Abstract
一种密封轴承组件包含安装有球形外包覆面的外座圈(2a)的滚珠轴承(2)并设有安装此轴承用的球形孔(4a)的壳体(4),轴承还上有带锥形孔(2d)的内座圈环(2c)及设在其孔中的锥面夹紧套筒(3)和在轴承(2)一侧设置的法兰(11),该法兰具有一个孔(12),拧紧止动螺钉(13)使内座圈环(2c)沿夹紧套筒(3)移动,从而在内座圈环(2c)和套筒(3)之间及套筒(3)和支承轴承的轴(1)之间引起夹紧效应,孔(12)是与套筒轴线成锐角螺纹通孔,止动螺钉(13)设置得接触内座圈环(2c)的侧面。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及所谓的外球面轴承组件,该组件包含密封的单排深槽滚珠轴承和壳体,滚珠轴承具有外包覆表面为球形的外座圈,而壳体则设置有安装轴承的球形孔。这种轴承能容纳适度的初始不对中,但不允许有轴向运动。由于轴承将用于特殊应用,这样的轴承可以不同方式固定至轴上,诸如借助具有止动螺钉的锁紧轴环、接头套筒,以及适当的压配合。
背景技术
EP 0 235 366 B1和EP 0 388 378 B1均公开了一种用于自对准双排滚珠或滚轴轴承的轴承壳体组件。此组件包括具有纵向狭缝的锥形夹紧套筒和设置在轴承两侧的法兰。轴承内环的孔和套筒的外包覆表面均设置有配合锥形表面,而在所示实施例中,则为纵向长度不大的锯齿形楔牢表面。轴承在轴上的安装和拆卸是通过相互相对轴向移动轴承和夹紧套筒实现的。
轴向移动是以以下方式获得的,即夹紧套筒每侧的法兰轴向固定在套筒上,并设置有基本沿套筒纵向方向伸展的螺纹通孔,每一孔安装有止动螺钉,它能向着轴承拧入,从而将力直接或间接地传送给轴承内环。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供上述的这类外球面轴承组件,并装备有安装和连接装置,从而它可以安全的方法方便和精确地加以安装。
上述目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种轴承组件,该组件包含安装着有球形外包覆表面的外座圈环的密封单排深槽滚珠轴承,以及设置有安装此轴承用的球形孔的壳体,轴承还包含具有锥形孔的内座圈环和设置在内座圈环孔中的具有相应锥面的夹紧套筒,以及至少在轴承一侧设置的法兰,其中所述法兰至少具有一个孔,每个孔具有紧固装置,该紧固装置适用于在轴承内座圈环上产生一个使其沿着夹紧套筒移动的力,从而引起轴承环与套筒之间,以及套筒与轴承组件安装于其上的轴之间的夹紧效应,其特征在于,孔是一个与套筒的内包覆表面的轴向成锐角而伸展的螺纹通孔,而紧固装置是止动螺钉,它布置成直接接触轴承内座圈环的侧面。

具体实施方式
图1是圆柱轴1的部分视图,单排深槽滚珠轴承2通过锥形夹紧套筒3安装于其上,并位于轴承壳体4内。此类轴承2称为外球面轴承,它具有外座圈环2a,其外包覆表面2b为凸形曲面。壳体4具有凹形内包覆表面4a,其曲率半径与外座圈环2a的外包覆表面的曲率半径基本相同。深槽滚珠轴承构成此种外球面轴承,深槽滚珠轴承本身在轴承环之间既不能进行角向运动,也不能进行轴向运动,但由于所设置的外座圈环和壳体的曲形表面是配对的,因而允许在壳体和轴承之间可以有一些诸如由于长轴、热影响等引起的角向不对准。
轴承壳体4至少带有一个润滑孔5,它安装有加油嘴6,而在其内包覆表面具有环形润滑剂凹槽7。壳体4的下侧设计成支脚部分8,轴承壳体以此支脚部分8放置在平面上,并用诸如螺栓(未表示)等的连接装置连接于平面上,而所示实施例的相对侧具有凸形曲面的外包覆表面。
如上所述,所应用的轴承是一种深槽滚珠轴承,它具有外包覆表面26为曲面的外环2a。轴承还包括内座圈环2c,它具有略成锥形的内包覆表面2d,且其轴向长度大于外环的轴向长度。两个轴承环均具有凹槽,它们设置在相对包覆表面上,若干滚珠2e放置于这些凹槽中。唇状密封件9设置在轴承环凹槽部分轴向外侧的两侧上,在所示实例中,在密封件之一的外侧上设置了指形板10以保护密封唇。装置可有一块、两块,或没有这样的指形板。
