Abstract

The layout method comprises the steps of determining a drilling ship location area, a non-drilling ship location area, and laying a defense line, and then laying a fixed oil containment boom and a floating oil containment boom. The invention adopts the mode of combining the fixed oil containment boom and the floating cylinder type oil containment boom, saves the time of throwing the oil containment boom from the platform in emergency, meets the requirement of fast oil containment and oil collection, and can reserve enough operating space for the supply ship and the drilling ship leaning on the platform in the drilling ship location area by freely retracting and releasing the floating cylinder type oil containment boom.

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of marine oil in China, the development difficulty of oil-gas fields is more and more, and factors needing to be considered are increased, such as: a channel, a protected area, etc. In the Bohai sea area, part of oil fields are located in ecological sensitive sea areas such as marine ecological red lines and national-level marine park protection areas, and special consideration needs to be given on environmental protection and oil spill prevention measures.
In the conventional design of oil spill prevention, 3 containers are required to be arranged on the upper deck of the offshore platform for storing the jettisoning type oil containment boom. However, in the platform in the ecologically sensitive sea area, once oil spillage occurs, measures for enclosing and collecting the oil need to be taken quickly to prevent the oil spillage from drifting into the protected area. Examples
