Abstract
本发明公开了一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份将纳米SiO2 2~5份、纳米聚四氟乙烯1~2份、偶联剂3~4份、活性剂1~5份、固化剂1~5份、有机溶剂5~10份,水200~300份,混合均匀,制成防尘液;将防虫网浸泡至防尘液中;将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网烘干,即得。本发明具有防水、防尘,避免灰尘等固体颗粒物的聚集;在雨水或风力条件下进行自我清洁;回收时只需用水冲洗便能清洗干净的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农用设施制造领域,具体涉及一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法。
背景技术
目前农业生产及建筑、设备广泛使用防虫网来阻隔昆虫的危害。随着防虫网制备工艺的提高,防虫网的使用寿命也不断延长,人们能够回收使用过的防虫网,经过清洗后待下一季作物使用。但是防虫网经一段时间的使用后,表面积满了灰尘和细小颗粒,而且防虫网的网状结构造成清洗时不易清洗干净,使用工具刷洗又容易损坏防虫网。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制防尘液:按重量份将纳米SiO2 2~5份、纳米聚四氟乙烯1~2份、偶联剂3~4份、活性剂1~5份、固化剂1~5份、有机溶剂5~10份,水200~300份,混合均匀;
(2)浸润:将防虫网浸泡至防尘液中;
(3)烘干:将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网烘干,即得。
浸润过防尘液的防虫网经过烘干后在其表面形成一层具有防水、防尘效果的纳米涂层,避免灰尘等固体颗粒物的聚集,并能在雨水或风力条件下自我清洁。
进一步地所述纳米SiO2的粒径为5~100纳米、纳米聚四氟乙烯的粒径为10~20纳米。
进一步地所述偶联剂为环氧丙烯酸酯或硅烷偶联剂。
进一步地所述活性剂为聚乙烯蜡、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯比咯烷酮中的一种。
进一步地所述固化剂甲基环戊二胺、三甲基六亚甲基二胺、聚醚二胺中的一种。
进一步地所述有机溶剂为甘油与烷基醇按重量比1~3:1的比例混合。
进一步地所述烷基醇为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种。
进一步地所述步骤(2)中防虫网在防尘液中浸泡10~30秒。
进一步地所述步骤(3)中采用热风气流干燥。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1)防水、防尘,避免灰尘等固体颗粒物的聚集;
2)在雨水或风力条件下进行自我清洁;
3)回收时只需用水冲洗便能清洗干净。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制防尘液:按重量份将粒径为5纳米的SiO2 2份、20纳米的聚四氟乙烯2份、环氧丙烯酸酯3份、聚乙烯蜡5份、甲基环戊二胺1份、甘油与甲醇醇按重量比3:1的比例混合的有机溶剂5份,水200份,混合均匀;
(2)浸润:将防虫网在防尘液中浸泡10秒;
(3)烘干:将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网采用热风气流干燥烘干,即得。
实施例2
(1)配制防尘液:按重量份将粒径为100纳米的SiO2 5份、10纳米的聚四氟乙烯1份、硅烷偶联剂4份、聚氯乙烯1份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺5份、甘油与乙醇按重量比1:1的比例混合的有机溶剂10份,水250份,混合均匀;
(2)浸润:将防虫网在防尘液中浸泡20秒;
(3)烘干:将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网采用热风气流干燥烘干,即得。
实施例3
(1)配制防尘液:按重量份将粒径为50纳米的SiO2 3份、20纳米的聚四氟乙烯1份、环氧丙烯酸酯4份、聚乙烯比咯烷酮3份、聚醚二胺3份、甘油与异丙醇按重量比2:1的比例混合的有机溶剂8份,水300份,混合均匀;
(2)浸润:将防虫网在防尘液中浸泡30秒;
(3)烘干:将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网采用热风气流干燥烘干,即得。
本发明按照上述实施例进行了说明,应当理解,上述实施例不以任何形式限定本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制防尘液:按重量份将纳米SiO2 2~5份、纳米聚四氟乙烯1~2份、偶联剂3~4份、活性剂1~5份、固化剂1~5份、有机溶剂5~10份,水200~300份,混合均匀;
(2)浸润:将防虫网浸泡至防尘液中;
(3)烘干:将浸泡过防尘液的防虫网烘干,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米SiO2的粒径为5~100纳米、纳米聚四氟乙烯的粒径为10~20纳米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为环氧丙烯酸酯或硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述活性剂为聚乙烯蜡、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯比咯烷酮中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化剂甲基环戊二胺、三甲基六亚甲基二胺、聚醚二胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为甘油与烷基醇按重量比1~3:1的比例混合。
7.根据权利要求/6所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烷基醇为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中防虫网在防尘液中浸泡10~30秒。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洁回收的防虫网的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中采用热风气流干燥。
