一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜为多层复合结构,具有封装性,所述的玻璃棉毡经玻璃块高温熔融、拉丝、喷吹形成;其中复合膜面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10‑8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch;所述的复合膜封装玻璃棉毡采用热脉冲或超声波方法;本发明充分发挥复合结构材料的优点,制备出一种阻隔水汽优良、封装性能、隔音隔热性能优异的轻质航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,为新型封装膜材和复合材料的制备和应用提供新思路。

Description

一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空内饰复合材料的生产加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡。
背景技术
玻璃棉属于玻璃纤维中的一个类别,是一种人造无机纤维。采用石英砂、石灰石、白云石等天然矿石为主要原料,配合一些纯碱、硼砂等化工原料熔成玻璃。在融化状态下,借助外力吹制式甩成絮状细纤维,纤维和纤维之间为立体交叉,互相缠绕在一起,呈现出许多细小的间隙。这种间隙可看作孔隙。玻璃棉可视为多孔材料,具有良好的绝热、吸声性能,高性能的玻璃棉在航空航天等高端领域应用将进一步扩展。
目前,商用客机通常在离地面一万米高空巡航,舱外温度可低至-65℃。为了给舱内创造适宜的温度环境,需要给飞机设计合理的保温结构。飞机的保温结构主要由金属蒙皮、保温层和装饰衬层组成。现有飞机上使用的保温材料是玻璃纤维棉毡,这种材料的多孔质地结构极易吸收水分,尤其当飞机停泊在湿度较大的机场时,吸湿现象将更加严重。飞机在巡航时保温层承受着舱内外很大的温差,在飞机起飞后保温层内吸收的水分将发生凝结甚至结冰,而当飞机着陆时所结的冰又会融化,如此反复给飞机带来了巨大危害。现有国外封装膜质量较为优越,我国航空封装膜材进口依赖性较大。因而开发一种阻隔水汽优良、封装性能、隔音隔热性能优异的轻质航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡具有重大意义。
申请公开号为CN106223501A的中国专利公开了一种包膜型隔热吸音棉,包括有玻璃棉与薄膜外罩,玻璃棉被平整地封装在薄膜外罩内,薄膜外罩的两侧均形成有粘合部,粘合部的一侧表面涂有粘胶,粘胶上覆盖有隔离纸,在薄膜外罩的一侧或双侧表面均匀形成有密集的微型吸音孔,微型吸音孔呈锥形并向薄膜外罩的外侧突起。该包膜型隔热吸音棉仍以目前用作隔热吸音材料的玻璃棉为主体,通过对玻璃棉包覆一层“特制”的薄膜而形成了新的隔热吸音材料,完美地克服了目前直接以玻璃棉作为隔热吸音材料时玻璃棉易吸收水汽、吸附灰尘导致性能受损以及玻璃棉安装不便、不易被固形定位而发生下坠堆压状况的缺陷,可谓一举而多得;所述的产品设计巧妙、加工便利,生产成本低,推广前景好,但是在航空航天等高端领域还未达到要求。
申请公开号为CN103182811B的中国专利公开了一种保温板,其包括芯材以及封装芯材的封装体;芯材包括粉末压制层,以及位于粉末压制层两面的玻璃棉毡;粉末压制层由保温粉体压制成型,保温粉体包括微硅粉。这种保温板的导热系数降低,保温效果强;且可以节省空间;同时本发明提供的保温板的制备方法简单,易于操作。所述的保温板保温效果优良,但是其质量太大,隔音,阻隔水汽方面有待改善。
当前,市场上存在的玻璃棉、封装膜材性能参差不齐,并且在航空航天等高端领域的玻璃棉、封装膜材的进口依赖性大,因此开发一种阻隔水汽优良、封装性能、隔音隔热性能优异的轻质航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,为新型封装膜材和复合材料的制备和应用提供新思路具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,综合利用不同材料的性能以及多层薄膜复合的优势,提供一种阻隔水汽优良、封装性能、隔音隔热性能优异的轻质航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡。
为了实现本发明的目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜为多层复合结构,具有封装性,所述的玻璃棉毡经玻璃块高温熔融、拉丝、喷吹形成;其中复合膜面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10- 8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch;所述的复合膜封装玻璃棉毡采用热脉冲或超声波方法。
所述的航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的玻璃棉毡由火焰法喷吹而成,平均纤维直径为0.5μm~3.5μm,容重为5.0kg/m3~10.0kg/m3,1000Hz的传声损耗为5.0dB~11.0dB,导热系数为0.02W/(m·K)~0.04W/(m·K)。
所述的航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜由网格织物和薄膜复合而成,薄膜A为外层保护膜,薄膜B为中间层,网格C为增强层,三层通过胶黏剂依次复合而成,所述的胶黏剂为热塑性粘结剂或水性粘结剂。
所述的网格织物,其特征在于所述的网格织物由尼龙丝束编织而成,丝束为30F~40F、60D~850D,丝束编织前在惰性气体中进行加热预收缩;网格编织方式为经纬向交叉编织或经编网格,网格间距为2mm~5mm。
所述的薄膜,其特征在于所述的薄膜A为柔性的聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜和聚氟乙烯薄膜的一种,厚度为10μm~30μm;薄膜B为为PET镀铝膜或PET氧化铝膜,厚度为12μm~18μm,其中真空镀铝和氧化铝厚度为0.01μm~0.06μm,剥离强度小于1N/15mm。
现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)以超细玻璃棉为内层,具有优异的隔热隔音效果;
(2)以聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜或聚氟乙烯薄膜为外层膜,耐腐蚀、耐老化、阻燃性能提升;
(3)以PET镀铝膜或PET氧化铝膜为中间层,水汽阻隔性能优良;
(4)以尼龙网格为增强体,复合膜机械性能改善;
多层复合,弥补单一膜材缺陷,提供一种阻隔水汽优良、封装性能、隔音隔热性能优异的轻质航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡。

