本发明公开了一种全棉织物印花糊料,按质量配比如下:羧甲基淀粉75份,海藻酸钠13份,纳米二氧化硅8份,蛋白浆料4份;所述羧甲基淀粉是将玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉与氢氧化钠、氯乙酸充分混合后,使用螺杆挤压机挤压,在挤压机的后半程向物料喷洒甲醛,最后干燥制得,所述玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸的质量比为46:48:19:8;所述羧甲基淀粉与硅粉混合后加入去离子水中,并添加氢氧化钠和甲醇,进行水解后干燥提纯获得羧甲基淀粉与纳米二氧化硅的混合物;所述蛋白浆料由大豆蛋白加入浓度为0.25%的氢氧化钠溶液中,48℃下匀速搅拌20分钟后滤去沉淀物后获得。具有性能好、生产成本低的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种全棉织物印花糊料。
背景技术
在活性染料印花中糊料一般用做增稠剂来调节色浆的流变性能。海藻酸钠因其不与活性染料反应、得色量高、色谱齐全、易从织物上洗去、织物手感柔软等优点,一直是活性染料印花糊料的首选。但它价格较贵,印花成本相对较高,因此寻找一种成本低廉能够印制精细花型的糊料已经成为当务之急。淀粉是一种可再生资源,它储备丰富,容易获取,但其分子上存在活泼羟基,易与染料反应,在活性染料印花糊料的应用上受到限制。
因此,亟需新的技术来改进现有技术的不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供了一种性能好、生产成本低的全棉织物印花糊料。
技术方案:一种全棉织物印花糊料,其特征在于,按质量配比如下:羧甲基淀粉75份,海藻酸钠13份,纳米二氧化硅8份,蛋白浆料4份;所述羧甲基淀粉是将玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉与氢氧化钠、氯乙酸充分混合后,使用螺杆挤压机挤压,在挤压机的后半程向物料喷洒甲醛,最后干燥制得,所述玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸的质量比为46:48:19:8;所述羧甲基淀粉与硅粉混合后加入去离子水中,并添加氢氧化钠和甲醇,进行水解后干燥提纯获得羧甲基淀粉与纳米二氧化硅的混合物;所述蛋白浆料由大豆蛋白加入浓度为0.25%的氢氧化钠溶液中,48℃下匀速搅拌20分钟后滤去沉淀物后获得。

其中,还包括 3质量份的聚乙烯醇。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明主要以羧甲基淀粉为主,海藻酸钠为辅,纳米二氧化硅作为助剂,糊料各方面性能都能满足活性印染需求,其海藻酸钠用量较低,具有性能好、生产成本低的有益效果。

一种全棉织物印花糊料,其特征在于,按质量配比如下:羧甲基淀粉75份,海藻酸钠13份,纳米二氧化硅8份,蛋白浆料4份;所述羧甲基淀粉是将玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉与氢氧化钠、氯乙酸充分混合后,使用螺杆挤压机挤压,在挤压机的后半程向物料喷洒甲醛,最后干燥制得,所述玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸的质量比为46:48:19:8;所述羧甲基淀粉与硅粉混合后加入去离子水中,并添加氢氧化钠和甲醇,进行水解后干燥提纯获得羧甲基淀粉与纳米二氧化硅的混合物;所述蛋白浆料由大豆蛋白加入浓度为0.25%的氢氧化钠溶液中,48℃下匀速搅拌20分钟后滤去沉淀物后获得。

1.一种全棉织物印花糊料,其特征在于,按质量配比如下:羧甲基淀粉75份,海藻酸钠13份,纳米二氧化硅8份,蛋白浆料4份;所述羧甲基淀粉是将玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉与氢氧化钠、氯乙酸充分混合后,使用螺杆挤压机挤压,在挤压机的后半程向物料喷洒甲醛,最后干燥制得,所述玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸的质量比为46:48:19:8;所述羧甲基淀粉与硅粉混合后加入去离子水中,并添加氢氧化钠和甲醇,进行水解后干燥提纯获得羧甲基淀粉与纳米二氧化硅的混合物;所述蛋白浆料由大豆蛋白加入浓度为0.25%的氢氧化钠溶液中,48℃下匀速搅拌20分钟后滤去沉淀物后获得。
