Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an intelligent ticketing method according to another embodiment of the present invention. The work content of the overhaul ticket is subjected to word segmentation, semantic analysis processing and the like through a word segmenter to generate a structured object which can be identified by an operation ticket system; then, the operation order system calls an expert knowledge base and an order-forming inference machine to intelligently generate an operation order. The specific process comprises the following steps: a. a service application documentation file is obtained. b. And the word segmentation device stores the word segmentation result of the overhaul content through data cleaning and screening. c. The semantic analysis module is used for carrying out annotation analysis on the word segmentation structure of the warehousing overhaul content to obtain a structural object associated with the power grid model; and when the analysis fails, returning to the step b for algorithm adjustment. d. And interacting the analysis result with an operation ticket system ticket forming module according to an operation ticket system interface format. e. And the label analysis module 230 is configured to perform label analysis according to the word segmentation result to obtain a structured object associated with the power grid model.
And the invoicing module 240 is used for matching the invoicing template according to the structured object to finish invoicing.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent ticketing system according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, the word segmentation processing module 220 includes a data cleaning unit 221 and a word segmentation unit 222, where the data cleaning unit 221 is configured to perform data cleaning according to the to-be-ticketed maintenance application information to obtain correction data, and the word segmentation unit 222 is configured to perform word segmentation according to the correction data to obtain a word segmentation result of the maintenance content.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data cleaning comprises missing value cleaning, format content cleaning, logic error cleaning and non-demand data cleaning; the missing value cleaning comprises determining a missing value range, removing unnecessary fields, filling missing contents and re-fetching, the format content cleaning comprises removing numerical values and redundant characters which are inconsistent in digital format display, and the logic error cleaning comprises removing contradictory numerical values and correcting contradictory contents.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the word segmentation processing module 220 is further configured to perform word segmentation processing on the pending ticket inspection application information by using a maximum matching algorithm, so as to obtain a word segmentation result of the inspection content; the maximum matching algorithm comprises forward maximum matching, reverse maximum matching and bidirectional matching.
The intelligent ticketing system provided by the embodiment of the invention can automatically acquire the published maintenance application document text file in real time and perform word segmentation analysis, the result shows that the analysis accuracy is higher than 90%, and the accurately analyzed maintenance ticket can intelligently generate an operation ticket meeting the scheduling specification, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of a dispatcher.
In order to verify the technical effect adopted in the embodiment of the invention, the text filtering method based on the k nearest neighbor classification algorithm and the manual work ticket writing method selected in the embodiment are compared and tested with the method, and the experimental results are compared by means of scientific demonstration to verify the real effect of the method.
In order to verify that the method has higher efficiency and classification accuracy compared with the traditional method, the method respectively measures and compares the accuracy and efficiency of the work ticket forming by adopting the traditional method and the method in real time. The first traditional method comprises the following steps: a text filtering method based on a k nearest neighbor classification algorithm comprises the following steps of: a method for manually operating a handwritten work ticket. From tables 1-4, it can be seen that the method of the present invention is far more efficient than the first conventional method, and the efficiency and accuracy of the method of the present invention are far greater than the second conventional method, although the accuracy of the method is very close to that of the first conventional method.
Aiming at the practical problems that the overhaul application form is large in text quantity, is not associated with an operation ticket system and does not have an intelligent ticket forming function, the embodiment of the invention designs a word segmentation device based on FMM and RMM by researching a text word segmentation technology based on a maximum rule matching algorithm, constructs an overhaul content text word segmentation device and a semantic analysis module, designs and realizes an automatic interaction mode with the intelligent operation ticket system, finally realizes the intelligent ticket forming of the overhaul application form, and lightens the working intensity of a regulator. In subsequent work, research needs to be carried out on equipment name fuzzy word segmentation analysis and unknown word recognition algorithms, and a method is provided for analyzing scheduling service related texts and operation order instructions. The neural network models for natural language processing are mainly RNN and LSTM, where RNN can take into account the context information of the sequence, but the components of the gradient vector of RNN may grow exponentially or disappear on long sequences during training. The LSTM can solve the RNN gradient problem and introduce a caching mechanism to capture the overall semantic information in the operation ticket text.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer terminal device, including one or more processors and a memory. The memory is coupled to the processor for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the intelligent ticketing method as in any of the above embodiments.
