Abstract

一种快速拆换净水器，包括中空管体，在进水端设有第一止通阀，第一止通阀的球体与进水通道壁相抵触，第一止通阀球体的一侧开设凹槽，连接杆插入该凹槽内，连接杆另一端插入第二止通阀球体的凹槽，连接杆上套设有弹簧；第二止通阀的球体设有延伸的抵接杆，抵接杆处的管体内腔的内径小于第二止通阀球体的外径，抵接杆末端与滤芯相抵触，滤芯由与管体螺纹连接的顶套封闭在管体内，顶套开设出水通道。通过抵接杆与滤芯的抵触，使第二止通阀常开，弹簧将第一止通阀球体顶向进水通道内壁使第一止通阀常闭。过滤时，通过进水的压力打开第一止通阀；更换滤芯时，弹簧将推动第二止通阀关闭，无须关闭水管管路上的阀门，方便了更换操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及管塞、龙头或栓的过滤器，尤其涉及了一种快速拆换净水器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和工业化进程的不断加快，江河湖泊的水质也越来越差。城市供给的日常生活用自来水，大都是由江河或水库等水源抽至自来水处理工厂，虽然都通过了沉淀、过滤和消毒等处理工序，但由于城市的自来水需要量太大，因而，由供水管网输送到千家万户的自来水中，或多或少地会夹杂一些颗粒较大的砂砾和一些细微的杂质，这些砂砾和细微杂质，不仅会堵塞用户的供水龙头、洗衣机的进水口等，还会影响人们的身体健康。
而用安装在水龙头上的净水器应运而生，但是这目前这些净水器的滤芯拆换都需要将供水管路的总阀门关闭在断水的情况下进行更换，拆换滤芯不方便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，提供一种快速拆换净水器，这种净水器结构合理，能实现快速拆换滤芯，使用方便。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种快速拆换净水器，包括中空管体，在进水端设有第一止通阀，第一止通阀的球体与进水通道壁相抵触，第一止通阀球体的一侧开设凹槽，连接杆插入该凹槽内，连接杆另一端插入第二止通阀球体的凹槽，连接杆上套设有弹簧；第二止通阀的球体设有延伸的抵接杆，抵接杆处的管体内腔的内径小于第二止通阀球体的外径，抵接杆末端与滤芯相抵触，滤芯由与管体螺纹连接的顶套封闭在管体内，顶套开设出水通道。
将本发明安装在水管上，本发明通过抵接杆与滤芯的抵触，使第二止通阀常开，弹簧将第一止通阀球体顶向进水通道内壁使第一止通阀常闭。过滤时，通过进水的压力打开第一止通阀使水流经过滤芯过滤后出水；取下顶套更换滤芯时，弹簧将推动第二止通阀关闭，在取下滤芯时水流不会从净水器流出，方便了更换操作，无须关闭水管管路上的阀门。
净水器出口端直接连接大容量存水容器的情况下，当进口的水流处于关闭状态，净水器内的第一止通阀也将关闭，能隔开已经净化完成的和还未净化的水，防止已经净化的水被二次污染，可靠方便。

具体实施方式
参照附图，一种快速拆换净水器，包括中空管体1，在进水端设有第一止通阀，第一止通阀球体8与进水通道32壁相抵触，第一止通阀球体8一侧开设凹槽，连接杆7插入该凹槽内，连接杆另一端插入第二止通阀球体41的凹槽，连接杆上套设有弹簧2；第二止通阀球体设有延伸的抵接杆42，抵接杆处的管体内腔的内径小于第二止通阀球体的外径，抵接杆末端与滤芯6相抵触，滤芯由与管体螺纹连接的顶套5封闭在管体内，顶套开设出水通道33。
如图，将本发明安装于水管出口用于水流过滤，滤芯将第二止通阀球体的抵接杆向左侧推，使第二止通阀常开，连接杆上套设的弹簧将第一止通阀球体向左侧的进水通道推，当进水的水流未打开时，第一止通阀常闭。
进水处水流打开流入净水器，第一止通阀在冲击水流的压力下打开，水流依次流过第二止通阀、滤芯，经顶套的出水通道流出。
需要更换滤芯，或需要将它拆下清洗时，在拧下顶套的过程中，弹簧推动第二止通阀球体向右侧移动，第二止通阀球体最终将抵触在抵接杆部位的内缩内壁上，第二止通阀关闭将水流截断。所以，在更换滤芯的过程中，无论进口处的水流是否打开，第二止通阀始终处于关闭状态，净水器都不会有水流出。

1.一种快速拆换净水器，包括中空管体，在进水端设有第一止通阀，第一止通阀的球体与进水通道壁相抵触，其特征在于第一止通阀球体的一侧开设凹槽，连接杆插入该凹槽内，连接杆另一端插入第二止通阀球体的凹槽，连接杆上套设有弹簧；第二止通阀的球体设有延伸的抵接杆，抵接杆处的管体内腔的内径小于第二止通阀球体的外径，抵接杆末端与滤芯相抵触，滤芯由与管体螺纹连接的顶套封闭在管体内，顶套开设出水通道。
