可冲洗大流量过滤器，涉及过滤器。设有壳体、内衬、过滤介质层和卡箍；所述内衬设在壳体内部，过滤介质层设在内衬上，所述卡箍设有上卡箍和下卡箍，上卡箍和下卡箍分别固定在壳体外部上端和下端，壳体的顶部设有上出水口，壳体的底部设有下出水口，壳体的上部设有上进水口，壳体的下部设有下进水口。安装、拆卸方便，可无限并联，不需要配更多规格的过滤桶，只需一种型号的过滤器满足各种流量的需求。过滤器冲洗方便，延长耗材使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器，尤其是涉及可冲洗大流量过滤器。
背景技术
现有的大流量过滤器又叫石英砂过滤器、活性碳过滤器、多介质过滤器和中央净水机等，常用于全屋净水，反渗透纯水机组的前处理，保护超滤膜及RO膜，也可单独使用，用于过滤泥沙、铁锈、余氯、脱色和有机物等，通常过滤精度在500～50μm之间，由过滤桶、石英砂、活性碳或其他过滤介质层、中心管、多路阀等组成，应用范围较广。
现有的过滤材质多为颗粒状，安装及更换耗材非常麻烦，需要专业人员配专业的工具才能更换，更换过程中灰尘较大，对身体健康不利，通常需要多人协助才能完成；针对不同的流量，配备不同的规格过滤桶，生产成本高，占地面积大；较大流量的过滤器，因重量过重，存在搬运不便，对存放地点承重要求较高，过滤阻力大，需要更大的水压，浪费能源，过滤效果较差等。
中国专利CN204522447U公开一种可冲洗袋式过滤器，包括过滤室和过滤层，过滤层固定设置在过滤室内且将过滤室分成上下两部分，过滤室的两侧分别设置有进水口和出水口，关键是：所述的过滤层包括从下到上依次设置的第一钢网层、滤袋层和第二钢网层，第一钢网层、滤袋层和第二钢网层的形状都为开口向下的封头结构，所述的进水口设置在过滤室的下部，出水口设置在过滤室的上部。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可冲洗大流量过滤器。
本发明设有壳体、内衬、过滤介质层和卡箍；所述内衬设在壳体内部，过滤介质层设在内衬上，所述卡箍设有上卡箍和下卡箍，上卡箍和下卡箍分别固定在壳体外部上端和下端，壳体的顶部设有上出水口，壳体的底部设有下出水口，壳体的上部设有上进水口，壳体的下部设有下进水口。
所述壳体可采用塑料、不锈钢、玻璃钢等材质。
所述卡箍可由金属类合金材料制备，可拆解。
所述内衬可由塑料、PE、PS、PVDF等材料制备。
所述过滤介质层可采用PP纤维、活性碳、无纺布等材料一体成型。
与现有的过滤器相比，本发明具有以下突出优点：
1、安装方便：单个过滤器重量较轻，约5kg，一个人可以轻松拿起，自带固定装置，可轻易固定在机架上。
2、拆卸方便，打开卡箍，取出里面的过滤材质即可，也可做成抛弃式的，更换耗材时，连壳体一起丢弃。
3、可无限并联，不需要配更多规格的过滤桶，只需一种型号的过滤器满足各种流量的需求。
4、过滤器冲洗方便，延长耗材使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下实施例将结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见图1和2，本发明实施例设有壳体1、内衬2、过滤介质层3和卡箍；所述内衬2设在壳体1内部，过滤介质层3设在内衬2上，所述卡箍设有上卡箍41和下卡箍42，上卡箍41和下卡箍42分别固定在壳体1外部上端和下端，壳体1的顶部设有上出水口51，壳体1的底部设有下出水口52，壳体1的上部设有上进水口61，壳体1的下部设有下进水口62。
所述壳体1采用塑料、不锈钢、玻璃钢等材质。
所述上卡箍41和下卡箍41由金属类合金材料制备，可拆解。
所述内衬2由塑料、PE、PS、PVDF等材料制备。
所述过滤介质层3采用PP纤维、活性碳、无纺布等材料一体成型。
以下给出本发明的工作原理：
水从上进水口61进入一体成型的过滤介质层3过滤，吸咐，再经内衬2中间的水流通道到下出水口52，上出水口51和下进水口62关闭；正冲洗时，关闭上出水口51和下出水口52，打开上进水口61和下进水口62；反冲洗时，水从下出水口52进入，关闭上出水口51和下进水口62，水从上进水口61流出。

1.可冲洗大流量过滤器，其特征在于设有壳体、内衬、过滤介质层和卡箍；所述内衬设在壳体内部，过滤介质层设在内衬上，所述卡箍设有上卡箍和下卡箍，上卡箍和下卡箍分别固定在壳体外部上端和下端，壳体的顶部设有上出水口，壳体的底部设有下出水口，壳体的上部设有上进水口，壳体的下部设有下进水口。
2.如权利要求1所述可冲洗大流量过滤器，其特征在于所述壳体采用塑料、不锈钢、玻璃钢材质。
3.如权利要求1所述可冲洗大流量过滤器，其特征在于所述卡箍由金属类合金材料制备。
4.如权利要求1所述可冲洗大流量过滤器，其特征在于所述内衬由塑料、PE、PS、PVDF材料制备。
5.如权利要求1所述可冲洗大流量过滤器，其特征在于所述过滤介质层采用PP纤维、活性碳、无纺布材料一体成型。
