一种经络拍打专用沙袋，包括布袋和设置在布袋内的袋芯，袋芯包括沙子和中药辅料，中药辅料由以下组分组成：川芎10份、红花10份、莪术10份、虎杖10份、乳香10份、没药5份、姜黄10份、羌活10份、栀子10份、三七10份、三分三10份、决明子10份、女贞子10份、茯神10份、川乌5份、马钱子10份、麦麸20份、当归10份、鸡血藤10份、透骨草10份、白芷10份、艾叶10份、荆芥5份。
布袋的材质为条绒，布袋的尺寸为长40cm，宽10cm。
该经络拍打专用沙袋的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将上述按质量份数配比的中药辅料经过冷冻、熏蒸、煎煮、爆炒和破碎工序处理，成为中药粉末混合物；
S2、将沙子加入S1步骤的中药粉末混合物中混合均匀，得到袋芯混合物；
S3、将S2步骤得到的袋芯混合物放入布袋内，并将布袋进行封口。

布袋的材质为条绒，布袋的尺寸为长42cm，宽11cm。
该经络拍打专用沙袋的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将上述按质量份数配比的中药辅料经过冷冻、熏蒸、煎煮、爆炒和破碎工序处理，成为中药粉末混合物；
S2、将沙子加入S1步骤的中药粉末混合物中混合均匀，得到袋芯混合物；
S3、将S2步骤得到的袋芯混合物放入布袋内，并将布袋进行封口。
按实施例1-3所制得的沙袋与纯沙子制备的沙袋，在经络拍打时使用，配合循经拍打方法，实施例1-3制得的沙袋起到保健效果更明显。

1.一种经络拍打专用沙袋，其特征在于，包括布袋和设置在所述布袋内的袋芯，所述袋芯包括沙子和中药辅料，所述中药辅料由以下组分组成：川芎、红花、莪术、虎杖、乳香、没药、姜黄、羌活、栀子、三七、三分三、决明子、女贞子、茯神、川乌、马钱子、麦麸、当归、鸡血藤、透骨草、白芷、艾叶、荆芥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经络拍打专用沙袋，其特征在于，所述中药辅料各组分的质量份数为：川芎10～15份、红花10～15份、莪术10～25份、虎杖10～15份、乳香10～15份、没药5～10份、姜黄10～20份、羌活10～15份、栀子10～15份、三七10～15份、三分三10～15份、决明子10～20份、女贞子10～20份、茯神10～15份、川乌5～10份、马钱子10～15份、麦麸20～25份、当归10～15份、鸡血藤10～20份、透骨草10～15份、白芷10～15份、艾叶10～15份、荆芥5～10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种经络拍打专用沙袋，其特征在于,所述中药辅料中各组分的质量份数为：川芎12份、红花12份、莪术12份、虎杖12份、乳香12份、没药8份、姜黄15份、羌活12份、栀子12份、三七12份、三分三12份、决明子15份、女贞子15份、茯神12份、川乌8份、马钱子12份、麦麸22份、当归12份、鸡血藤15份、透骨草12份、白芷12份、艾叶12份、荆芥8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种经络拍打专用沙袋，其特征在于，所述布袋的材质为条绒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种经络拍打专用沙袋，其特征在于，所述布袋的尺寸为长40-45cm，宽10-12cm。
6.基于权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种经络拍打专用沙袋的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1、将上述按质量份数配比的中药辅料经过冷冻、熏蒸、煎煮、爆炒和破碎工序处理，成为中药粉末混合物；
S2、将沙子加入S1步骤的中药粉末混合物中混合均匀，得到袋芯混合物；
S3、将S2步骤得到的袋芯混合物放入布袋内，并将布袋进行封口。
