Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种模具材料配方及其制备方法,属于树脂模具材料技术领域,首先将树脂、玻璃微粉、硬脂酸锌和碳酸钙熔融分散后,添加碳酸二甲脂稀释剂来降低树脂的粘度,然后添加交联剂促使树脂和玻璃微粉之间的融合,交联完成后添加硫磷助剂、防沉助剂和平滑剂搅拌均匀混合即得模具材料。本发明相比于现有技术,首先提高了树脂表面的细腻度和韧性度,使模具更不容易崩角开裂,其次产品成本降低,在现有技术的基础上能降低20%左右,最后是收缩率降低,显著地提高了模具的精度。

技术领域
本发明属于树脂模具材料技术领域,具体涉及一种模具材料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
树脂通常是指受热后有软化或熔融范围,软化时在外力作用下有流动倾向,常温下是固态、半固态,有时也可以是液态的有机聚合物。广义地讲,树脂可以作为塑料制品加工原料的任何高分子化合物都称为树脂的。树脂模具特点主要有优异的流动性,良好的操作性,室温下加入固化剂2%~3%,30分钟内还可操作,2~5小时后就会成型,具有不变形、耐高温、耐酸碱,不膨胀等优点。目前市场上的模具材料特别是模具的模都是用合成树脂制造而成的,存在着表面粗糙,收缩比例大,加工时韧性低容易崩裂,造成报废。
发明内容
(1)技术方案
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种模具材料配方,包括以下重量份的原料:
树脂220份、玻璃微粉48份、硬脂酸锌20份、碳酸钙50份、硫磷助剂0.5份、防沉助剂0.002份、稀释剂1~20份、平滑剂0.0001份和交联剂2~20份。
进一步地,树脂220份、玻璃微粉48份、硬脂酸锌20份、碳酸钙50份、硫磷助剂0.5份、防沉助剂0.002份、稀释剂10份、平滑剂0.0001份和交联剂10份。
进一步地,所述树脂包括热固性树脂、热塑性树脂;所述热固性树脂包括不饱和聚酯、乙烯基酯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、双马来酰亚胺树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂;所述热塑性树脂包括聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、尼龙、聚醚醚酮、聚醚砜;所述稀释剂为碳酸二甲脂。
本发明提供一种模具材料配方的制备方法,首先将树脂、玻璃微粉、硬脂酸锌和碳酸钙熔融分散后,添加碳酸二甲脂稀释剂来降低树脂的粘度,然后添加交联剂促使树脂和玻璃微粉之间的融合,交联完成后添加硫磷助剂、防沉助剂和平滑剂搅拌均匀混合即得模具材料。
树脂的粘度大会造成固体粉料和树脂之间的相溶性,可能产生大量的气泡附着在工艺表面上,造成沙眼,所以本发明首先就是用稀释剂碳酸二甲脂来降低树脂的粘度,然后加入交联剂,交联剂的主要作用是进一步促使树脂和玻璃微粉之间的融合,因为树脂是有机成分而玻璃微粉属于无机成分,所以需要交联剂把它们进行交联然后加入硫磷剂和防沉助剂。首先稀释剂碳酸二甲脂是一种成本相对较低的材料,其次它能有效的降低树脂的粘度,能提高填充量,降低成本促进生产,它能使玻璃微粉添加量提高20%,这样能更好地降低产品的收缩率。交联剂的使用,交联剂是能很好的促进有机物和无机物的融合,使两者之间的孔隙率降低,减少汽泡和沙眼的产生,使模具表面更平滑,更有韧性。
(2)有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明相比于现有技术,首先提高了树脂表面的细腻度和韧性度,使模具更不容易崩角开裂,其次产品成本降低,在现有技术的基础上能降低20%左右,最后是收缩率降低,显著地提高了模具的精度。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种模具材料配方,包括以下重量份的原料:
树脂220份、玻璃微粉48份、硬脂酸锌20份、碳酸钙50份、硫磷助剂0.5份、防沉助剂0.002份、稀释剂10份、平滑剂0.0001份和交联剂10份。首先将树脂、玻璃微粉、硬脂酸锌和碳酸钙熔融分散后,添加碳酸二甲脂稀释剂来降低树脂的粘度,然后添加交联剂促使树脂和玻璃微粉之间的融合,交联完成后添加硫磷助剂、防沉助剂和平滑剂搅拌均匀混合即得模具材料。

1.一种模具材料配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
树脂220份、玻璃微粉48份、硬脂酸锌20份、碳酸钙50份、硫磷助剂0.5份、防沉助剂0.002份、稀释剂1~20份、平滑剂0.0001份和交联剂2~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具材料配方,其特征在于,所述树脂包括热固性树脂、热塑性树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模具材料配方,其特征在于,所述热固性树脂包括不饱和聚酯、乙烯基酯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、双马来酰亚胺树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模具材料配方,其特征在于,所述热塑性树脂包括聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、尼龙、聚醚醚酮、聚醚砜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模具材料配方,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为碳酸二甲脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模具材料配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:树脂220份、玻璃微粉48份、硬脂酸锌20份、碳酸钙50份、硫磷助剂0.5份、防沉助剂0.002份、稀释剂10份、平滑剂0.0001份和交联剂10份。
7.一种模具材料配方的制备方法,该方法利用权利要求1~7任一原料,其特征在于,首先将树脂、玻璃微粉、硬脂酸锌和碳酸钙熔融分散后,添加碳酸二甲脂稀释剂来降低树脂的粘度,然后添加交联剂促使树脂和玻璃微粉之间的融合,交联完成后添加硫磷助剂、防沉助剂和平滑剂搅拌均匀混合即得模具材料。
