一种新型水胶体
技术领域
本发明涉具体涉及一种新型水胶体。
背景技术
水胶体产品在医用器械中是吸收伤口渗液的产品,其吸收液体量和吸收速度直接影响到产品使用性能。同时,胶体的粘性也是一个重要的指标,既要不失粘性,又同时要对吸液的速度和吸液量进行控制,既有的配方和技术还未能有效达到目的。存在如下问题:1.现有配方是吸水材料(CMC-Na)被热熔胶包裹,影响了吸水材料的正常发挥。2.增加吸水材料量不仅增加成本,而且也对粘性有较大的影响。3.吸水材料有轻微的酸性气味。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种高强度亚克力板材:
一种新型水胶体,按重量份计包括下述组分:
20-30%线性高分子离子型纤维素醚、1-10%丙烯酸嵌段共聚物、5-20%环糊精、EVA热熔胶至100%。
优选的,所述线性高分子离子型纤维素醚为羧甲基纤维素钠。
优选的,所述丙烯酸嵌段共聚物包括至少一个聚丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯嵌段和/或聚甲基丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯嵌段。
优选的,丙烯酸嵌段共聚物为聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)三嵌段共聚物,聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯)两嵌段共聚物,或所述三嵌段共聚物和两嵌段共聚物的混合物。
本发明具有如下有益效果:用环糊精的环形分子结构形成可通过水分子通过的通道。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1:一种新型水胶体,按重量份计包括下述组分:20%羧甲基纤维素钠、5%聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)三嵌段共聚物、5%环糊精、EVA热熔胶至100%。
实施例2:一种新型水胶体,按重量份计包括下述组分:25%羧甲基纤维素钠、1%聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯)两嵌段共聚物、10%环糊精、EVA热熔胶至100%。
实施例3:一种新型水胶体,按重量份计包括下述组分:30%羧甲基纤维素钠、10%聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)三嵌段共聚物和聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯)两嵌段共聚物的按1:2比例混合的混合物、20%环糊精、EVA热熔胶至100%。用环形分子结构新料且环形材料可通过水分子。

1.一种新型水胶体,按重量份计包括下述组分:
20-30%线性高分子离子型纤维素醚、1-10%丙烯酸嵌段共聚物、5-20%环糊精、EVA热熔胶至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型水胶体,其特征在于:所述线性高分子离子型纤维素醚为羧甲基纤维素钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型水胶体,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸嵌段共聚物包括至少一个聚丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯嵌段和/或聚甲基丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯嵌段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型水胶体,其特征在于:丙烯酸嵌段共聚物为聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)三嵌段共聚物,聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯)两嵌段共聚物,或所述三嵌段共聚物和两嵌段共聚物的混合物。
