Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based antirust cutting fluid which comprises the following raw materials: water, triethanolamine oleate, sodium alkylsulfonate, polyethylene glycol, sodium polyacrylate, coconut oleic acid diethanolamide, an antirust agent, sodium laureth sulfate, vegetable oil and sulfonated oil. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based antirust cutting fluid. The antirust cutting fluid prepared by the invention has excellent antirust performance, can provide good protection for cutting machining during machining, and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly by using biodegradable vegetable oil substances to replace mineral oil as base oil of the cutting fluid; meanwhile, benzotriazole, sodium methyl silicate and dimethyl oxide are added to assist ultrasonic treatment, so that a synergistic effect is achieved, the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be effectively improved on the premise of not influencing the service performance of the cutting fluid, and the cutting fluid belongs to an environment-friendly water-based cutting fluid and has a wide market prospect.

Performance testing
The rust-proof cutting fluid obtained in example 7 and comparative examples 1-3 was subjected to a single-piece rust-proof performance test by preparing 200mL of a 2% dilution of the cutting fluid with 6000ppm water in a beaker with a flat bottom and no mouth, stirring with a round-head glass rod for 2min to emulsify the cutting fluid completely, dipping 5 drops of the prepared dilution with the round-head glass rod on a treated test piece, each drop having a diameter of 4-5mm, keeping a certain distance between the drops without connection, placing the test piece on a porcelain plate in a wetting tank, covering the wetting tank, standing at 35 + -2 ℃, performing appearance inspection of the test piece after standing for a certain time, wiping off the drops of the dilution, slightly wiping off residual liquid with cotton, observing the condition of the test piece and grading, wherein five drops of the cutting fluid are all rust-free and are A grade, four drops of the cutting fluid are B grade, and three drops of the cutting fluid are no rust and are C grade, the four-five drops of the total rust is D grade. Specific detection results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the comparison of the data of the embodiment 7 and the comparative example 1, the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be effectively improved by adding the benzotriazole; as can be seen from the comparison of the data of the example 7 and the comparative example 2, the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be effectively improved by adding the sodium methyl silicate and the dimethyl dihydroxy ether; in addition, as can be seen from the comparison of the data of the example 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 3, the benzotriazole, the sodium methyl silicate and the dimethylol ether are matched with each other, so that a synergistic effect is achieved, and the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be further effectively improved.
The results show that the antirust cutting fluid prepared by the invention has excellent antirust performance, can provide good protection for cutting processing, and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly by using biodegradable plant oil substances to replace mineral oil as base oil of the cutting fluid on the premise of not influencing the service performance of the cutting fluid; meanwhile, benzotriazole, sodium methyl silicate and dimethyl oxide are added to assist ultrasonic treatment, so that a synergistic effect is achieved, and the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be effectively improved.
The antirust cutting fluid prepared by the invention has excellent antirust performance, can provide good protection for cutting in machining, and belongs to environment-friendly water-based cutting fluid; meanwhile, benzotriazole, sodium methyl silicate and dimethyl oxide are added to assist ultrasonic treatment, so that a synergistic effect is achieved, the antirust performance of the cutting fluid can be effectively improved on the premise of not influencing the service performance of the cutting fluid, large-scale industrial production can be realized, and the method has a wide market prospect.

The environment-friendly water-based antirust cutting fluid is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 68 parts of water, 0.4 part of triethanolamine oleate, 1 part of sodium alkylsulfonate, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.7 part of sodium polyacrylate, 1.8 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 6 parts of antirust agent, 1.5 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 5 parts of vegetable oil and 0.5 part of sulfonated oil; wherein the antirust agent is prepared from soybean oil, sodium methyl silicate, alkyl phosphate salt, dihydroxymethyl ether and benzotriazole; weighing soybean oil, methyl sodium silicate and alkyl phosphate salt, uniformly mixing, mechanically stirring for 20-40min, slowly adding dihydroxymethyl ether and benzotriazole while stirring, sending into an ultrasonic microwave combined reactor, treating at 30-40 ℃ for 6-16min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the antirust agent; the processing conditions of the ultrasonic and microwave combined reactor are that the ultrasonic frequency is 12-28kHz, the ultrasonic power is 25-45W, the microwave frequency is 600-1000MHz, and the microwave power is 25-45W; the vegetable oil is one or more of palm oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, coconut oil, rice bran oil and castor oil; the preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based antirust cutting fluid comprises the following steps: 1) weighing water according to the weight parts, feeding the water into a double-planetary power vacuum stirrer, heating the water to 40 ℃, slowly adding triethanolamine oleate, sodium alkylsulfonate and polyethylene glycol while stirring, mechanically stirring for 10-20min, then adding vegetable oil, and mechanically stirring for 20-50min under a vacuum condition to obtain a mixture A; 2) sending the mixture A obtained in the step 1) into a container, adding sodium polyacrylate, coconut diethanolamide and sodium laureth sulfate according to parts by weight, keeping the system temperature at 20-26 ℃, and mechanically stirring for 10-20min to obtain a mixture B; 3) sequentially adding an antirust agent and sulfonated oil into the mixture B obtained in the step 2), and mechanically stirring for 10-20min at a stirring speed of 200-400r/min to obtain a mixture C; 4) sending the mixture C obtained in the step 3) into an ultrasonic cell crusher, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at normal temperature, standing for 20-50min, and filtering with 100 meshes to obtain the mixture C; wherein in the step 4), the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic treatment is 10-20 kHz; the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic treatment is 400-800W, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 15-35 min.