实施例
一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜为多层复合结构,具有封装性,所述的玻璃棉毡经玻璃块高温熔融、拉丝、喷吹形成;其中复合膜面密度为48g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10-8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch;所述的复合膜封装玻璃棉毡采用超声波热封,参照图2。
所述的航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的玻璃棉毡由火焰法喷吹而成,平均纤维直径为0.5μm~3.5μm,容重为5.0kg/m3~10.0kg/m3,1000Hz的传声损耗为5.0dB~11.0dB,导热系数为0.02W/(m·K)~0.04W/(m·K)。
参照图1,所述的航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜由网格织物和薄膜复合而成,薄膜A为外层保护膜,薄膜B为中间层,网格C为增强层,三层通过胶黏剂依次复合而成,所述的胶黏剂为热塑性粘结剂或水性粘结剂。
所述的网格织物,其特征在于所述的网格织物由尼龙丝束编织而成,丝束为35F、75D,丝束编织前在惰性气体中进行加热预收缩;网格编织方式为经纬向交叉编织,网格间距为4mm。
所述的薄膜,其特征在于所述的薄膜A为柔性的聚乙烯薄膜,厚度为15μm;薄膜B为为PET镀铝膜,厚度为14μm,其中真空镀铝和氧化铝厚度为0.03μm,剥离强度小于1N/15mm。

1.一种航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的复合膜为多层复合结构,具有封装性,所述的玻璃棉毡经玻璃块高温熔融、拉丝、喷吹形成;其中复合膜面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10-8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch;所述的复合膜封装玻璃棉毡采用热脉冲或超声波方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的航空内饰用复合膜封装玻璃棉毡,其特征在于所述的玻璃棉毡由火焰法喷吹而成,平均纤维直径为0.5μm~3.5μm,容重为5.0kg/m3~10.0kg/m3,1000Hz的传声损耗为5.0dB~11.0dB,导热系数为0.02W/(m·K)~0.04W/(m·K)。
