The invention discloses automatic disassembly and separation equipment and process for mattresses, which comprise a plurality of roller conveyors, a metal detection system, a pushing device, a centering positioning system, a displacement detection system, a pressing device, a mattress cutting system, a belt conveyor, a separation and sorting device, a metal collection bin, a nonmetal collection bin, a leftover material storage bin and a dust remover; the first roller conveyor, the metal detection system, the second roller conveyor, the third roller conveyor, the fourth roller conveyor, the fifth roller conveyor, the sixth roller conveyor, the seventh roller conveyor and the separation and sorting device are sequentially connected, other mechanisms are respectively located above or on two sides of the whole treatment line, and a dust hood is arranged on the upper portion of the mattress cutting system and connected with the pulse dust remover through a pipeline. The cutting system can be used for cutting waste mattresses, the sorting and separating system can be used for automatically sorting cut materials, and the dust remover can be used for efficiently disposing dust generated in the crushing process, so that the cutting system has the advantages of environmental protection and high automation degree.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waste mattress treatment, in particular to automatic mattress disassembling and sorting equipment and process.
Background
With the continuous progress of the urban process, the living standard and quality of residents are continuously improved, and the quantity of large household garbage is continuously in an ascending trend; the old and useless mattress is because of its volume is big, and transportation is inconvenient, factors such as manual work disassembles difficulty, and the resident does not know how this is handled again, abandons at will, put and cause adverse effect to environmental sanitation in public area, and harmful substance such as pathogenic microorganism, mycotoxin are bred easily, and the handling of these mattresses is becoming a big difficult problem of puzzlement community.
At present, the decomposing mattress of the large garbage centralized recycling disposal station in each place is generally adopted: 1. the manual disassembly has the advantages of large number of manual disassembly users, high labor cost and low disassembly efficiency; 2. because the mattress contains a large number of springs and steel wires, the springs, the steel wires and other fabrics are wound and hooked by direct crushing, and the mattress is difficult to thoroughly separate and cannot be recycled.

The invention relates to an automatic disassembly and separation process of a mattress, which comprises the following steps:
1) The mattress is conveyed, the mattress is placed on a first roller conveyor to be conveyed, after being detected by a metal detection system, a feedback signal of the metal detection system is sent to a second roller conveyor to intercept the mattress containing metal, the mattress is pushed to a third roller conveyor by a first pushing device (the mattress without metal is continuously conveyed by the second roller conveyor, is subjected to additional treatment after being collected) and is conveyed to a fourth roller conveyor along with the third roller conveyor;
2) Performing displacement detection on a fourth roller conveyor, automatically identifying the size of the mattress by a first displacement detection system, feeding back a signal to a first cutting system and a first pressing device, enabling the first cutting system to move to a cutting point according to the feedback signal, and enabling the first pressing device to press and fix the mattress according to the feedback signal;
3) The first cutting system cuts two sides of the mattress, and continuously forwards conveys the mattress to the fifth roller conveyor along with the fourth roller conveyor after the two sides of the mattress are cut, and the conveying direction of the mattress is changed by the second pushing device and the mattress is conveyed to the sixth roller conveyor; then the two other edges of the mattress are cut by a second cutting system;
4) After the treatment in the step 3), the cut leftover materials are conveyed to a leftover material storage bin through a first belt conveyor and a second belt conveyor; simultaneously, the pulse dust collector pumps out waste gas at the upper part of the mattress cutting system through a pipeline, and the waste gas is discharged after dust removal;
5) The mattress after the cutting around step 4) is just surface-attached, and the separation sorting device is used for separating metal from nonmetal, and sorting to a metal collecting bin and a nonmetal collecting bin.
