Abstract

一种可热封航空复合膜,其特征在于以薄膜A为外层保护膜,以薄膜B为中间层,以网格织物C为复合膜增强体,三层通过胶粘剂依次复合而成;该复合膜的面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10‑8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch,具有优异的阻燃、阻隔水汽的特点;其中薄膜A为柔性PVF薄膜或PEEK薄膜,薄膜B为PET镀铝膜或PET氧化铝膜,网格织物C为尼龙66网格;本发明充分发挥复合结构材料的优点,弥补单一薄膜性能缺点,制备出一种阻隔水汽优良、机械性能优异、封装性能和阻燃性能良好的轻质航空复合膜,为新型封装膜材的制备和应用提供新思路。

Description

一种可热封航空复合膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空复合膜的生产加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种可热封航空复合膜。
背景技术
铝塑复合膜在封装、包装等领域具有极大的应用潜力,在其服役过程中不可避免地涉及拉伸、老化及阻燃的情况,而这些性能损伤的逐步积累往往会导致大面积的失效破坏产生。同时,正交网格结构作为常见的承载结构,被广泛应用于日常生活中,相比于均匀密织织物结构,更具有面密度小的优点。因此,研究网格结构与铝塑膜的粘结复合及网格增强复合膜的推广使用具有实际意义。
商用客机通常在离地面一万米高空巡航,舱外温度可低至-65℃。为了给舱内创造适宜的温度环境,需要给飞机设计合理的保温结构。飞机的保温结构主要由金属蒙皮、保温层和装饰衬层组成。目前飞机上使用的保温材料是玻璃纤维棉毡,这种材料的多孔质地结构极易吸收水分,尤其当飞机停泊在湿度较大的机场时,吸湿现象将更加严重。飞机在巡航时保温层承受着舱内外很大的温差,在飞机起飞后保温层内吸收的水分将发生凝结甚至结冰,而当飞机着陆时所结的冰又会融化,如此反复给飞机带来了巨大危害。现有国外封装膜质量较为优越,我国航空封装膜材进口依赖性较大。因而开发柔性、阻隔水汽优良、高强度、阻燃的超轻封装膜材具有重大意义。
申请公开号为CN106881916 A的中国发明专利公开了一种纤维增强型含氟聚合物复合膜,以基于含氟聚合物的薄膜A为外层保护膜,以纤维织物为增强体,以PET薄膜或PEN薄膜或PI薄膜为基体层,三层依次复合而成,总厚度约为80μm~200μm;其中,纤维呈网格状铺设于基体层上,外保护层与基体层之间通过粘合剂粘结,将纤维织物夹在中间。本发明发挥复合结构的优点,弥补单含氟薄膜机械强度不足和本身对粘合剂表现为惰性,不能充分粘附于被保护物体的缺点,实现含氟薄膜优良保护性能与自身适用性加强的结合。所述的复合膜具有有意的机械性能,但是在低温下其水汽阻隔性能较差。
申请号为CN106881917 A的中国发明专利公开了一种纤维增强型航空内饰复合膜,以PVF薄膜为外层保护膜,以PET薄膜为基体层,以经向和纬向的纤维丝束为增强体,PET膜层与纤维接触的一面覆有含铝环氧树脂涂层;该纤维增强型航空内饰复合膜材的总厚度为30~90μm;其中,外层保护膜与基体层的一面之间通过粘合剂粘结,该丝束按照先经向后纬向呈网格边框状铺设于基体层的另一面。本发明发挥复合结构的有点,弥补单一PVF薄膜机械强度不足和本身对粘合剂表现为惰性,不方便使用的缺点,实现PVF薄膜优良保护性能与自身适用性加强的结合。所述的航空内饰复合膜在机械性能,防腐蚀方面的性能优良,但是阻隔水汽,隔热保温性能较差,需要对其进行改善。
当前,国际市场上存在性能优异的航空复合膜,但是我国航空封装膜材技术还处于发展中状态,进口依赖性较大,因而开发柔性、阻隔水汽优良、高强度、阻燃的封装膜材具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供可热封航空复合膜,综合利用不同材料的性能以及多层薄膜复合的优势,提供一种柔性、阻隔水汽优良、高强度、阻燃的超轻航空封装膜材。
