screening out a history ticket which is the same as the operation task of the new ticket to be checked;
comparing the difference between the operation content of the new ticket and the operation content of the screened historical ticket, and marking out the part with the difference between the new ticket and the screened historical ticket so as to remind a dispatcher of paying attention to the operation content with the difference;
the step of comparing the operation content of the new ticket with the operation content of the screened historical ticket comprises the following steps:
the screened historical tickets are subjected to the following operation with the new tickets one by one to finish difference comparison:
acquiring an operation item in the new ticket, and traversing and inquiring whether the history ticket has the operation item consistent with the operation task;
if the operation items are consistent, comparing whether the ordered units of the operation items in the new ticket and the history ticket are consistent, otherwise, marking that the operation items in the new ticket are not successfully matched;
if the ordered units are consistent, marking that the new ticket is successfully matched with the operation item in the history ticket, otherwise, marking that the operation item in the new ticket is not successfully matched;
acquiring the next operation item in the new ticket for matching;
calculating the similarity between the screened historical ticket and the new ticket; the step of calculating the similarity between the screened historical ticket and the new ticket comprises the following steps:

3. The method of claim 2, wherein setting the query conditions comprises: the time period for which the history ticket of the query is located is set.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the marking out the portion of the new ticket that is different from the screened out history ticket comprises: marking out the part with difference between the new ticket and the screened historical ticket by using a striking color.
5. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of one of claims 1-4 when executing the program.
6. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method of one of claims 1-4.
