Abstract
本发明涉及砂轮技术领域,具体是公开了一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅40~60份、氧化铝20~30份、氧化铁0.5~2份、氟化钙0.1~0.5份、氧化硼1~3份、氧化锰2~5份、氧化镁5~10份,氧化铬6~10份,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,利用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氟化钙份、氧化硼、氧化锰、氧化镁、氧化铬制成,加入氧化铬提高结合剂的高温润湿性增加硬度,又能降低结合剂耐火度并保证强度,同时采用氧化锰提高了结合剂的耐磨性,提高了砂轮得合格率,社会效益明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及砂轮技术领域,具体属于一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方。
背景技术
磨钢球砂轮是用于磨削直径在 76.20mm 以下球形钢球的专用砂轮,具有规格大、粒度细、硬度高、密度大等特点,广泛应用于机械、轴承工业。目前,所有磨钢球砂轮生产厂家在配方设计时,都是采用棕刚玉和碳化硅的混合磨料制造磨钢球砂轮,因为磨钢砂轮密度大、硬度高,单纯采用提高成型压强来提高其密度是有一定限度的,故要求砂轮烧后有较大收缩来提高砂轮密度,砂轮由三部分组成:磨料、结合剂、孔隙,结合剂必须具备以下性能:强度高,有较高的耐热性,具有适当的硬度,磨削消耗小,磨削效率高,加工出的工件表面粗糙度要好,填料必须经济,而且能溶于酸或碱,便于回收。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,克服了现有技术的不足,利用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氟化钙份、氧化硼、氧化锰、氧化镁、氧化铬制成,加入氧化铬提高结合剂的高温润湿性增加硬度,又能降低结合剂耐火度并保证强度,同时采用氧化锰提高了结合剂的耐磨性,提高了砂轮得合格率,社会效益明显。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅40~60份、氧化铝20~30份、氧化铁0.5~2份、氟化钙0.1~0.5份、氧化硼1~3份、氧化锰2~5份、氧化镁5~10份,氧化铬6~10份。
进一步,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅45份、氧化铝23份、氧化铁0.9份、氟化钙0.3份、氧化硼2.1份、氧化锰4份,氧化镁8份,氧化铬9份。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,利用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氟化钙份、氧化硼、氧化锰、氧化镁、氧化铬制成,加入氧化铬提高结合剂的高温润湿性增加硬度,又能降低结合剂耐火度并保证强度,同时采用氧化锰提高了结合剂的耐磨性,提高了砂轮得合格率,社会效益明显。具体实施方式

一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅40~60份、氧化铝20~30份、氧化铁0.5~2份、氟化钙0.1~0.5份、氧化硼1~3份、氧化锰2~5份、氧化镁5~10份,氧化铬6~10份。
实施例2
一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅45份、氧化铝23份、氧化铁0.9份、氟化钙0.3份、氧化硼2.1份、氧化锰4份,氧化镁8份,氧化铬9份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂配方,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化硅45份、氧化铝23份、氧化铁0.9份、氟化钙0.3份、氧化硼2.1份、氧化锰4份,氧化镁8份,氧化铬9份。
