9.2 Contract evaluation submodule: the system provides a function of evaluating the contract by the user, and after the contract is completed, the first and second parties can follow the order to mutually evaluate, and the evaluation content mainly comprises three aspects of service attitude, logistics attitude and after-sale attitude for scoring. Each contract rating directly affects the overall quality rating score of the enterprise on the platform.
The specific constitution of the cloud manufacturing service system based on the industrial cooperation matching and the resource sharing service and the functions thereof are described above, and a person skilled in the art can design corresponding software programs to implement according to the above description of the specific functions. The undisclosed part of the technical solution of the invention may be realized by means of prior art and will not be described in detail.

the collaboration flow management module is responsible for carrying out demand release, demand searching and matching and interaction between a demand party and a supplier;
the price inquiring module is responsible for carrying out the response label submitting operation of the supplier and the comparing and optimizing operation of the demander to the supplier;
the supplier management module is responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers;
the industrial product/capacity management module is responsible for issuing and managing industrial products and enterprise capacity;
the order management module is responsible for carrying out docking processing and management on various orders generated between the demand party and the supplier;
the contract management module is responsible for managing contracts between the demand party and the supplier;
the performance management module is responsible for online follow-up and information feedback of the same progress and the order progress;
the settlement management module is responsible for managing the process of the same settlement and the order settlement;
the evaluation management module is responsible for realizing the evaluation and management of the contract and the order by the user;
the collaboration flow management module comprises:
the demand release sub-module is responsible for carrying out demand release, and the demand release function comprises three parts: firstly, a platform manager can customize classification of the platform and support real-time modification function; secondly, a platform administrator can customize attribute fields; thirdly, a platform manager can customize a form template for demand release; the self-configuration of the self-defined attribute field is realized through the released form template, and meanwhile, the template is hung on a certain class to finish final demand release configuration, so that the platform can realize the personalized release template function provided for enterprises aiming at different classes;
the intelligent searching sub-module is responsible for carrying out intelligent searching of requirements; when a user searches for a requirement, the inquiry of keywords is added on the basis of the fuzzy inquiry requirement title, and meanwhile, fuzzy inquiry, classified retrieval, enterprise type retrieval, enterprise scale retrieval and authentication star retrieval of enterprise names are supported;
the matching and combining sub-module is responsible for matching and combining the demand party and the supplier; the matching and combining of two modes are adopted, one is the directional selection of a given supplier, namely, the demand is directed to the supplier for transmission, and the demand is not displayed in a demand hall; the other is to disclose the demand to the whole network enterprise, and display the demand to the demand hall for the supplier to search;
the price polling module comprises:
the bid-answering submitting sub-module is in charge of performing bid-answering submitting operation, a supplier sees the demands of the whole network search or the demands of the demand direction on a platform, can click a bid button to bid before the bid expiration date, and can finish the bid after filling various information on a bid page and clicking to submit the bid; before the expiration date of the quotation, the provider can withdraw the quotation information at any time for modification and submit again;
a comparison preference sub-module responsible for comparing preferences of the suppliers; after the demand party sees that someone who issues the demand on the platform responds to the quotation, the demand party waits for the quotation date to finish and then carries out optimization, or the quotation is manually stopped in advance before the quotation date is stopped, and once the quotation is stopped, the demand party enters a comparison optimization stage;
the vendor management module includes:
the provider admission submodule is responsible for admission management operation of the provider, and the admission forms comprise two types, namely, after a certain requirement/product/capacity is checked on a platform portal, clicking to pay attention to the enterprise, and directly adding the enterprise into the self provider management; the other type is to directly search and access enterprises in the management background;
the supplier evaluation sub-module is responsible for carrying out supplier evaluation, and a demand party carries out classification of suppliers according to the types defined by the demand party and supports evaluation explanation of the suppliers;
the supplier catalog submodule is responsible for maintaining a supplier catalog for a demander to check all qualified suppliers and evaluation conditions of the suppliers;
the provider exit sub-module is responsible for providing a provider exit mechanism, and operating a provider exit button to exit the enterprise from the provider catalog when the demand party does not cooperate with the provider any more;
the industrial/capacity management module comprises:
the industrial product release sub-module is responsible for releasing industrial products; the industrial release function is split into three parts, namely a platform manager can customize the classification of the platform and support the real-time modification function; secondly, a platform administrator can customize attribute fields; thirdly, a platform manager can define a form template published by the industrial product; the self-configuration of the self-defined attribute field is realized through the released form template, and meanwhile, the template is hung on a certain class to finish the final release configuration of the industrial product, so that the platform can realize the personalized release template function provided for enterprises aiming at different classes;
the industrial product management sub-module is responsible for carrying out the functions of loading and unloading, editing and deleting industrial products, and realizes the management operation of the industrial products by operating the corresponding buttons;
the capability release sub-module is responsible for carrying out enterprise capability release; the capability publishing function is split into three parts, one is that a platform manager can customize the classification of the platform and support the real-time modification function at the same time; one is that a platform administrator can customize the attribute fields; the form template which can be issued by the platform manager in a self-defined capacity mode is also provided; the self-configuration of the self-defined attribute field is realized through the released form template, and meanwhile, the template is hung on a certain class to finish final capability release configuration, so that the platform can realize the personalized release template function provided for enterprises aiming at different classes;
the capacity management submodule is responsible for carrying out functions of loading and unloading, editing and deleting the capacity, and management operation on the capacity is realized by operating corresponding buttons;
the order management module comprises:
the cooperation ordering sub-module is responsible for carrying out butt joint processing on orders generated by both supply and demand sides on cooperation demands;
the purchase order list module is responsible for carrying out docking processing on orders generated by both supply and demand parties on purchase demands;
the sales order sub-module is responsible for carrying out butt joint processing on orders generated by both suppliers and the suppliers on the purchasing of industrial products;
and the capacity ordering sub-module is responsible for carrying out docking processing on orders generated by both supply and demand parties on capacity purchase.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the contract management module comprises:
the contract management sub-module is responsible for providing the functions of online contract adding and contract management for the user; under the module, a user associates a preferred list or order information formed at the upstream of the system into a contract by one key, and simultaneously, the registration information of an enterprise can be automatically brought out in the contract adding stage, and the user can complete the contract adding only by supplementing some clause information; meanwhile, the platform supports the contract adding function of any one of the first party and the second party; after the addition is completed, the other party needs to confirm the contract; after confirming that the contract is completed, the two parties start to carry out the examination and approval link of the contract;
the contract template sub-module is responsible for providing a function of customizing the content of the contract template, and enterprise users only need to maintain the general contract content information of the enterprises into the template and add the contract according to the contract template when adding the contract;
the electronic signature sub-module is responsible for providing an online electronic signature function with legal efficacy.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the performance management module comprises:
the contract performance sub-module is responsible for online follow-up and information feedback of the contract progress;
and the order performance sub-module is responsible for online follow-up and information feedback of order progress.

the order junction operator module is responsible for providing support for an order settlement function; after the order is completed, the financial staff of the enterprise performs a money drawing operation on the order through the function to help financial records of money drawing information;
the contract settlement sub-module is responsible for supporting the contract settlement function; after the order is completed, the enterprise financial staff performs the money-making operation on the contract through the function, and helps financial records money-making information.
