背景技术
复卷纸是人们生活中不可或缺的物品,其性质和种类不一而足;而随着技术的改进、生活化的需求越来越多样化,复卷纸的质量提高和更新换代一直是本行业孜孜以求的目标。
生产和生活环境难以避免尘埃,在生产和使用过程中,或多或少地会在复卷纸表面覆盖一层灰尘,从而在进一步使用时先要处理尘埃,极为不便。
开发一种避尘、清洁的复卷纸能给人们一种更好的使用体验。
发明内容
发明目的:为了开发一种新型的防尘复卷纸,本发明设计一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,以克服现有技术中的不足。
发明内容:一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,包括原纸层、第一覆膜层、第二覆膜层、防尘层,所述第一覆膜层、第二覆膜层分别分布于原纸层的上部和下部,所述防尘层覆盖于第一覆膜层的上部,所述第一覆膜层、第二覆膜层与原纸层之间还分别具有第一胶层、第二胶层;所述防尘层为防尘液在第一覆膜层喷涂镀膜而形成,所述防尘液包含以下重量份的组份:
作为优选,所述第一覆膜层的成分为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乳酸、聚四氟乙烯中的一种。以上覆膜层成分为常用纸张覆塑膜组份,具有增强、防水功效。
作为优选,所述第二覆膜层的成分为聚四氟乙烯或聚偏氟乙烯。此塑料组份增强作用明显,且聚四氟乙烯或聚偏氟乙烯本身具有防尘功能。
作为优选,所述第一胶层、第二胶层为热熔胶层。热熔胶层粘接牢固,且适合本发明工艺。
作为优选,所述原纸层的厚度为40-200μm。原纸层的厚度遵循效率和经济性的原则。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂选自溴化十六烷基三甲基胺、N-油酰多缩氨基酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基糖苷、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。以上表面活性剂高效调和组份,使防尘液均匀混合。
进一步,所述第一覆膜层、第二覆膜层的厚度为10-50μm,所述防尘层的厚度为5-50μm。两个覆膜层的厚度对应原纸层的厚度采取最经济的组合。
作为优选,所述R酸乙酯为碳原子数1~4的一元羧酸与乙醇酯化反应的产物。R酸乙酯是小分子短链结构以方便有机溶剂和水之间的配伍,也是防尘不可缺少的功能组分之一。
一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原纸层制备:将需要的纸浆和辅料混合入浆池,除杂、漂白、磨浆后,得到的细浆进入调浆系统调和浆的浓度、黏度,流入网部成型,烘干得到原纸;
(2)、一层覆膜:将得到的原纸用卷纸机进行收卷后,用一组辊放卷铺展到操作平台上,往原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第二胶层,再放卷备用第二膜层,将原纸层和第二膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度48~55℃,覆合压力19~22bar,纸塑复合机开启收卷机构,收卷时将第二膜层朝内;
(3)、二层覆膜:在此次放卷后,使第二膜层朝下,参照步骤(2),往此时原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第一胶层,再放卷备用第一膜层,将原纸层和第一膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度50~60℃,覆合压力21~23bar;
(4)、喷涂:导出第一膜层朝上的分切复卷纸,导出过程中往上喷涂配制好的防尘液,将复卷纸输送至最终的收卷机构,输送时防尘液上部吹热风,热风温度35~42℃,吹8~15min,即防尘层形成;
(5)、切边后,复卷,分切,即得所述不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,结构新颖、工艺紧凑。两层覆膜层增加了原纸层的机械强度和防水性能,其中第二覆膜层本身具有一定的防尘功能;而防尘液喷涂再烘干形成防尘层的形式,工艺简便,易操作,防尘效果优异,防尘液配方绿色环保,功效持久,具有避绝尘埃沾染的效力。本发明的纸张结构设计新颖,能够具有较好的机械抗撕裂牢度和防水性能的前提下,防尘层的设置使灰尘不易沾染,且工艺步骤简便,非常利于推广使用。

如图1,一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,包括原纸层1、第一覆膜层2、第二覆膜层3、防尘层4,所述第一覆膜层2、第二覆膜层3分别分布于原纸层1的上部和下部,所述防尘层4覆盖于第一覆膜层2的上部,所述第一覆膜层2、第二覆膜层3与原纸层1之间还分别具有第一胶层11、第二胶层12;所述原纸层1的厚度为40-200μm,所述第一覆膜层2、第二覆膜层3的厚度为10-50μm,所述防尘层4的厚度为5-50μm;
其中,所述第一覆膜层2的成分为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乳酸、聚四氟乙烯中的一种;所述第二覆膜层3的成分为聚四氟乙烯或聚偏氟乙烯;所述防尘层4为防尘液在第一覆膜层喷涂镀膜而形成;所述第一胶层11、第二胶层12为热熔胶层。

(2)、一层覆膜:将得到的原纸用卷纸机进行收卷后,用一组辊放卷铺展到操作平台上,往原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第二胶层,再放卷备用第二膜层,将原纸层和第二膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度48~55℃,覆合压力19~22bar,纸塑复合机开启收卷机构,收卷时将第二膜层朝内;
(3)、二层覆膜:在此次放卷后,使第二膜层朝下,参照步骤(2),往此时原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第一胶层,再放卷备用第一膜层,将原纸层和第一膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度50~60℃,覆合压力21~23bar;
(4)、喷涂:导出第一膜层朝上的分切复卷纸,导出过程中往上喷涂配制好的防尘液,将复卷纸输送至最终的收卷机构,输送时防尘液上部吹热风,热风温度35~42℃,吹8~15min,即防尘层形成;
(5)、切边后,复卷,分切,即得所述不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸。
得到的分切复卷纸,第二覆膜层、防尘层均有防尘效果,但第二覆膜层防尘效果一般,防尘层防尘效果优异,其能够排斥尘埃颗粒并且在沾染细小灰尘后具有吸附作用;防尘、不沾尘效果保持一年以上。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,其特征在于,所述原纸层的厚度为40-200μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,其特征在于,所述第一胶层、第二胶层为热熔胶层。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,其特征在于,所述第一覆膜层、第二覆膜层的厚度为10-50μm,所述防尘层的厚度为5-50μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自溴化十六烷基三甲基胺、N-油酰多缩氨基酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基糖苷、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或两种以上的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸,其特征在于,所述R酸乙酯为碳原子数1~4的一元羧酸与乙醇酯化反应的产物。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、原纸层制备:将需要的纸浆和辅料混合入浆池,除杂、漂白、磨浆后,得到的细浆进入调浆系统调和浆的浓度、黏度,流入网部成型,烘干得到原纸;
(2)、一层覆膜:将得到的原纸用卷纸机进行收卷后,用一组辊放卷铺展到操作平台上,往原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第二胶层,再放卷备用第二膜层,将原纸层和第二膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度48~55℃,覆合压力19~22bar,纸塑复合机开启收卷机构,收卷时将第二膜层朝内;
(3)、二层覆膜:在此次放卷后,使第二膜层朝下,参照步骤(2),往此时原纸层的上表面均匀涂布上第一胶层,再放卷备用第一膜层,将原纸层和第一膜层装至纸塑复合机的机辊上,对好线位,进入烘道,控制烘道温度50~60℃,覆合压力21~23bar;
(4)、喷涂:导出第一膜层朝上的分切复卷纸,导出过程中往上喷涂配制好的防尘液,将复卷纸输送至最终的收卷机构,输送时防尘液上部吹热风,热风温度35~42℃,吹8~15min,即防尘层形成;
(5)、切边后,复卷,分切,即得所述不易沾尘的清洁型分切复卷纸。