After the scheme is adopted, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) Because the invention has the roller conveyor, the centering system and the displacement detection system, mattresses with different sizes can be automatically identified and processed;
2) The automatic cutting system is provided, so that the waste mattress can be automatically cut and disassembled, and the size of the cut metal wire spring can be effectively controlled;
3) The automatic separating and sorting device is provided, so that the separation and sorting of different materials in the mattress after automatic cutting can be realized, and the degree of automation is high;
4) The first cutting system and the second cutting system are connected with the pulse dust collector through the pipelines, so that dust generated in the cutting process of the pulse dust collector is efficiently treated, and the air cleaning of a cutting and dismantling site does not generate secondary pollution.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention is a mattress automatic disassembling and sorting device, which comprises a first roller conveyor 1, a metal detection system 2, a first pushing device 3, a second roller conveyor 4, a third roller conveyor 5, a first centering and positioning system 6, a fourth roller conveyor 10, a first displacement detection system 7, a first pressing device 24, a first cutting system 11, a first belt conveyor 22, a fifth roller conveyor 12, a second pushing device 21, a sixth roller conveyor 14, a second centering and positioning system 13, a seventh roller conveyor 15, a second displacement detection system 17, a second pressing device 16, a second cutting system 18, a second belt conveyor 23, a separating and sorting device 19, a metal collecting bin 28, a non-metal collecting bin 27, a corner material storage bin (not shown in the figure) and a dust remover 8.
The first roller conveyor 1, the metal detection system 2, the second roller conveyor 4, the third roller conveyor 5, the fourth roller conveyor 10, the fifth roller conveyor 12, the sixth roller conveyor 14, the seventh roller conveyor 15 and the separation and sorting device 19 are sequentially connected according to the process steps; the first centering systems 6 are positioned at two sides of the third roller conveyor 5 and are used for centering mattresses with different sizes; the first displacement detection systems 7 are positioned at two sides of the fourth roller conveyor 10 and are used for detecting mattresses with different sizes and determining the displacement required by the first cutting system 11; the first pressing device 24 is located at the upper part of the fourth roller conveyor 10, and is used for pressing and fixing the mattress when the first cutting system 11 cuts the mattress; the first cutting system 11 is positioned at two sides of the fourth roller conveyor 10; the first belt conveyor 22 is positioned below the first cutting system 11 and is used for collecting and conveying the cut leftover materials; the second pushing device 21 is positioned at one end of the fifth roller conveyor 12 and is used for pushing and changing the conveying direction of the mattress; the second centering system 13 is positioned at two sides of the sixth roller conveyor 14 and is used for centering mattresses with different sizes; the second displacement detection systems 17 are positioned at two sides of the seventh roller conveyor 15 and are used for detecting mattresses with different sizes and determining the displacement required by the second cutting system 18; the second pressing device 16 is positioned at the upper part of the seventh roller conveyor 15 and is used for pressing and fixing the mattress when the second cutting system 18 cuts the mattress; the second cutting system 18 is positioned at two sides of the seventh roller conveyor 15; the second belt conveyor 23 is located below the second cutting system 18 and is used for collecting and conveying the cut leftover materials; the separating and sorting device 19 is positioned at the tail of the seventh roller conveyor 15 and is used for separating and sorting fabrics, palms and felts on the surface of the cut mattress; the metal collecting bin 28 and the nonmetal collecting bin 27 are positioned at two sides of the separation and sorting device 19; the upper parts of the first mattress cutting system 11 and the second mattress cutting system 18 are provided with dust hoods 9; the upper end of the dust hood is connected with a pulse dust collector 8 through a pipeline.
