compression state between the two sucker bases.
The bag pulling assembly comprises a special-shaped fixing frame 421 and pneumatic clamping jaws arranged on the special-shaped fixing frame 421, wherein two special-shaped fixing frames 421 are symmetrically arranged on a linear sliding platform III 413 and a linear sliding platform IV 414 through sliding blocks; the middle of each special-shaped fixing frame 421 is provided with a pneumatic clamping jaw, the clamping jaw opening positions of the two pneumatic clamping jaws correspond to each other and face the center of the mounting platform together, each special-shaped fixing frame 421 is provided with two detection sensors, and the straight line of the two detection sensors on the same special-shaped fixing frame 431 is perpendicular to the straight line of the two pneumatic clamping jaws; in the motion process of the traction bag assembly, the film rolling bag slowly enters between the two linear fixing plates from the upper part, the detection sensor on the opposite-type fixing frame can detect the broken line position of the film rolling bag, when broken lines are detected, the two special-shaped fixing frames slowly move towards the center of the mounting platform on the linear sliding platform III and the linear sliding platform IV, meanwhile, the pneumatic clamping jaw is opened, after the pneumatic clamping jaw clamps the two sides of the film rolling bag, the two special-shaped fixing frames stop moving, and meanwhile, the pneumatic clamping jaw is closed. Thus, the two sides of the film rolling bag can be clamped at the position close to the opening of the film rolling bag. The clamped film roll bag may then be cut along the dashed line to separate it from the rolled film roll bag. The purpose of the bag pulling component is to detect the proper position of the film rolling bag, then adjust the special-shaped fixing frame according to the size of the film rolling bag and pull the bag by using the starting clamping jaw.
The driving mechanism comprises a first driving mechanism for driving the two linear fixing plates to perform front and rear relative displacement and a second driving mechanism for driving the two special-shaped fixing frames to perform left and right relative displacement.
The first driving mechanism is used for driving the linear fixing plates on the linear sliding platform I and the linear sliding platform II to move back and forth, and comprises a motor, a synchronous belt and a tensioner, wherein the motor is arranged on the mounting platform and is connected with the driving wheel, synchronous belt wheels are arranged at the same direction ends of guide screws of the linear sliding platform and the linear sliding platform, the synchronous belt is wound on the driving wheel, the synchronous belt wheels of the linear sliding platform and the surfaces of the synchronous belt wheels of the linear sliding platform, and the tensioner is arranged on the mounting platform and is in contact with the outer surface of the synchronous belt; when the motor is started, the motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and the synchronous belt is wound on the surfaces of the driving wheel, the synchronous belt wheel of the linear sliding platform I and the synchronous belt wheel of the linear sliding platform II, so that the synchronous belt wheel of the linear sliding platform I and the synchronous belt wheel of the linear sliding platform II also rotate to drive the respective guide screw rods to rotate and drive the sliding blocks to move; because the linear sliding platform I and the linear sliding platform II are arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting platform, the linear fixing plate is driven to move back and forth; the tensioner is arranged on the mounting platform and is in contact with the outer surface of the synchronous belt so as to ensure that the synchronous belt is always in a tensioning state in the transmission process.
The principle of the second driving mechanism is approximately the same as that of the first driving mechanism, and the linear sliding platform III and the linear sliding platform IV are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the mounting platform, so that the special-shaped fixing frame is driven to move left and right.
Preferably, the movable platform is further provided with a bag opening assembly, the bag opening assembly comprises two sucker seats, the sucker seats are respectively provided with two middle portions of the linear fixing plates 431 through fixing connectors, the two sucker seats are respectively located above the heating wire seat and the foaming silica gel strip seat, two sides corresponding to each other between the two sucker seats are respectively provided with a plurality of suckers, and the distance between the two sucker seats is smaller than the distance between the heating wire seat and the foaming silica gel strip seat.
Preferably, a buffer cylinder 433 is disposed on any one of the linear fixing plates 431, the buffer cylinder 433 is connected with one of the chuck bases, the other chuck base is fixedly disposed on the other linear fixing plate 431, the fixedly disposed chuck base is disposed on the linear fixing plate 431, and in an uncompressed state of the buffer cylinder 433, the movably disposed chuck base is disposed on the linear fixing plate 431; in the motion process of the bag opening assembly, the two linear fixing plates move towards the middle of the mounting platform along the linear sliding platform I and the linear sliding platform II at the same time, because the distance between the two sucker seats is smaller than the distance between the heating wire seat and the foaming silica gel strip seat, that is to say, before the heating wire contacts with the foaming silica gel strip, the suckers on the two sucker seats can contact with each other firstly, the two sides of the film rolling bag are tightly adsorbed by the sucker under the action of pressure, then the two linear fixing plates move towards the two sides, the suckers on the two sucker seats respectively absorb the two sides of the film rolling bag, and the two sides which are originally stuck together are separated at the opening. At this time, materials can be added into the film rolling bag, and other parts of the film rolling belt are slowly opened due to the gravity of the materials.
