本发明公开了一种纸尿裤专用纸及其生产工艺,其中纸尿裤专用纸采用原生针叶木浆,所述纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2,其中打浆度28~38°SR;成纸横向抗张指数≥50N•m/g、纵向抗张指数≥100N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度≥150N/m、撕裂指数≥8mN•m2/g、耐破指数≥5kPa•m2/g、耐折度≥1000次。本发明的纸尿裤专用纸与目前纸尿裤生产厂家使用的无纺布的性能指标接近,可代替纸尿裤表面包覆层;另外该纸尿裤专用纸可吸附除去纸尿裤中异味和有害气体,使纸尿裤更加安全、卫生、舒适。

一种纸尿裤专用纸及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纸张加工技术领域,具体涉及一种纸尿裤专用纸及其生产工艺。
背景技术
纸尿裤是一种婴儿常用的卫生用品。一般来说,纸尿裤由三个主要部分组成:表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布。表面包覆层也可以称为包覆层。吸收芯层也可以称为吸收芯体,或者吸收体。包覆层紧贴婴儿的身体,能够促使尿液快速渗透并有效阻止回渗,使尿裤表层保持干爽。目前国内市场上的纸尿裤的包覆层基本上是无纺布面层,透气无纺布能提升尿裤内部的透气程度,水蒸汽可以流通至尿裤以外,及时排出湿气及热气,有效减少尿疹发生的机会,柔软舒适不刺激皮肤。吸收芯层也可以称为吸收芯体。吸收芯层的主要作用是能够俘获并快速吸收尿液、分散尿液或能通过毛细作用把它扩散到整个芯层中、最终吸收并储存尿液。目前国内市场上纸尿裤的吸收芯层主要由纯木浆(绒毛浆)和高吸水树脂(SAP)构成的层状结构。底布,是纸尿裤最外层的结构,具有不透水性,可以防止吸收芯层中的水分渗出。国外很多纸尿裤的底布已经使用感觉更为舒适的无纺布,但由于价格偏高,国内市场的纸尿裤底布仍主要由PE膜构成。
经市场调研,透气性、吸水性、舒适性、干爽性、安全性等因素是妈妈们选购纸尿裤时考虑的五大主要因素。
在专利CN201610764547.8中,公开了一种尿裤芯体包覆专用纸及其生产工艺,其中尿裤芯体包覆专用纸包括质量百分比为70~75%的原生针叶木浆和质量百分比为25~30%的原生阔叶木浆;其中针叶木浆打浆度27~30°SR;阔叶木浆只疏解不打浆。所述包覆专用纸的定量为(18±1)g/m2,pH值为6.0~8.0,水分5.0~9.0%,横向抗张指数≥6.6N·m/g,纵向抗张指数≥20.3N·m/g,纵向湿抗张强度≥73.3N/m。本发明参照尿裤芯体包覆用无纺布的技术指标,通过工艺调整,使其与目前纸尿裤生产厂家使用的吸收芯层包覆用无纺布的物性指标接近。用纸代替无纺布不仅降低了纸尿裤的生产成本,还减少了对环境的污染。
上述发明主要采用混合浆料制备生产一种尿裤芯体包覆专用纸,生产的尿裤芯体包覆专用纸在强度上较低,浆料的打浆度和定量均较小,抄造纸张的匀度和强度均不能保证,也加大了生产抄造难度,另外不能有效吸附除去纸尿裤中异味和有害气体。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明提供一种纸尿裤专用纸及其生产工艺,本发明的纸尿裤专用纸能作为纸尿裤表面包覆层,取代目前纸尿裤生产厂家使用的无纺布;浆料的打浆度和定量均较大,保证抄造纸张的匀度和机械强度,也降低了生产抄造难度,另外由于在纸页中加入助剂可及时吸附除去纸尿裤中异味和有害气体,使纸尿裤在满足透气性基础上,兼顾安全、卫生、舒适,同时降低了纸尿裤的生产制造成本,减少了对环境的污染。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明中所述纸尿裤专用纸采用原生针叶木浆。
所述原生针叶木浆优选国产思茅松浆。
优选地,所述针叶木浆打浆度28~38°SR。
优选地,所述针叶木浆的打浆浓度为5.0~8.0%。
优选地,所述纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2
由本发明的技术方案和生产工艺步骤制备得到的所述纸尿裤专用纸的横向抗张指数≥50N•m/g、纵向抗张指数≥100N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度≥150N/m、撕裂指数≥8mN•m2/g、耐破指数≥5kPa•m2/g、耐折度≥1000次。
本发明还公开了上述一种纸尿裤专用纸生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将原料针叶木浆浆板经水力碎浆机碎解;
(2)将步骤1)碎解后的浆板输送到打浆池内,加入半纤维素0.5~1.0%(相对绝干浆料),搅拌均匀后,静置处理20~60min;
(3)将步骤2)中处理好的浆料进行打浆,至打浆度为28~38°SR;
(4)将步骤3)中处理好的浆料布浆成形、压榨脱水、烘干干燥;
(5)将步骤4)中湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,使施胶剂均匀涂敷到纸页表面;
(6)然后进一步烘干后卷取即得一种纸尿裤专用纸。
本发明所述纸尿裤专用纸可代替纸尿裤表面包覆层。
本发明所述施胶剂是由羧甲基纤维素CMC、黄原胶和膨润土混合组成。
优选地,本发明所述纸尿裤专用纸在纸机上抄造车速为200~300m/min。
本发明所采用的各种化学品试剂均为市售。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的纸尿裤专用纸采用针叶木浆抄造,具有纤维长度好、纤维强度及抄成纸页具有优良的松厚度、不透明度和透气度,透宜作为纸尿裤表面包覆层用纸。
(2)本发明在浆板打浆生产过程中,加入半纤维素预处理,可以有效的提高保水值和纸浆强度,降低打浆能耗;半纤维素的加入,对提高细小纤维含量和保护纤维长度方面也具有明显作用。
(3)根据不同针叶木浆种控制浆料打浆度在28~38°SR,使浆料在满足成纸匀度的同时尽量减少对纤维的损伤,保持较好的纤维强度。
