Abstract
The invention provides a barge sand-spreading device which is arranged on a ship deck of a ship and is characterized by comprising a T-shaped sand-spreading pipe and a sand conveying pipe, wherein the sand conveying pipe comprises a rotary bent pipe, a right-angle bent pipe, a straight pipe and a telescopic pipe which are sequentially connected, the output end of the telescopic pipe is connected with a rubber pipe, and the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe is detachably connected with the rubber pipe through a horizontal winch; a winch platform is erected on the upper portion of the sand conveying pipe, a winch is arranged on the winch platform, and the winch is connected with the T-shaped sand paving pipe through a steel wire rope. According to the invention, the winch platform is matched with the T-shaped sand paving pipe, the winch is arranged on the winch platform, and the T-shaped sand paving pipe is driven to move by the steel wire rope of the winch, so that the control of the sand paving thickness is realized, and the thickness uniformity of sand paving is ensured. The T-shaped sand laying pipe and the bracket for adjusting the steering of the steel wire rope are detachably connected with the ship deck, so that the T-shaped sand laying pipe can be installed or detached according to the needs when in use, and the T-shaped sand laying pipe is more convenient to use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship equipment, in particular to a barge sand laying device and an installation method thereof.
Background
Land-based resources on the earth are limited and are being rapidly consumed by humans, and the development of marine resources is a necessary choice for human sustained survival and development, with seventy percent of the total earth's area being more abundant in terms of marine resources available to humans.
At present, sea-filling and farmland-making mainly depend on dredgers, namely gravel is filled into the sea by dredgers so as to achieve the purpose of sea-filling and farmland-making, however, the existing dredgers mainly depend on the movement of the dredgers to achieve the purpose of uniform distribution due to single output direction of the dredgers, and the ships are influenced by external acting force in the rivers, so that the output of the ships is unbalanced, the sand-spreading effect of the ships is influenced, and the stress of the sea-filling foundation is influenced.
Therefore, how to invent a barge sand-laying device with low power consumption and uniform sand-laying effect becomes the problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a barge sand paving device which is flexible to use and uniform in sand paving effect and an installation method thereof, so as to solve the technical problems that the conventional ship paving equipment is inflexible to use and the sand paving effect is not uniform.
According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a barge sand-spreading device, which is mounted on a deck of a ship and comprises a T-shaped sand-spreading pipe and a sand conveying pipe, wherein the sand conveying pipe comprises a rotary elbow pipe, a right-angle elbow pipe, a straight pipe and a telescopic pipe which are sequentially connected, the output end of the telescopic pipe is connected with a rubber pipe, the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe is detachably connected with the rubber pipe through a horizontal hinge, and the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe is mounted on the deck of the ship through a hinge seat; the sand conveying pipe is characterized in that a winch platform is erected on the upper portion of the sand conveying pipe, a winch is arranged on the winch platform, and the winch is connected with the T-shaped sand paving pipe through a steel wire rope.
On the basis of the scheme, preferably, the straight pipe is further provided with a flowmeter and a concentration meter.
On the basis of the scheme, preferably, the rotating elbow is in butt joint with the water floating pipe through a flange, and a rubber sealing gasket is arranged between the rotating elbow and the water floating pipe.
On the basis of the scheme, preferably, the ship deck is provided with the anchor ear frame, the anchor ear frame is provided with the anchor ear, and the sand conveying pipe is fixed through the anchor ear.
On the basis of the scheme, the T-shaped sand paving pipe preferably comprises a vertical pipe and a transverse pipe, the middle part of the transverse pipe is vertically connected with the vertical pipe, the transverse pipe is provided with a sand outlet, and the size of the sand outlet is gradually decreased from the middle part of the transverse pipe to two sides.

The invention also provides an installation method of the barge sand laying device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, connecting and fixing a sand conveying pipe and the winch platform;
S2, adjusting the fixed position of the T-shaped sand paving pipe according to the positions of the sand conveying pipe and the winch platform, installing the position of the T-shaped sand paving pipe, and connecting the winch with the T-shaped sand paving pipe.

The invention also provides a sand paving process of the ship sand paving device, which comprises the following steps,
S1, adjusting the position of a ship, enabling the ship to travel to a designated position, adopting a 6 anchor positioning operation mode, and adjusting the relative position of a T-shaped sand laying pipe through a winch according to the sand laying requirement;
and S2, adjusting the traction speed of the winch and adjusting the thickness of the sand layer.

Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in combination with fig. 2, a barge sand-spreading device according to the present invention is installed on a deck of a ship.
The barge sand-spreading device comprises a T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 and a sand-conveying pipe 10, wherein the sand-conveying pipe 10 comprises a rotary bent pipe 11, a right-angle bent pipe 12, a straight pipe 13 and a telescopic pipe 14 which are sequentially connected, the output end of the telescopic pipe 14 is connected with a rubber pipe, the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 is detachably connected with the rubber pipe through a horizontal hinge, and the T-shaped sand-spreading pipe 20 is arranged on a ship deck through a hinge seat; the winch 16 platform 15 is erected on the upper portion of the sand conveying pipe 10, the winch 16 is arranged on the winch 16 platform 15, and the winch 16 is connected with the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20 through a steel wire rope 17.
When the sand spreading device is used, the rotary elbow pipe 11 is connected with an external input pipe to obtain a sand source, gravel is conveyed to the T-shaped sand spreading pipe 20 through the right-angle elbow pipe 12, the branch pipe and the telescopic pipe 14, and in the sand spreading process, the winch 16 on the winch 16 platform 15 drives the steel wire rope 17 to stretch or shorten, so that the T-shaped sand spreading pipe 20 is moved or changed, and the thickness uniformity of sand spreading is ensured.
In order to realize the control of the thickness of the spread sand, the invention also provides a flowmeter and a concentration meter on the straight pipe 13 to regulate and control the thickness and effect of the spread sand.
It should be noted that, the rotating elbow 11 of the present invention is in butt joint with the floating pipe on water through a flange, and a rubber sealing gasket is arranged between the rotating elbow 11 and the floating pipe on water to realize the sealing connection of the rotating elbow 11. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the angle and the height of the T-shaped sand laying pipe 20, the invention is also provided with a bracket on the deck, and the steel wire rope 17 is turned by the bracket, so that the height and the angle adjustment of the T-shaped sand laying pipe 20 are effectively ensured.
Wherein, the up-and-down motion amplitude of the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20 is +/-30 degrees, namely, when the swing angle of the T-shaped sand paving pipe is minus 30 degrees, the sand paving depth is minus 7 meters.
In order to facilitate recovering the original equipment for spreading sand on the deck of the ship when the engineering is needed, the invention is provided with the anchor ear frame on the deck of the ship, the anchor ear frame is provided with the anchor ear, and the sand conveying pipe 10 is fixed through the anchor ear. When the sand is paved, the sand paving device can be used for paving sand, and when the sand paving device is not used, the sand conveying pipe 10 can be taken out to restore the equipment of the original ship deck surface, so that the sand paving device is more convenient to use.
As shown in FIG. 1, the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20 comprises a vertical pipe 22 and a transverse pipe 21, wherein the middle part of the transverse pipe 21 is vertically connected with the vertical pipe 22, and a sand outlet is arranged on the transverse pipe 21, and the size of the sand outlet is gradually decreased from the middle part of the transverse pipe 21 to two sides, so that the sand outlet amount of the whole pipe section is approximately consistent. Meanwhile, the invention also arranges the adjusting plate beside the sand outlet on the horizontal pipe 21, and the adjusting plate is arranged on the horizontal pipe 21 in a sliding way, so that the size of the sand outlet can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different sand laying thickness during use.
Preferably, the present invention also provides a sensor within the T-shaped stuffer pipe 20 for sensing the height of the T-shaped stuffer pipe 20.
The invention also provides an installation method of the barge sand laying device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, connecting and fixing a sand conveying pipe 10 and a winch 16 platform 15;
And S2, adjusting the fixed position of the T-shaped sand laying pipe 20 according to the positions of the sand conveying pipe 10 and the winch 16 platform 15, installing the position of the T-shaped sand laying pipe 20, and connecting the winch 16 with the T-shaped sand laying pipe 20.

S1.1, connecting a rotary bent pipe 11, a right-angle bent pipe 12, a part of straight pipe 13 and a telescopic pipe 14;

s1.3, a straight pipe 13 is arranged and fixed in the sludge discharge pipe sleeve, and in order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly, the diameter of the sludge discharge pipe sleeve is designed to be larger than the diameter of a sludge discharge pipe flange, and two ends of the sludge discharge pipe sleeve and the straight pipe 13 are welded and fixed.
The invention also provides a sand paving process of the ship sand paving device, which comprises the following steps,
S1, adjusting the position of a ship, enabling the ship to travel to a designated position, and adjusting the relative position of a T-shaped sand laying pipe 20 by using a 6-anchor positioning operation mode according to sand laying requirements through a winch 16;
and S2, adjusting the traction speed of the winch 16 and adjusting the thickness of the sand layer.
According to the barge sand paving device, the winch 16 platform 15 is matched with the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20, the winch 16 is arranged on the winch 16 platform 15, and the T-shaped sand paving pipe 20 is driven to move through the steel wire rope 17 of the winch 16, so that the sand paving thickness is controlled, and the thickness uniformity of sand paving is ensured.
The T-shaped sand laying pipe 20 and the bracket for adjusting the steering of the steel wire rope 17 are detachably connected with the deck of the ship, so that the T-shaped sand laying pipe can be installed or detached according to the needs when in use, and the T-shaped sand laying pipe is more convenient to use.
