技术领域
本发明涉及矿用电器技术领域,特别是涉及一种防爆型矿用显示器。
背景技术
矿用显示器越来越多的运用在煤矿产品上,是井下视频显示的一种终端设备,便于显示井上井下互通的信息。煤矿井下的环境有甲烷、煤尘爆炸危险,因此矿用显示器对防爆具有一定要求,同时应具备小巧、便携的特点。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种防爆型矿用显示器,包括上盖、印刷电路板、显示屏和底壳,底壳包括主壳体和连接体,连接体与主壳体通过焊接固定成一体,主壳体具有隔爆腔,连接体位于隔爆腔外围,上盖与连接体之间设有用于固定连接的紧固件,印刷电路板与显示屏连接,上盖具有安装腔,安装腔位于隔爆腔一侧,印刷电路板与显示屏均设于安装腔内,连接体与上盖的连接界面设有密封圈,密封圈位于两侧对称的紧固件之间且紧邻紧固件设置。
技术效果:本发明提供的防爆型矿用显示器,适用于煤矿井下有瓦斯及煤尘爆炸性混合物的场所,兼具便携的优点,工作稳定性强。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,底壳内设有隔爆片,隔爆片位于隔爆腔的腔口且与连接体连接,隔爆片与连接体位于同一平面内。

前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,预裂口为经过若干次翻折形成的折痕,或为两片单体隔爆片通过胶黏剂粘接为一体形成的粘接口。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,印刷电路板的板厚大于1.5mm,线宽为1mm以下,线厚大于50μm。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,印刷电路板除接线端子和集成块插座外,其余部位均涂两层三防漆,三防漆涂层的厚度为0.35mm~0.55mm。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,三防漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂85~95份,钙类催干剂2~4份,锆类催干剂5~8份,钴类催干剂3~5份,甲乙酮肟0.5~1.5份,荧光粉0.05~0.15份。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,三防漆的制备方法如下:将聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂加入催干剂搅拌均匀,然后加入甲乙酮肟、荧光粉搅拌均匀得到三防漆。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:甲苯二异氰酸酯20~30份,六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯20~25份,醇酸树脂75~95份,一缩二乙二醇5~10份,D20溶剂油40~45份,乙醇3~5份。
前所述的一种防爆型矿用显示器,聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂的制备方法如下:将醇酸树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯混合搅拌均匀,加热至85℃~90℃,反应1.5h;再加入一缩二乙二醇,降温至65℃~70℃,反应5~5.5h;加入D20溶剂油和乙醇,在60℃封端反应3.5h;冷却出料得到聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中在隔爆腔内设置隔爆片,当发生爆炸时,高压气流向隔爆腔内冲击时首先遇到隔爆片,将隔爆片冲破,从而将一部分高压冲击能转化为隔爆片的变形势能,降低危险性;
(2)本发明中隔爆片上设置预裂口,以便爆炸发生时高压能顺利突破隔爆片,保证高压气流顺利进入隔爆腔内;
(3)本发明中的印刷电路板设计具有高安全性和稳定性;
(4)本发明中在印刷电路板上涂刷三防漆,使其具有高绝缘性和优良的耐腐蚀性,提高防爆显示器的安全系数;
(5)本发明中的三防漆具有快干、附着力强、电绝缘性能优异等优点,且更加绿色环保。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种防爆型矿用显示器,结构如图1-2所示,包括上盖1、印刷电路板3、显示屏4和底壳2。
底壳2包括主壳体201和连接体202,连接体202与主壳体201通过焊接固定成一体,主壳体201具有隔爆腔2011,连接体202位于隔爆腔2011外围,上盖1与连接体202之间设有用于固定连接的紧固件6,紧固件6采用十字槽盘头螺钉。印刷电路板3与显示屏4连接,上盖1具有安装腔,安装腔位于隔爆腔2011一侧,印刷电路板3与显示屏4均设于安装腔内。连接体202与上盖1的连接界面设有密封圈5,密封圈5位于两侧对称的紧固件6之间且紧邻紧固件6设置。底壳2内设有隔爆片7,隔爆片7位于隔爆腔2011的腔口且与连接体202连接,隔爆片7与连接体202位于同一平面内。隔爆片7上设有预裂口701,预裂口701为经过若干次翻折形成的折痕,或为两片单体隔爆片7通过胶黏剂粘接为一体形成的粘接口。印刷电路板3的板厚大于1.5mm,线宽为1mm以下,线厚大于50μm。印刷电路板3除接线端子和集成块插座外,其余部位均涂两层三防漆,三防漆涂层的厚度为0.35mm~0.55mm。
三防漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂85份,钙类催干剂2份,锆类催干剂5份,钴类催干剂3份,甲乙酮肟0.5份,荧光粉0.05份。
三防漆的制备方法如下:将聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂加入催干剂搅拌均匀,然后加入甲乙酮肟、荧光粉搅拌均匀得到三防漆。
聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:甲苯二异氰酸酯20份,六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯20份,醇酸树脂75份,一缩二乙二醇5份,D20溶剂油40份,乙醇3份。
聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂的制备方法如下:将醇酸树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯混合搅拌均匀,加热至85℃,反应1.5h;再加入一缩二乙二醇,降温至65℃,反应5h;加入D20溶剂油和乙醇,在60℃封端反应3.5h;冷却出料得到聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂。
本发明提供的防爆型矿用显示器,适用于煤矿井下有瓦斯及煤尘爆炸性混合物的场所,安全系数高,兼具便携的优点,工作稳定性强。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种防爆型矿用显示器,与实施例1的区别在于,三防漆包括按重量份数计的如下组分:聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂95份,钙类催干剂4份,锆类催干剂8份,钴类催干剂5份,甲乙酮肟1.5份,荧光粉0.15份。
三防漆的制备方法如下:将聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂加入催干剂搅拌均匀,然后加入甲乙酮肟、荧光粉搅拌均匀得到三防漆。
聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:甲苯二异氰酸酯30份,六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯25份,醇酸树脂95份,一缩二乙二醇10份,D20溶剂油45份,乙醇5份。
聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂的制备方法如下:将醇酸树脂和甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯混合搅拌均匀,加热至90℃,反应1.5h;再加入一缩二乙二醇,降温至70℃,反应5.5h;加入D20溶剂油和乙醇,在60℃封端反应3.5h;冷却出料得到聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂。
