Specifically, a sliding rod 1b is vertically arranged in the sliding chute 1a, a through hole 14a is arranged on the sliding block 14, and the sliding block 14 is arranged on the sliding rod 1b in a sliding manner through the through hole 14 a. The sliding block 14 slides up and down in the sliding groove 1a along the sliding rod 1b, and the sliding rod 1b has a guiding function, so that the sliding smoothness is ensured.
Specifically, an anti-collision pad 13 is arranged on a support column 1c on the sea side in the middle of the platform structure 1, and the anti-collision pad 13 is located below the electric winch 11. 1. A wharf with a power generation type oil enclosing device comprises a platform structure (1), wherein a plurality of supporting columns (1c) are arranged on two sides and the middle of the platform structure (1), and the wharf is characterized in that the oil enclosing device is arranged on one side, close to the sea, of the platform structure (1) and comprises a counterweight pipe (2), the counterweight pipe (2) is U-shaped, two sliding grooves (1a) are vertically formed in the side face of one side, close to the sea, of the platform structure (1), sliding blocks (14) are arranged in the sliding grooves (1a), the two sliding blocks (14) and the two ends of the counterweight pipe (2) correspond to each other one by one, the two ends of the counterweight pipe (2) are hinged to the corresponding sliding blocks (14) through rotating structures, each rotating structure comprises a rotating body (7) and a supporting seat (8), and the supporting seat (8) is fixedly arranged on the side face of one side, close to the sea, one end of the rotating body (7) is fixedly connected with the end part of the counterweight pipe (2), the other end of the rotating body (7) is fixedly provided with a rotating shaft (7a), the two ends of the rotating shaft (7a) are rotatably arranged on the supporting seat (8), the platform structure (1) is provided with a power generation device which can utilize the counterweight pipe (2) to rotate around the rotating shaft (7a) for generating power, the upper end surface of the counterweight pipe (2) is provided with a plurality of electromagnets (2c), an inflatable floating body (3) is arranged above the counterweight pipe (2), the inflatable floating body (3) is U-shaped, a plurality of permanent magnets (3c) are arranged below the inflatable floating body (3), the permanent magnets (3c) and the electromagnets (2c) are in one-to-one correspondence, the platform structure (1) is provided with supercharging air pumps (4), and the supercharging air pumps (4) are communicated with the inflatable floating body (3) through, the platform structure (1) is provided with a limiting device which can prevent the counterweight pipe (2) from continuously rotating when the counterweight pipe (2) rotates around the rotating shaft (7a) to a horizontal state;

A wharf with a power generation type oil containment device according to claim 3, wherein a certain amount of liquid is filled in the counterweight pipe (2), a first power generator (2a) is fixedly arranged in the counterweight pipe (2) through a support, a first impeller (2b) is arranged at the end of an input shaft of the first power generator (2a), and the first impeller (2b) and a through hole in the counterweight pipe (2) are coaxially arranged.

A wharf with a power generation type oil containment device according to claim 4, wherein a storage battery (9) is arranged on the platform structure (1), the second generator (5) and the first generator (2a) are electrically connected with the storage battery (9), and the storage battery (9) is electrically connected with the booster pump (4) and the electromagnet (2 c).

The wharf with the power generation type oil containment device according to claim 5, wherein the limiting device comprises an electric winch (11), the electric winch (11) is arranged on a supporting column (1c) on the sea side of the middle of the platform structure (1), a fixed steel wire rope (12) is wound on a winch of the electric winch (11), and the free end of the fixed steel wire rope (12) is connected with the middle of the counterweight pipe (2).