为了实现本发明的目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种可热封航空复合膜,其特征在于以薄膜A为外层保护膜,以薄膜B为中间层,以网格织物C为复合膜增强体,三层通过胶粘剂依次复合而成;该复合膜的面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10-8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch。
所述的薄膜A为柔性PVF薄膜,PEEK薄膜,厚度为10μm~30μm,薄膜在粘结复合前进行电晕、清洁处理。
所述的薄膜B为PET镀铝膜,PET氧化铝膜,表面呈哑光光泽,厚度为12μm~18μm,其中真空镀铝和氧化铝厚度为0.01μm~0.06μm,剥离强度小于1N/15MM。
所述的网格织物C为尼龙66网格,其中尼龙丝束的孔数为30F~40F,纤度为150D~850D;网格编织方式为先经向后纬向,经纬向垂直交叉,经编方形网格,其中网格间距为2mm~5mm。
所述的中间层镀铝面或氧化铝面与尼龙66网格粘结,胶粘剂为聚氨酯;PET与PVF膜粘结,胶粘剂为热塑性树脂。
该航空复合膜的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
(1)配胶:将胶粘剂分别倒入不同配胶桶,搅拌均匀;
(2)基材放卷:将待复合的薄膜B和薄膜A分别放在放卷部上,根据基材的性能、厚度确定各个放卷部的张力,使薄膜稳定平整地放出;
(3)涂胶:调节复合机摆臂气压、刮刀气压及涂胶辊气压为0.1Pa~0.4Pa,使涂胶装置中的网纹辊将胶水均匀连续涂覆在薄膜B的PET表面,湿涂量为25μm~35μm;
(4)烘干:控制辊轮线速度为20m/min~33m/min,使涂覆胶水的薄膜B缓慢经过烘道;
(5)复合1:调节复合气压为0.4MPa~0.7MPa,温度为60℃~80℃,使两薄膜在加热加压条件下进行热贴合,得到基体膜;
(6)冷却收卷、熟化:基体膜室温下经冷却辊冷却后,调整收卷张力,使收卷张力略大于放卷张力,进行收卷并熟化,熟化温度为45℃~55℃,熟化时间为24h~48h;
(7)将基体膜平铺于热压机的加热板上,镀铝面朝上,再将浸渍胶粘剂的尼龙网格贴覆在基体膜上,随即使用热压机的上压板进行热压,热压温度为70℃~80℃,压强为0.4MPa~0.5MPa,时间为10s~15s,得到一种可热封航空复合膜。
现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)以PVF薄膜或PEEK薄膜为外层膜,耐腐蚀、耐老化、阻燃性能提升;
(2)以PET镀铝膜或PET氧化铝膜为中间层,水汽阻隔性能优良;
(3)以尼龙66网格为增强体,复合膜机械性能改善;
(4)多层复合,弥补单一膜材缺陷,提供一种柔性、阻隔水汽优良、高强度、阻燃的超轻航空封装膜材。

实施例
参照图1,是一种可热封航空复合膜结构示意图,其特征在于以薄膜A为外层保护膜,以薄膜B为中间层,以网格织物C为复合膜增强体,三层通过胶粘剂依次复合而成;该复合膜的面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10-8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch。
所述的外层保护膜A为柔性PEEK薄膜,厚度为20μm,薄膜在粘结复合前进行电晕、清洁处理。
所述的中间层为PET镀铝膜,表面呈哑光光泽,厚度为16μm,其中真空镀铝和氧化铝厚度为0.03μm,剥离强度小于1N/15MM。
所述的复合膜增强体为尼龙66网格,其中尼龙丝束的孔数为36F,纤度为150D;网格编织方式为经纬向垂直交叉,网格间距为2.5mm。
所述的中间层镀铝面或氧化铝面与尼龙66网格粘结,胶粘剂为聚氨酯;PET与PVF膜粘结,胶粘剂为热塑性树脂。
该航空复合膜的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