The processor is used for controlling the overall operation of the computer terminal equipment so as to complete all or part of the steps of the intelligent ticketing method. The memory is used to store various types of data to support the operation at the computer terminal device, which data may include, for example, instructions for any application or method operating on the computer terminal device, as well as application-related data. The Memory may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk, or optical disk.
In an exemplary embodiment, the computer terminal Device may be implemented by one or more Application Specific 1 integrated circuits (AS 1C), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other electronic components, for performing the above-mentioned intelligent ticketing method, and achieving technical effects consistent with the above-mentioned method.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the intelligent ticketing method in any of the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the above-mentioned memory including program instructions executable by a processor of a computer terminal device to perform the above-mentioned intelligent ticketing method, and to achieve the technical effects consistent with the above-mentioned method.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent ticketing method, comprising:
acquiring to-be-ticketed overhaul application information;
performing word segmentation processing according to the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information to obtain word segmentation results of overhaul contents;
performing label analysis according to the word segmentation result to obtain a structured object associated with the power grid model;
and matching an invoicing template according to the structured object to finish invoicing.
2. The intelligent ticketing method of claim 1, wherein the performing a word segmentation process according to the to-be-ticketed service application information to obtain a word segmentation result of service content comprises:
carrying out data cleaning according to the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information to obtain correction data;
and performing word segmentation processing according to the correction data to obtain a word segmentation result of the overhaul content.
3. The intelligent ticketing method of claim 2, wherein said data cleansing comprises missing value cleansing, format content cleansing, logical error cleansing, and non-demand data cleansing; the missing value cleaning comprises determining a missing value range, removing unnecessary fields, filling missing content and re-fetching, the format content cleaning comprises removing numerical values and redundant characters which are inconsistent in digital format display, and the logic error cleaning comprises removing contradictory numerical values and correcting contradictory content.
4. The intelligent ticketing method of claim 1, wherein the performing a word segmentation process according to the to-be-ticketed service application information to obtain a word segmentation result of service content comprises:
performing word segmentation processing on the to-be-ticketed maintenance application information by adopting a maximum matching algorithm to obtain a word segmentation result of maintenance content; wherein the maximum matching algorithm comprises forward maximum matching, reverse maximum matching and bidirectional matching.
5. An intelligent ticketing system, comprising:
the application information acquisition module is used for acquiring the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information;
the word segmentation processing module is used for carrying out word segmentation processing according to the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information to obtain a word segmentation result of overhaul contents;
the label analysis module is used for carrying out label analysis according to the word segmentation result to obtain a structural object associated with the power grid model;
and the billing module is used for matching a billing template according to the structured object to complete billing.
6. The intelligent ticketing system of claim 5, wherein said segmentation processing module comprises:
the data cleaning unit is used for cleaning data according to the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information to obtain correction data;
and the word segmentation unit is used for performing word segmentation processing according to the correction data to obtain a word segmentation result of the overhaul content.

The intelligent ticketing system of claim 6, wherein said data cleansing comprises missing value cleansing, format content cleansing, logical error cleansing, and non-demand data cleansing; the missing value cleaning comprises determining a missing value range, removing unnecessary fields, filling missing content and re-fetching, the format content cleaning comprises removing numerical values and redundant characters which are inconsistent in digital format display, and the logic error cleaning comprises removing contradictory numerical values and correcting contradictory content.

The intelligent ticketing system of claim 5, wherein the word segmentation processing module is further configured to perform word segmentation processing on the to-be-ticketed overhaul application information by using a maximum matching algorithm to obtain a word segmentation result of overhaul content; wherein the maximum matching algorithm comprises forward maximum matching, reverse maximum matching and bidirectional matching.
9. A computer terminal device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory coupled to the processor for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the intelligent ticketing method of any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the intelligent ticketing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
