Abstract

一种双动式无摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、上阀轴、下阀轴、下端盖,蝶板上的密封圈与阀体上的阀座形成密封副,上阀轴上设置凸轮键,上阀轴外空套有连接套,连接套上设置凸轮键槽,上阀轴转动带动连接套转动,连接套与蝶板之间通过上连接块连接,上连接块与连接套与蝶板通过紧固件固定连接,上阀轴转动90°后继续转动,凸轮键对凸轮键槽施加压力,上阀轴带动导向套摆动,使得蝶板密封圈压向阀座。本发明的有益效果是:阀门动作分为转动和摆动两个部分,在阀门整个过程中密封圈与阀座之间不存在相对摩擦,可以有效延长阀门的使用寿命,同时可以大幅度减小阀门启闭过程中所需扭矩。

本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别是涉及双动式无摩擦蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术中阀门关闭到为后通过阀轴提供扭矩为密封圈提供必需密封比压,实现阀门密封,在此过程中,密封圈和阀体密封副之间存在极大的摩擦力,容易造成密封圈磨损。同时在此过程中,阀轴为密封圈提供密封比压为小力臂带动大力臂转动,需要驱动装置提供很大的操作扭矩才能实现阀门密封,故需要较粗的阀轴提供阀轴足够的强度,造成成本的浪费。现有技术为三偏心结构,需要专用夹具加工阀体、蝶板和密封圈等关键零部件,并且对加工精度要求非常高,零部件互换性低,无法做到零部件通配。
发明内容
为了克服现有蝶阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种启闭扭矩小、使用寿命长的蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种双动式无摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、上阀轴、下阀轴、下端盖,蝶板上的密封圈与阀体上的阀座形成密封副,密封圈通过压板和螺钉固定安装在蝶板上,下阀轴与蝶板之间通过下连接块连接,下连接块与蝶板通过紧固件固定,下连接块与下阀轴之间通过键连接,下端盖上设置90°间隔的限位面,下阀轴的轴端在限位面之间进行90°转动,下阀轴与阀体之间设置轴承座,轴承座与下阀轴之间设置球轴承;
上阀轴上设置凸轮键,上阀轴外空套有连接套,连接套上设置凸轮键槽,上阀轴转动带动连接套转动,连接套与蝶板之间通过上连接块连接,上连接块与连接套与蝶板通过紧固件固定连接;
上阀轴转动90°后继续转动,凸轮键对凸轮键槽施加压力,上阀轴带动导向套摆动,使得蝶板密封圈压向阀座,实现密封。
进一步的,上连接块与蝶板之间设置空腔,空腔内放置预紧装置,预紧装置包括弹簧座、弹簧以及弹簧导向套,弹簧套装在弹簧导向套上,并设置在弹簧座内,弹簧座卡装在上连接块与蝶板之间,弹簧导向套通过螺钉与上连接块固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明阀门动作分为转动和摆动两个部分,在转动部分,密封圈和阀座没有接触,避免了密封圈和阀座之间的摩擦;在摆动部分,蝶板在驱动力的作用下绕球轴承的球心进行摆动,密封圈垂直压向阀座,此过程中密封圈与阀座之间同样不存在相对摩擦,且蝶板组件绕球轴承的球心进行摆动,采用杠杆原理,摆动力臂大,所需驱动扭矩小。综上所述,本发明在阀门整个过程中密封圈与阀座之间不存在相对摩擦,可以有效延长阀门的使用寿命,同时可以大幅度减小阀门启闭过程中所需扭矩。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种双动式无摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体1、蝶板2、上阀轴3、下阀轴4、下端盖5,蝶板2上的密封圈6与阀体1上的阀座7形成密封副,密封圈6通过压板8和螺钉固定安装在蝶板2上,下阀轴4与蝶板2之间通过下连接块9连接,下连接块9与蝶板2通过紧固件固定,下连接块9与下阀轴4之间通过键连接,下端盖5上设置90°间隔的限位面14,下阀轴4的轴端在限位面14之间进行90°转动,下阀轴4与阀体1之间设置轴承座10,轴承座10与下阀轴4之间设置球轴承11;
上阀轴上3设置凸轮键12,上阀轴3外空套有连接套20,连接套20上设置凸轮键槽13,上阀轴3转动带动连接套20转动,连接套20与蝶板2之间通过上连接块21连接,上连接块21与连接套20与蝶板2通过紧固件固定连接;
上阀轴3转动90°后继续转动,凸轮键12对凸轮键槽13施加压力,上阀轴3带动导向套20摆动,使得蝶板2的密封圈6压向阀座7,实现密封。
进一步的,上连接块21与蝶板2之间设置空腔15,空腔15内放置预紧装置,预紧装置包括弹簧座18、弹簧16以及弹簧导向套17,弹簧16套装在弹簧导向套17上,并设置在弹簧座18内,弹簧座18卡装在上连接块21与蝶板2之间,弹簧导向套17通过螺钉19与上连接21块固定连接。
阀门从开启位置到关闭位置过程中分为两阶段动作:
第一步,蝶板转动90°,上阀轴3通过凸轮键12传动扭矩,带动蝶板转动90°,蝶板通过下连接块9连接,在转动90°的过程中,下阀轴4与下端盖5的位置有图2所示位置转到图3所示位置。完成90°后,下阀轴4达到下端盖5限位位置,蝶板无法继续转动。
第二步,蝶板摆动,上阀轴3继续旋转α°,此时,上阀轴3通过凸轮键12传递扭矩作用于连接套20,但由于,此时下阀轴4与下端盖5的配合达到限位位置,无法继续转动,所以,连接套20传递至上连接块21带动蝶板2以球轴承11为转动圆心进行摆动,使密封圈6压向阀座7,阀门达到最终关闭位置,同时,弹簧16在此过程中蓄势。
阀门从关闭位置到开启位置是与上述步骤相反,同时,弹簧16释放压力时带动蝶板2整体移动,使得密封圈6离开阀座7。

1.一种双动式无摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、上阀轴、下阀轴、下端盖,蝶板上的密封圈与阀体上的阀座形成密封副,所述密封圈通过压板和螺钉固定安装在蝶板上,其特征在于,所述下阀轴与蝶板之间通过下连接块连接,下连接块与蝶板通过紧固件固定,下连接块与下阀轴之间通过键连接,所述下端盖上设置90°间隔的限位面,所述下阀轴的轴端在所述限位面之间进行90°转动,所述下阀轴与阀体之间设置轴承座,所述轴承座与下阀轴之间设置球轴承;
所述上阀轴上设置凸轮键,所述上阀轴外空套有连接套,所述连接套上设置凸轮键槽,所述上阀轴转动带动所述连接套转动,所述连接套与蝶板之间通过上连接块连接,所述上连接块与所述连接套与蝶板通过紧固件固定连接;
所述上阀轴转动90°后继续转动,所述凸轮键对所述凸轮键槽施加压力,所述上阀轴带动导向套摆动,使得所述蝶板密封圈压向阀座,实现密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的双动式无摩擦蝶阀,其特征在于:所述上连接块与蝶板之间设置空腔,所述空腔内放置预紧装置,所述预紧装置包括弹簧座、弹簧以及弹簧导向套,所述弹簧套装在弹簧导向套上,并设置在弹簧座内,所述弹簧座卡装在所述上连接块与蝶板之间,所述弹簧导向套通过螺钉与所述上连接块固定连接。