(1)配胶:将胶粘剂分别倒入不同配胶桶,搅拌均匀;
(2)基材放卷:将待复合的PET镀铝膜和PEEK薄膜分别放在放卷部上,根据基材的性能、厚度确定各个放卷部的张力,使基材稳定平整地放出;
(3)涂胶:调节复合机摆臂气压、刮刀气压及涂胶辊气压,压强为0.3pa,使涂胶装置中的网纹辊将胶水均匀连续涂覆在PET镀铝膜的PET表面,湿涂量为30μm;
(4)烘干:控制辊轮线速度为25m/min,使涂覆胶水的PET镀铝膜缓慢经过烘道;
(5)复合1:调节复合气压为0.5MPa,温度为65℃,使两薄膜在加热加压条件下进行热贴合,得到基体膜;
(6)冷却收卷、熟化:基体膜室温下经冷却辊冷却后,调整收卷张力,使收卷张力略大于放卷张力,进行收卷并熟化,熟化温度为50℃,熟化时间为36h;
(7)将基体膜平铺于热压机的加热板上,镀铝面朝上,再将浸渍胶粘剂的尼龙网格贴覆在基体膜上,随即使用热压机的上压板进行热压,热压温度为75℃,压强为0.4MPa,时间为10s,得到一种可热封航空复合膜。
上述仅为本发明的两个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护的范围的行为。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何形式的简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种可热封航空复合膜,其特征在于以薄膜A为外层保护膜,以薄膜B为中间层,以网格织物C为复合膜增强体,三层通过胶粘剂依次复合而成;该复合膜的面密度为20g/m2~75g/m2,水汽渗透率小于5.7×10-8g/(Pa·s·m2),热封强度大于3lbs/inch。
2.根据权利要求1所述的航空复合膜,其特征在于所述的薄膜A为柔性PVF薄膜,PEEK薄膜,厚度为10μm~30μm,薄膜在粘结复合前进行电晕、清洁处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的航空复合膜,其特征在于所述的薄膜B为PET镀铝膜,PET氧化铝膜,表面呈哑光光泽,厚度为12μm~18μm,其中真空镀铝和氧化铝厚度为0.01μm~0.06μm,剥离强度小于1N/15MM。
4.根据权利要求1所述的航空复合膜,其特征在于所述的网格织物C为尼龙66网格,其中尼龙丝束的孔数为30F~40F,纤度为150D~850D;网格编织方式为先经向后纬向,经纬向垂直交叉,经编方形网格,其中网格间距为2mm~5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的航空复合膜,其特征在于所述的中间层镀铝面或氧化铝面与尼龙66网格粘结,胶粘剂为聚氨酯;PET与PVF膜粘结,胶粘剂为热塑性树脂。
6.一种可热封航空复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下制备步骤:
(1)配胶:将胶粘剂分别倒入不同配胶桶,搅拌均匀;
(2)基材放卷:将待复合的薄膜B和薄膜A分别放在放卷部上,根据基材的性能、厚度确定各个放卷部的张力,使薄膜稳定平整地放出;
(3)涂胶:调节复合机摆臂气压、刮刀气压及涂胶辊气压为0.1Pa~0.4Pa,使涂胶装置中的网纹辊将胶水均匀连续涂覆在薄膜B的PET表面,湿涂量为25μm~35μm;
(4)烘干:控制辊轮线速度为20m/min~33m/min,使涂覆胶水的薄膜B缓慢经过烘道;
(5)复合1:调节复合气压为0.4MPa~0.7MPa,温度为60℃~80℃,使两薄膜在加热加压条件下进行热贴合,得到基体膜;
(6)冷却收卷、熟化:基体膜室温下经冷却辊冷却后,调整收卷张力,使收卷张力略大于放卷张力,进行收卷并熟化,熟化温度为45℃~55℃,熟化时间为24h~48h;
(7)将基体膜平铺于热压机的加热板上,镀铝面朝上,再将浸渍胶粘剂的尼龙网格贴覆在基体膜上,随即使用热压机的上压板进行热压,热压温度为70℃~80℃,压强为0.4MPa~0.5MPa,时间为10s~15s,得到一种可热封航空复合膜。