内环2c的略成锥形内包覆表面2d与夹紧套筒3的相应锥形外包覆表面3a相配合,此夹紧套筒3具有圆柱形内包覆表面,并设置有纵向窄缝(图中未表示)。在所示实施例中,内座圈环2c和夹紧套筒3的相对表面2d和3a均设计成配对的锯齿形纵向截面剖面,以便夹紧表面具有尽可能小的径向延伸,从而将轴承组件的总尺寸降至最小。
在夹紧套筒3的一侧设置有径向向外突出的环形法兰11,它固定至套筒3上,从而至少在一个方向它不能相对套筒3进行轴向移动。在所示实施例中,这是由下述方法获得的,即单独的法兰具有一个内环形突台11a,它抵靠至设置于套筒3上的外环形台肩3b上。当然,即使为了生产理由,也为了不对套筒径向可压缩性起负面影响,图中所示的分开形式是较好的,但法兰仍可设计成套筒3的一个整体部分。
法兰11至少设计有一个螺纹通孔12,它与套筒3的内包覆表面的轴向成锐角α而布置。最好在法兰中有多个这样的孔,这时,这些孔布置在均匀分隔的位置上。
在每个通孔12中设置了止动螺钉13,当所述螺钉(螺钉组)拧入至它们的孔中时,每个螺钉的前端将直接压靠内座圈环2c的侧面,从而推动内座圈环2c沿安装方向移动,增加本身、夹紧套筒3及轴1之间的夹紧效果。这样,应用简单、有效的方法获得了外球面轴承组件的安全的安装和夹持,这可作为绝大多数这种轴承应用的标准。
此外,止动螺钉13中心孔的倾斜布置更提供了若干进一步优点。
例如,倾斜放置中心孔12具有能对用于拧紧止动螺钉的工具提供较适宜空间的优点。此外,基本消除了将夹紧套筒和/或法兰以及轴承内环扭变形的风险。与表面压紧力相比抬高力要较小,这也可能更好地配合夹紧力。最后,还可看出,整件由密封轴承、轴承壳体、夹紧套筒及其带有止动螺钉的法兰构成的组件可作为整装组件进行发送和处理,从而大大减少需处理的零件数目。
图2所示实施例与图1中的不同在于,法兰11除了其内环形突台11a外,还具有第二内环形突台11b,此突台11b布置于第一环形突台11a的轴向外侧,用于包住套筒3的外端。借助此第二突台11b,连接的拆卸得以简化,因为当拧松止动螺钉13时,如果法兰11受到轴向向着轴承的冲击,套筒3将沿着轴向移动。从而相对轴以及轴承内座圈环移动套筒3就是一件容易的事,因为套筒与轴承环之间的夹紧将停止或至少大大降低。
本发明并不限于结合附图展示和说明的实施例,而是可在所附权利要求的范围内进行各种细节及部件的改变。
Claims (5)
1.一种轴承组件,该组件包含安装着有球形外包覆表面(2b)的外座圈环(2a)的密封单排深槽滚珠轴承(2),以及设置有安装此轴承用的球形孔(4a)的壳体(4),轴承还包含具有锥形孔(2d)的内座圈环(2c)和设置在内座圈环(2c)孔中的具有相应锥面的夹紧套筒(3),以及至少在轴承(2)一侧设置的法兰(11),其中所述法兰至少具有一个孔(12),每个孔具有紧固装置(13),该紧固装置(13)适用于在轴承内座圈环(2c)上产生一个使其沿着夹紧套筒(3)移动的力,从而引起轴承环(2c)与套筒(3)之间,以及套筒(3)与轴承组件安装于其上的轴(1)之间的夹紧效应,其特征在于,
孔(12)是一个与套筒(3)的内包覆表面的轴向成锐角而伸展的螺纹通孔,而紧固装置是止动螺钉(13),它布置成直接接触轴承内座圈环(2c)的侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,内座圈环(2c)和夹紧套筒(3)的相对表面(2d,3a)是小纵向长度的锯齿形楔入表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,轴承设置有阻挡唇状密封件(9)。
4.如权利要求3所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,每一件唇状密封件(9)均由设置在轴承(2)轴向上密封件外侧的指形板(10)加以防护。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,法兰(11)设置有装置(11a,11b),用于相互连接法兰(11)和夹紧套筒,以确使夹紧套筒(3)追随法兰(11)沿着轴(1)的轴向运动而运动。
