In the tunnel entrance and exit construction in the construction of the subsurface excavation method, the construction of the entrance and exit tunnel generally has a larger excavation gradient.
When the construction of the tunnel with a large gradient entrance is to be dealt with, the general method is as follows: when the underground tunnel entrance is constructed, the inclination angle of the rack is reduced by means of slag filling on one side of the rack, and the inclination of the rack is reduced by continuously filling slag while the rack is driven. The method has complex procedure, large slag filling engineering quantity and poor control of the angle of the rack; the pad slag occupies longer time, and has certain interference to construction production, so that the work efficiency is reduced; and the pad sediment later stage needs in time to clear up, needs reuse slag discharging equipment, causes the waste of resource.

the invention is improved on the link of tunnel construction at the entrance and the exit in the face of increasingly widely applied tunnel shallow-buried underground excavation construction methods, and tools which are more efficient in construction are manufactured so as to meet the requirements of tunnel development.

the two ends of the front and back screw thread sleeve are screwed into the front screw thread stud and the back screw thread stud respectively, the front screw thread stud is fixedly arranged on the movable bench through hinge connection, and the back screw thread stud is fixedly arranged on the diagonal bracing I-steel through hinge connection.

Through the improved tunneling tool, the tedious process of repeatedly laying the muck on the bench is avoided when the entrance tunnel is excavated, the improvement cost is low, the operation is simple and convenient, the field operation environment can be improved, and the construction speed is increased on the premise of ensuring the operation safety.

The diagonal bracing I-steel 6 is connected with the movable bench 1 through a hinge 5, the two ends of the front and back screw thread sleeve 2 are screwed into the front screw thread stud 3 and the back screw thread stud 4 respectively, the front screw thread stud 3 is fixedly connected to the movable bench 1 through the hinge 5, and the back screw thread stud 4 is fixedly connected to the diagonal bracing I-steel 6 through the hinge 5. The hinge 5 is fixed on the movable bench 1 through bolt connection, a through hole 7 is formed in the middle of the front and back screw thread sleeve 2, semicircular connecting plates 8 are welded at the outer ends of the front screw thread stud 3 and the back screw thread stud 4 respectively, and round holes are formed in the semicircular connecting plates 8.
