EPC project collaborative operation management system, characterized in that: the system comprises a server core business management module, an operation management client module, an application client module, a payment module, a short message module, a logistics service module and an electronic map service module; a user or a business owner creates a requirement order of a project at an application client module, submits the requirement order to an operation management client module, then an operation manager receives and confirms the requirement order and generates a project design scheme in the background, wherein the requirement order comprises required equipment or bill of materials, and the requirement order is sent to a server core service management module; the server core business management module screens out applicable equipment brand models from a database of system equipment or materials according to technical setting requirements of project design schemes so as to be selected by a user or an operation center manager; after the brand model and the quantity of the equipment are determined, the server-side core service management module sends quotation notification to all suppliers, and the suppliers make quotation and promise response to the goods arrival period to the server-side core service management module through the application client module and send the quotation and promise response to the application client module of the user, so that the user can compare and select the suppliers by himself; meanwhile, the core business management module of the server side sends project bid-signing notification to all constructors, the constructors make response of commitments of implementation cost and commitment completion deadlines through the application client side module, and users make comparison and selection on the constructors by themselves;
    an operation management center personnel logs in the system through an operation management client module to complete operation management service of the project, and the terminal is an application software system of a B/S or C/S architecture and can be operated on a computer, a tablet device and a mobile phone platform; the operation management client module realizes the audit acceptance of a user order, the transaction of a project loan service, the dispatch of project site investigation, the generation of a project design scheme, the purchase bid release and bid resolution of project material equipment, the project bid release and bid resolution of project construction implementation, the monitoring management of equipment supply process, the monitoring management of project construction process, the acceptance confirmation of project completion, the management maintenance of a provider and a user representative thereof, the management maintenance of a constructor and a user representative thereof, and the acceptance of service requirements of various users;
    the user, the provider and the constructor can log in the system through the client module to complete the required functional operation, and the terminal is an application software system of a B/S or C/S architecture and can run on a computer, a tablet device and a mobile phone platform; the user can register the system login account number and maintain the basic information and the password of the user at the client module terminal, one user can apply to become a provider user or a constructor user at the same time, and the system can verify the identity of the current user through a mobile phone short message and a mailbox mode to complete verification; the user completes the creation of the project demand order in the application software, completes the payment on line, can participate in the equipment purchasing and construction implementing bidding confirmation of the project process, can monitor the progress state of each process of the project, carry out the acceptance confirmation of the project completion, and carry out evaluation feedback on the service of a provider or a constructor or a product or a system platform; the supplier user can submit and maintain own product information including the specification model, performance, other descriptions and price information of the product in the system, can respond to bidding projects of the system to bid, can perform shipping management operation in the system, and can scan an express or logistics single code input system to track and monitor a logistics process; the user of the constructor can maintain self practitioner qualification authentication data in the system, can receive bid information of project construction implementation issued by the system to conduct bid response, and can manage and maintain responsible projects at stages, processes, plans and personnel, and feed back implementation states of project processes at any time until finishing;
    the payment module supports online payment and can be used for docking with bank online banking, payment treasures, weChat and other payment platforms to finish payment; after the payment request is submitted, the system can actively acquire the result of the payment state from the payment platform through the service interface, and can also passively provide the result of the payment state submitted by the payment platform through the service interface, so as to feed back the payment result to the user; the payment module can pay the system by the user or refund the user by the system; the user can view the payment and refund data details of the details;
    the short message module can support the receiving and sending of gateway type mobile phone short messages, also support the receiving and sending of mobile phone short messages of communication equipment, and also support the sending and receiving of messages of instant communication software; the short message service is used for identity verification during user registration, identity verification during password loss reset, identity verification applied to be a provider user, identity verification applied to be a constructor and verification code identity verification during payment; the system can send notification and reminding information to all users in a short message mode, can send equipment purchasing bid information to a provider, can send project implementation bid information to a constructor, can send project progress state information to the users, and can send various information to be reminded to all users;
    the logistics service module is in butt joint with the logistics service platform system to provide logistics service, and after a supplier delivers a scanned express or logistics bill, the system can track the logistics state; the system background queries the logistics task which is not delivered at present in a certain period, acquires the position state of the logistics task to be updated and records and feeds back, and users, suppliers and management personnel can query the delivery state of a logistics sheet at any time; the system acquires the logistics transportation state, and can inform a user to sign and acquire and feed back the sign-in state after the logistics transportation state is delivered;
    the electronic map service module is in butt joint with the electronic map service platform, and can acquire longitude and latitude coordinates of the position of the current user, and reversely acquire specific address information by the coordinate values; when the user places a bill, the user can position the current position, automatically obtain specific address information and then write the specific address information into a text input box of the project site; after the user manually inputs the description text of the address information, the system can convert the description of the address into longitude and latitude coordinates and check the validity of the address; the provider or the constructor can check the address information, and after clicking the address, the electronic map software system can be automatically opened, the address is marked on the map, the navigation system can be started in the electronic map software, and the user can go to the project address from the current position.