The mattress cutting system comprises a first mattress cutting system 11 and a second mattress cutting system 18, wherein the two mattress cutting systems have the same structure and are provided with two symmetrically arranged saw blades for cutting the periphery of the mattress.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention relates to an automatic disassembly and separation process of mattresses, which comprises the following steps:
1) The conveying of the mattresses, namely, the mattresses are placed on a first roller conveyor 1 for conveying, after being detected by a metal detection system 2, the mattresses containing metal are intercepted by a second roller conveyor 4 by a feedback signal of the metal detection system 2 and are pushed to a third roller conveyor 5 by a first pushing device 3 (the mattresses without metal are continuously conveyed by the second roller conveyor 4 and are collected and then are processed), and the mattresses are conveyed to a fourth roller conveyor 10 along with the third roller conveyor 5;
2) Performing displacement detection on the fourth roller conveyor 10, automatically identifying the size of the mattress by the first displacement detection system 7, feeding back a signal to the first cutting system 11 and the first pressing device 24, moving the first cutting system 11 to a cutting point according to the feedback signal, and pressing and fixing the mattress by the first pressing device 24 according to the feedback signal;
3) The first cutting system 11 cuts two sides of the mattress, and after the cutting is finished, the mattress is continuously conveyed to the fifth roller conveyor 12 forwards along with the fourth roller conveyor 10, and the conveying direction of the mattress is changed by the second pushing device 21 and is conveyed to the sixth roller conveyor 14; then the other two sides of the mattress are cut by a second cutting system 18;
4) After the treatment in the step 3), the cut leftover materials are conveyed to a leftover material storage bin through a first belt conveyor 22 and a second belt conveyor 23; simultaneously, the pulse dust collector 8 pumps out waste gas at the upper part of the mattress cutting system through a pipeline, and the waste gas is discharged after dust removal;
5) The mattress after the four sides cut in step 3) is only surface-attached, and it is separated metal and nonmetal by the separation and sorting device 19 and is sorted to the metal collecting bin 28 and nonmetal collecting bin 27.

the device comprises a first roller conveyor, a metal detection system, a second roller conveyor, a first pushing device, a third roller conveyor, a first centering and positioning system, a fourth roller conveyor, a first displacement detection system, a first compacting device, a first cutting system, a first belt conveyor, a fifth roller conveyor, a second pushing device, a sixth roller conveyor, a second centering and positioning system, a seventh roller conveyor, a second displacement detection system, a second compacting device, a second cutting system, a second belt conveyor, a separation and sorting device, a metal collection bin, a nonmetal collection bin, a leftover material storage bin and a dust remover; the first roller conveyor, the metal detection system, the second roller conveyor, the third roller conveyor, the fourth roller conveyor, the fifth roller conveyor, the sixth roller conveyor, the seventh roller conveyor and the separation and sorting device are sequentially connected according to the process steps; the first centering positioning systems are positioned at two sides of the third roller conveyor and used for centering mattresses with different sizes; the first displacement detection systems are positioned at two sides of the fourth roller conveyor and are used for detecting mattresses with different sizes and determining the displacement required by the first cutting system; the first pressing device is positioned at the upper part of the fourth roller conveyor and is used for pressing and fixing the mattress when the first cutting system cuts the mattress; the first cutting system is positioned at two sides of the fourth roller conveyor; the first belt conveyor is positioned below the first cutting system and is used for collecting and conveying the cut leftover materials; the second pushing device is positioned at one end of the fifth roller conveyor and is used for pushing and changing the conveying direction of the mattress; the second centering system is positioned at two sides of the sixth roller conveyor and is used for centering mattresses with different sizes; the second displacement detection systems are positioned at two sides of the seventh roller conveyor and are used for detecting mattresses with different sizes and determining the displacement required by the second cutting system; the second pressing device is positioned at the upper part of the seventh roller conveyor and is used for pressing and fixing the mattress when the second cutting system cuts the mattress; the second cutting systems are positioned at two sides of the seventh roller conveyor; the second belt conveyor is positioned below the second cutting system and is used for collecting and conveying the cut leftover materials; the separating and sorting device is positioned at the tail part of the seventh roller conveyor and is used for separating and sorting the cut mattresses; the metal collecting bin and the nonmetal collecting bin are positioned at two sides of the separation and sorting device; the upper parts of the first cutting system and the second cutting system are provided with dust hoods; the upper end of the dust hood is connected with the pulse dust collector through a pipeline.
2. An automatic disassembly and separation process for mattresses, which uses the automatic disassembly and separation equipment for mattresses according to claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