(4)在湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,施胶剂是由羧甲基纤维素CMC、黄原胶和膨润土混合组成,可有效增加成纸平滑度,提高纸尿裤表面包覆层舒适度,提高成纸强度,并可吸附异味和有机气体,使纸尿裤更加舒爽、安全。
本发明结合各种措施得到一种纸尿裤专用纸与目前纸尿裤生产厂家使用的无纺布的性能指标接近,可代替纸尿裤表面包覆层;另外该纸尿裤专用纸可吸附除去纸尿裤中异味和有害气体,使纸尿裤更加安全、卫生、舒适,同时降低了纸尿裤的生产成本,减少对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
实施例1
一种纸尿裤专用纸,所述纸尿裤专用纸的浆料为原生针叶木浆(国产思茅松),针叶木浆打浆度28°SR,针叶木浆的打浆浓度为5.0%。
上述一种纸尿裤专用纸生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将原料针叶木浆浆板经水力碎浆机碎解;
(2)将步骤1)碎解后的浆板输送到打浆池内,加入半纤维素0.5%(相对绝干浆料),搅拌均匀后,静置处理20min;
(3)将步骤2)中处理好的浆料进行打浆,至打浆度为28°SR;
(4)将步骤3)中处理好的浆料布浆成形、压榨脱水、烘干干燥;
(5)将步骤4)中湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,使施胶剂均匀涂敷到纸页表面;
(6)然后进一步烘干后卷取即得一种纸尿裤专用纸。
对实施例1制备的纸尿裤专用纸经过性能检测,各项指标为:所制得纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2;横向抗张指数55N•m/g、纵向抗张指数102N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度152N/m、撕裂指数8mN•m2/g、耐破指数5kPa•m2/g、耐折度1000次。
实施例2
一种纸尿裤专用纸,所述纸尿裤专用纸的浆料为原生针叶木浆(国产思茅松),针叶木浆打浆度38°SR。针叶木浆的打浆浓度为8.0%。
上述一种纸尿裤专用纸生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将原料针叶木浆浆板经水力碎浆机碎解;
(2)将步骤1)碎解后的浆板输送到打浆池内,加入半纤维素1.0%(相对绝干浆料),搅拌均匀后,静置处理60min;
(3)将步骤2)中处理好的浆料进行打浆,至打浆度为38°SR;
(4)将步骤3)中处理好的浆料布浆成形、压榨脱水、烘干干燥;
(5)将步骤4)中湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,使施胶剂均匀涂敷到纸页表面;
(6)然后进一步烘干后卷取即得一种纸尿裤专用纸。
对实施例2制备的纸尿裤专用纸经过性能检测,各项指标为:所制得纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2;横向抗张指数70N•m/g、纵向抗张指数120N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度180N/m、撕裂指数8.8mN•m2/g、耐破指数6kPa•m2/g、耐折度1500次。
实施例3
一种纸尿裤专用纸,所述纸尿裤专用纸的浆料为原生针叶木浆(马尾松),针叶木浆打浆度32°SR。针叶木浆的打浆浓度为6.0%。
上述一种纸尿裤专用纸生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将原料针叶木浆浆板经水力碎浆机碎解;
(2)将步骤1)碎解后的浆板输送到打浆池内,加入半纤维素0.5%(相对绝干浆料),搅拌均匀后,静置处理20min;
(3)将步骤2)中处理好的浆料进行打浆,至打浆度为32°SR;
(4)将步骤3)中处理好的浆料布浆成形、压榨脱水、烘干干燥;
(5)将步骤4)中湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,使施胶剂均匀涂敷到纸页表面;
(6)然后进一步烘干后卷取即得一种纸尿裤专用纸。
对实施例3制备的纸尿裤专用纸经过性能检测,各项指标为:所制得纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2;横向抗张指数55N•m/g、纵向抗张指数110N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度165N/m、撕裂指数8.1mN•m2/g、耐破指数5.4kPa•m2/g、耐折度1100次。

1.一种纸尿裤专用纸,其特征在于,所述纸尿裤专用纸的浆料为原生国产思茅松针叶木浆,针叶木浆打浆度38°SR,针叶木浆的打浆浓度为8.0%;
所述纸尿裤专用纸的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将原料针叶木浆浆板经水力碎浆机碎解;
(2)将步骤1)碎解后的浆板输送到打浆池内,加入相对绝干浆料1.0%半纤维素,搅拌均匀后,静置处理60min;
(3)将步骤2)中处理好的浆料进行打浆,至打浆度为38°SR;
(4)将步骤3)中处理好的浆料布浆成形、压榨脱水、烘干干燥;
(5)将步骤4)中湿纸页干燥的同时经涂布施胶,使施胶剂均匀涂敷到纸页表面;
(6)然后进一步烘干后卷取即得一种纸尿裤专用纸;
所述施胶剂是由羧甲基纤维素CMC、黄原胶和膨润土混合组成;
所述纸尿裤专用纸在纸机上抄造车速为200~300m/min;
对制备的纸尿裤专用纸经过性能检测,各项指标为:所制得纸尿裤专用纸的定量为50g/m2;横向抗张指数70N•m/g、纵向抗张指数120N•m/g、纵向湿抗张强度180N/m、撕裂指数8.8mN•m2/g、耐破指数6kPa•m2/g、耐折度1500次。
