随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对纺织服装的卫生保健意识日益增强,具有抗菌性能的贴身针织服装市场前景广阔。抗菌纺织品加工主要采用 2 种技术途径:一是在纤维纺丝成形前添加抗菌剂,进行改性处理得到抗菌纤维;二是使用抗菌剂,通过浸轧、浸渍、涂层、喷雾等方法整理织物,获得抗菌效果。直接采用抗菌纤维其抗菌效果持久,但只适用于合成纤维和再生纤维,技术要求高,操作复杂,成本较高。使用抗菌整理剂简单方便,适用于大多数纤维纺织品,成本低,但抗菌性能的持久性是否能得到保证,对织物的服用性能有否影响,已成为业内人士重点研究的课题。
涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料。其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,因此,适合做外套服装。然而,现有技术中的涤纶面料也存在其自身不足例如涤纶面料普遍存在低温下易老化、劈裂的不足。此外,普通的涤纶面料不具有阻燃功能抗菌功能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌阻燃涤纶面料的制备方法。
本发明的抗菌阻燃涤纶面料的制备方法为:步骤一、涤纶面料的织造,所述的涤纶面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱选用涤纶丝,所述纬纱选用蚕丝,所述经纱的经密度大于所述纬纱的纬密度;
步骤二、织造好的涤纶面料进行剖幅染色固色后进行面料整理;
步骤三、将经过步骤二进行染色固色的涤纶面料进行面料的初次整理,首先要配置初步整理液,所述的初步整理液按如下质量百分比配置:0.5%-1.5%海藻纤维素、0.5%-1%茶皂素、0.5%-1.1%苹果酸、1%-1.5%的猪皮胶原蛋白,将涤纶面料置于初次整理液中,按浴比 1:25,于 40-50℃下保温震荡 20-30min,浸轧,35℃下烘干;
步骤四、面料的二次整理,配置二次整理液,所述的二次整理液按如下质量百分比配置:3.1% -3.9% 纳米绢云母粉、0.4% -1%磷系阻燃剂、1% -1.5%羧甲基纤维素、0.4% -1%乳酸钠,调节 pH 至 7.5,置于 30℃水中超声波搅拌 30 min,使其充分分散,得到纳米绢云母粉胶体粒子阻燃分散液;将步骤三经过初步处理的涤纶面料置于二次整理液中,按浴比1:35,于 38℃下保温震荡 18-25min,浸轧,35℃下烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然风干即可。
作为优选,所述的步骤二中的染色固色的具体过程为:先采用分散染料和环保型染色载体 BIP 配制成染液,再采用超声波清洗器对涤纶面料依次进行超声波处理、升温染色及染色保温,所述分散染料与环保型染色载体 BIP 的质量比为 1:2。
作为优选,所述超声波处理的频率为 30 -40kHz,处理时间为15- 20min,所述升温染色的升温速度为 1.5 -2.5℃ /min,直至升温至90 -110℃后,进行保温,所述染色保温的时间为 25 -35min,然后用清水浸没10-30分钟除去浮色。