Preferably, the mobile platform is further provided with a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises a supporting plate 451 and lifting extension plates 452 for fixing the supporting plate 451, and the lifting extension plates 452 of the lifting assembly are two and are respectively arranged on the lower surfaces of the front side and the rear side of the mounting platform; a supporting plate 451 is arranged between the two lifting extension plates 452, and the supporting plate 451 is positioned below the mounting platform; the opposite inner side surfaces of the two lifting extension plates 452 are respectively provided with a guide rod cylinder III 454 and a guide rod cylinder IV 455, and two ends of the supporting plate 451 are respectively connected with the guide rod cylinder III 454 and the guide rod cylinder IV 455; the holding power of pneumatic clamping jaw is enough not bear the gravity of material, therefore the bottom of mounting platform still is provided with and carries the material subassembly for hold the roll of film bag that is equipped with the material. Meanwhile, the supporting plate can move up and down under the action of the guide rod cylinder III and the guide rod cylinder IV, if space remains at the bottom of the film rolling bag, the supporting plate moves downwards for a small section, and after materials fall into the bottom of the film rolling bag under the action of gravity, the supporting plate moves upwards rapidly to drag the film rolling bag.

The operation process of the device comprises the following steps:
before the device enters a working state, an inner bag rolled film and an outer bag rolled film are respectively placed on a rolled film fixing assembly of each layer of a double-layer rolled film frame assembly, and the initial position of a rolled film bag is placed between a driving roll shaft and a driven roll shaft; when the device enters a working state, a gear motor on the film rolling frame assembly drives a large gear to rotate, and the large gear directly or indirectly drives a small gear on a roll shaft to rotate, so that the film rolling is driven to rotate, and the film rolling naturally sags under the action of gravity;
when the film rolling pulling assembly drives the film rolling to move for a certain distance, the gear motor stops, the gripper air cylinders on the moving platform assembly grasp the two ends of the film rolling bag, the cutter assembly cuts the film rolling bag, the power assembly on the base frame drives the moving platform to move to the trunk discharging hole after the cutting is completed, at the moment, the second driving mechanism on the moving platform drives the abnormal plate to move from two sides to the middle, the first driving device drives the linear fixing plate to move from front to back to the middle, and after the sucking disc sucks the film rolling bag, the linear fixing plate moves from the middle to front to back and waits for discharging after the moving is completed;
because a bag of raw materials are discharged for multiple times after cleaning, after the first discharging, a guide rod cylinder III and a guide rod cylinder IV on a moving platform drive a tray to move up and down for shaking up and discharging, when all discharging is finished, a moving platform assembly moves to the lower part of a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly clamps the position of a film rolling bag above a sucker, a stainless steel nozzle stretches into the film rolling bag to extract air, and after air extraction is finished, a first driving device moves back and forth again to drive a linear fixing plate, and a heating wire on the linear fixing plate carries out heat sealing on the film rolling of the inner bag;
after the heat sealing is finished, the lifting device moves upwards under the drive of the power assembly to lift the inner bag rolling film, at the moment, the moving platform assembly returns to the lower part of the cutter assembly to wait for grabbing the outer bag rolling film, then moves to the lower part of the lifting device, the sucking disc pulls out the outer bag rolling film, the lifting device moves downwards, the inner bag rolling film is placed into the inner bag rolling film, and the moving platform carries out heat sealing on the outer bag rolling film once again to finish the packaging of discharging.
Preferably, the power assembly 12 of the mobile platform used in the present invention mainly comprises a gear motor, a power wheel and a belt, then the installation platform is connected with the power device through a synchronous belt connecting piece, and a tensioner is arranged in contact with the belt in the present invention, and the present power device adopts the structure, and the present invention is not repeated.
In the embodiment of the invention, a discharging roller way 13 formed by a plurality of roller shafts is arranged at the bottom of the base frame 1 and close to the discharging hole of the rubber plug cleaning machine, so that packaged products can be conveniently transported out of the cavity of the rubber plug cleaning machine.
