Abstract
本发明涉及肌醇废气除臭技术领域,具体是一种肌醇废气除臭方法,其具体步骤如下:(1)精制;(2)过滤;(3)结晶;(4)关闭设备;(5)酸洗;(6)碱洗;(7)余热利用;(8)安装风机;(9)引导;(10)排放;本发明的处理方法节约了爆气风机的使用量,既收集处理了臭气,又给污水处理增加了氧气;在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解回收了优质的蛋白粉,可以作为动物饲料,同时收集的糖分可以作为污水处理的微生物糖源,节约了生产成本;对原料进行处理后,提高了原料质量和产品收率,同时减少直接排放对大气的污染,提高空气质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及肌醇废气除臭技术领域,具体是一种肌醇废气除臭方法。
背景技术
在植酸钙水解制取肌醇的工艺中,由于涉及高温高压,其中含有的蛋白质及糖类非常容易焦化及分解,产生一种难闻的气味,类似于肉类及糖类的烧焦味道。这种气味必须予以去除,不使产生空气污染,这种气味是肌醇废气,其水溶性好,直接排放不仅对大气会造成污染,同时还浪费了肌醇内在的利用价值,但是传统方法如何对肌醇进行充分利用并实现安全的排放暂时还没有具体的说明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种肌醇废气除臭方法。
一种肌醇废气除臭方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)精制:在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解;
(2)过滤:过滤并去除不溶于酸水的蛋白质及多糖类,水溶性糖分溶于水;
(3)结晶:在余液中加入加氯化钙结晶出植酸钙再过滤再得到植酸钙;
(4)关闭设备:将车间所有设备进行封闭;
(5)酸洗:将反应中的所有气体进行收集并利用负压机抽入酸洗罐;
(6)碱洗:经过酸洗的气体抽入到碱洗罐中进行洗涤;
(7)余热利用:将气体集中引入污水处理系统中作为好氧爆气使用;
(8)安装风机:在总气管上安装高效轴流风机使得车间形成负压;
(9)引导:将气体引入总气管;
(10)排放:进行高空排放。
所述的步骤(2)中将蛋白质收集起来作为动物饲料;多糖类收集起来作为污水处理的微生物糖源。
所述的步骤(7)中作为好氧爆气使用可为细菌提供热源及营养源。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的处理方法节约了爆气风机的使用量,既收集处理了臭气,又给污水处理增加了氧气;在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解回收了优质的蛋白粉,可以作为动物饲料,同时收集的糖分可以作为污水处理的微生物糖源,节约了生产成本;对原料进行处理后,提高了原料质量和产品收率,同时减少直接排放对大气的污染,提高空气质量。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
实施例:
一种肌醇废气除臭方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)精制:在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解;
(2)过滤:过滤并去除不溶于酸水的蛋白质及多糖类,水溶性糖分溶于水;
(3)结晶:在余液中加入加氯化钙结晶出植酸钙再过滤,得到植酸钙;
(4)关闭设备:将车间所有设备进行封闭;
(5)酸洗:将反应中的所有气体进行收集并利用负压机抽入酸洗罐;
(6)碱洗:经过酸洗的气体抽入到碱洗罐中进行洗涤;
(7)余热利用:将气体集中引入污水处理系统中作为好氧爆气使用;
(8)安装风机:在总气管上安装高效轴流风机使得车间形成负压;
(9)引导:将气体引入总气管;

所述的步骤(2)中将蛋白质收集起来作为动物饲料;糖分收集起来作为污水处理的微生物糖源。
所述的步骤(3)中的酸水为步骤(2)中使用的无机酸的水溶液。
本发明的处理方法节约了传统方法中爆气风机的使用量,既收集处理了臭气,又给污水处理增加了氧气。
在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解回收了优质的蛋白粉,可以作为动物饲料,同时收集的糖分可以作为污水处理的微生物糖源,节约了生产成本。
对原料进行处理后,提高了原料质量和产品收率,同时减少直接排放对大气的污染,提高空气质量。
所述的步骤(7)中作为好氧爆气使用可为细菌提供热源及营养源。
将使用本发明处理后的相关数据与未处理直接排放的相关数据进行对比得出如下表格:
结果可得:相对于未处理的气体,利用本发明处理后的气体微粒含量小,同时没有难闻的气味,氨和硫化物的含量也大大降低,高空排放后不会对大气产生危害,减少对大气的伤害。

1.一种肌醇废气除臭方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
(1)精制:在原料植酸钙中加入无机酸的水溶液进行溶解;
(2)过滤:过滤并去除不溶于酸水的蛋白质及多糖类,水溶性糖分溶于水;
(3)结晶:在余液中加入加氯化钙结晶出植酸钙再过滤,得到植酸钙;
(4)关闭设备:将车间所有设备进行封闭;
(5)酸洗:将反应中的所有气体进行收集并利用负压机抽入酸洗罐;
(6)碱洗:经过酸洗的气体抽入到碱洗罐中进行洗涤;
(7)余热利用:将气体集中引入污水处理系统中作为好氧爆气使用;
(8)安装风机:在总气管上安装高效轴流风机使得车间形成负压;
