Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于血液透析医疗管线的压力舱,其呈包括空心主体的类型,空心主体由上部半壳和下部半壳构成,上部半壳和下部半壳分别界定通过中间柔性膜片彼此密闭地分开的气体室和液体室。液体室具有用于与血液透析管线连接的入口管状配件和出口管状配件,并且这样的管状配件中的至少一个(典型地,旨在连接到透析机器的出口配件)关联到用于将传感器连接到管的母鲁尔(luer)锁连接器。
背景技术
常规地称为“压力舱”的呈以上限定的类型的压力传感器从例如文件US-2007179422和WO-2015099932中已知,并且这两个文件揭示了涉及与医疗管线连接的技术问题。具体地,尽管一方面液体室的出口配件以气密的方式连接到相关的管是关键的,但是为了避免扭曲且因此阻塞血流的风险的目的,将优选的是,这样的连接还是可旋转的,从而能够实现舱和通常为柔性的管之间在角度上的相对运动。

发明内容
本发明的目标是针对前述技术问题提供安全的且功能性的解决方案,并且由于压力舱的液体室的前述至少一个管状配件的母连接器包括由相对刚性的热塑性材料制成的外部管状主体和由相对柔软的热塑性材料制成的同轴地插入到外部管状主体中的内部管状主体的事实,达到了该目标。外部管状主体相对于内部管状主体可旋转,且外部管状主体沿轴向锁定在内部管状主体上,并且环形空腔限定在内部管状主体和外部管状主体的相应的近侧轴向部分之间,固定到相对柔软的内部管状主体的前述至少一个管状配件接合在环形空腔中。
由于该解决方案构思,可有利地既以完全气密的方式(由于管状配件固定在由相对柔软的材料制成的内部管状主体上)又以可旋转(通过母连接器的外部管状主体)但同时对弯曲而言刚性的方式得到压力舱与血液透析管线的连接。
方便地,前述环形空腔由内部管状主体的近侧轴向部分的套环或外部环形挡件来沿径向界定,所述至少一个管状配件前部邻靠着套环或外部环形挡件。
该特征能够促进母连接器和管状配件之间的机械化装配,进一步有助于完全的相互气密密封。
根据本发明的进一步特征,舱进一步包括以密闭的且可移除的方式施加于所述母连接器的公鲁尔保护帽。

具体实施方式
参照附图,根据本发明的用于血液透析医疗管线的压力舱全部以1指示。
压力舱1由模制的塑性材料制成的空心主体构成,空心主体由上部半壳2和下部半壳3形成,通过放入中间柔性膜片6,上部半壳2和下部半壳3的周边边缘在4中彼此密闭地连接。
膜片6分别与上部半壳2和下部半壳3界定相互密闭地分开的气体室7和液体室8。
上部半壳2与管状配件9一体形成,管状配件9用于将气体室7连接到成已知类型的压力测量装置,压力测量装置又连接到调节室7中的气体量的电子单元,从而控制膜片6的位置。
在相反侧,下部半壳3与用于将压力舱1连接到血液透析医疗管线的入口管状配件10和出口管状配件11一体形成。
配件10、11中的至少一个(且在示出的示例的情况下为出口配件11)设有母鲁尔锁连接器12,其用于附连医疗管线的管的补充的公鲁尔锁连接器,医疗管线通常连接到透析器。
根据本发明的独特的特征,母连接器12由相对刚性的热塑性材料制成的外部管状主体13和相对柔软的热塑性材料制成的同轴地插入外部管状主体13中的内部管状主体14形成。母连接器12的大体构造可与在本申请人的名下的EP-0775501B1中描述和示出的母连接器相似,但是具有将在下文中概述的实质的差异。
外部管状主体13在一侧形成有用于紧固公鲁尔锁连接器的外部螺纹15,且在相反侧形成有一对并列的操纵径向翅片16,通过翅片16轻松地控制外部管状主体13的旋转。在内部,外部管状主体13形成有环形浮凸17,用于其在内部管状主体14的对应的外部环形槽18中的可旋转的轴向保持。
内部管状主体14在其末端处限定鲁尔锥19,并且内部管状主体14的近侧轴向部分(以20指示)与外部管状主体13的近侧轴向部分21形成环形空腔22,下部半壳3的管状配件11接合在环形空腔22的内部。这样的管状配件11密闭地密封地固定(例如通过胶粘)在内部管状主体14的近侧部分20上,而外部管状主体13的近侧部分21可在这样的管状配件11上旋转。
该布置用于在压力舱1和血液透析管线的管之间得到可旋转但同时对弯曲而言刚性的连接,从而保证完全密闭的密封且没有意外地阻挡管的风险。
如在图5中详细地示出的那样,环形空腔22由内部管状主体14的近侧部分20的套环或外部环形挡件23沿径向界定,管状配件11的端部前部邻靠着套环或外部环形挡件23,从而就管状配件11与母连接器12的完全密闭的密封连接而言进一步提高了效率。
可移除地施加于母连接器12的公鲁尔保护帽以24指示。显而易见地,当压力舱1连接到血液透析医疗管线时,移除保护帽24。
显而易见地,构造细节和实施例可相对于所描述和示出的内容广泛地变化,而不偏离如在所附权利要求书中限定的本发明的保护的范围。
Claims (4)
1. 一种用于血液透析医疗管线的压力舱(1),包括由上部半壳(2)和下部半壳(3)形成的空心主体,所述上部半壳(2)和所述下部半壳(3)分别界定通过中间柔性膜片(6)彼此密闭地分开的气体室(7)和液体室(8),所述液体室(8)设有用于与所述血液透析管线连接的入口管状连接器(10)和出口管状连接器(11),并且其中,所述管状连接器中的至少一个(11)关联到母鲁尔锁连接器(12),其特征在于,所述母连接器(12)包括由相对刚性的热塑性材料制成的外部管状主体(13)和由相对柔软的热塑性材料制成的同轴地配合在所述外部管状主体(13)内的内部管状主体(14),所述外部管状主体(13)相对于所述内部管状主体(14)可旋转且沿轴向阻挡在所述内部管状主体(14)上,并且在所述内部管状主体(14)和所述外部管状主体(13)的近侧轴向部分(20, 21)之间限定环形空腔(22),固定在所述母连接器(12)的所述内部管状主体(14)上的所述至少一个管状配件(11)接合在所述环形空腔(22)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力舱,其特征在于,所述环形空腔(22)由所述内部管状主体(14)的所述近侧轴向部分(20)的外部环形挡件(23)沿径向界定,所述至少一个管状配件(11)前部邻靠着所述外部环形挡件(23)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力舱,其特征在于,所述压力舱包括可释放地施加于所述母连接器(12)的公鲁尔保护帽(24)。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的压力舱,其特征在于,所述外部管状主体(13)的所述近侧轴向部分(21)设有沿径向突出的操纵翅片(16)。
