The barge sand-spreading device comprises a T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 and a sand-conveying pipe 10, wherein the sand-conveying pipe 10 comprises a rotary bent pipe 11, a right-angle bent pipe 12, a straight pipe 13 and a telescopic pipe 14 which are sequentially connected, the output end of the telescopic pipe 14 is connected with a rubber pipe, the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 is detachably connected with the rubber pipe through a horizontal hinge, and the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 is arranged on a ship deck through a hinge seat; the winch 16 platform 15 is erected on the upper portion of the sand conveying pipe 10, the winch 16 is arranged on the winch 16 platform 15, and the winch 16 is connected with the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20 through a steel wire rope 17.
