背景技术:
导电布是以纤维布(一般常用聚酯纤维布)为基材,经过前置处理后施以电镀金属镀层使其具有金属特性而成为导电纤维布。
可用于从事电子,电磁等高辐射工作的专业屏蔽工作服,屏蔽室专用屏蔽布;IT行业屏蔽件专用布,当下流行触屏手套,防辐射窗帘等。导电布衬垫采用高导电性和防腐蚀性的导电布,内包高弹性的PU泡棉,经过精密加工而成。导电布衬垫具有良好的电磁波屏蔽效果。可按照客户要求加工各种不同形状和尺寸,广泛用于各种电子产品的EMI/EMC防治。
导电布材料是在聚酯纤维上,先化学沉积或金属物理转移金属镍到聚酯纤维上,在镍上再镀上高导电性的铜层,在铜层上再电镀上防氧化机防腐蚀的镍金属,铜和镍结合提供了极佳的导电性和良好的电磁屏蔽效果,屏蔽范围在100K-3GHz。导电布衬垫适用于各种电子设备的电磁屏蔽,防静电(ESD)和接地等场合。它的形式多样,广泛用于通讯、计算机、自动控制设备和手机等产品上。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布,适用于通讯行业屏蔽线,本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布,包括具体技术方案如下:一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布的生产方法,
步骤一:选料:选取由聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料,且该基底布料的厚度为0.04mm~0.055mm,宽度为1100mm~1500mm;
步骤二:镀膜:通过镀膜技术在基底布料的正面进行镀膜,所述基底布料的正面从内至外依次阻燃层、降温层、金属层和阻燃层,所述金属层包括第一镍层、铜层和第二镍层,基底布料正面镀膜完毕后对基底布料的反面进行同理镀膜,所述基底布料正反面所镀的降温层为天然矿物质层;
步骤三:阻燃层包括质量分数如下的组分:滑石粉10-13份、铝酸钙1-2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡4-5份、全氟丁基磺酸钾0.4-1份、环氧大豆油2-3份、聚氯乙烯100-130份、聚苯乙烯20-27份、一水次磷酸钠3-4份、多聚甲醛2-3份、35-37%的盐酸0.2-0.3份、氯化螺环磷酸酯4-6份、六水合氯化铝5-7份、三乙胺0.1-0.2份、钛酸四丁酯2-3份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.1-0.4份、硫酸镁1-2份、羟乙基纤维素0.8-1份、乳糖酸钙2-3份、乙酸1-2份;将所述物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.0-8.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于基底布料,热压条件为80-120℃,15-30s,阻燃层厚度10-15微米。
步骤四:镍层和铜层镀层方法为:电镀镍层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化镍20-30份、次磷酸钠20-30份、羧甲基纤维素钠30-40份、乙酸钠5-10份、苯基二磺酸钠0.5-1份,镀镍后第一镍层的厚度为10-15微米,第二镍层厚度5-10微米。
镀铜层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化铜3.5-4.5份、硫酸铜1.5-2份、乙二胺四乙酸钠15-20份,丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠10-20份,苯基二硫丙烷磺酸钠0.5-2份,使用NaOH调节pH值至7.0-8.0,电镀时温度为55-60摄氏度,电镀时间为1h-1.5h,镀铜后铜层的厚度为10-20微米。
步骤五:外层阻燃层制备方法同步骤三,将阻燃层物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.0-8.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于金属层,热压条件为120-160℃,20-30S,阻燃层厚度5-15微米。

在此基础上,所述步骤一中所述聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料还包括散热层,所述散热层为植物纤维织成的织物,所述植物纤维包括棉纤维和其他植物纤维,其中棉纤维的质量分数占比为45%~80%,其他植物纤维的总质量分数占比为20%~55%,所述其他植物纤维包括稻草纤维、和/或芦苇纤维、和/或蔗纤维、和/或麦秆纤维。

本发明阻燃屏蔽线导电布具有很好的阻燃防火性能,本发明先选取具有散热层聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料,后进行阻燃层及镀膜层交替相连,镀膜层又有镀镍层、镀铜层,也进一步提高该复合材料在成品屏蔽线导电布中的分散性及抗阻燃性,本发明中的散热层织物的每根经纬纱宽度大于基底布料的每根经纬纱的宽度,散热层织物的经纬纱宽度较宽松,有助于散热,另外散热层织物的经纬纱的纵横间距大于基底布料经纬纱纵横间距,既能高效散热又不会影响导电布的导电性能。该复合材料的阻燃机理为:当基底布料在燃烧过程中,阻燃层在聚合物熔体表面聚集,并形成网状结构的层状结构,这些网状层状致密且几乎无孔洞,有效的防止了在燃烧时外部热量和氧气的进入,从而可以有效的降低热释放速率和质量损失速率,而金属层可以包覆在阻燃层表面,其分解产物有助于阻燃层形成更为致密的网状结构层,金属层镀膜层隔绝燃烧区及外界中中的氧气和可燃气体,起到气相阻燃的效果,提高成品材料的阻燃性能。

步骤三:阻燃层包括质量分数如下的组分:滑石粉10份、铝酸钙1份、聚四氟乙烯蜡4份、全氟丁基磺酸钾0.5份、环氧大豆油2份、聚氯乙烯100份、聚苯乙烯20份、一水次磷酸钠3份、多聚甲醛2份、35-37%的盐酸0.2份、氯化螺环磷酸酯4份、六水合氯化铝5份、三乙胺0.1份、钛酸四丁酯2份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.1份、硫酸镁1份、羟乙基纤维素0.8份、乳糖酸钙2份、乙酸1份;将所述物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于基底布料,热压条件为100℃,20s,阻燃层厚度10微米。
步骤四:镍层和铜层镀层方法为:电镀镍层中所采用的电镀液包括如下质量分数组分:氯化镍20份、次磷酸钠21份、羧甲基纤维素钠30份、乙酸钠5份、苯基二磺酸钠0.5份,镀镍后第一镍层的厚度为12微米,第二镍层厚度6微米。
镀铜层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化铜3.5份、硫酸铜1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸钠15份,丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠10份,苯基二硫丙烷磺酸钠0.5份,使用NaOH调节pH值至7.0,电镀时温度为55-60摄氏度,电镀时间为1h,镀铜后铜层的厚度为15微米。
步骤五:外层阻燃层制备方法同步骤三,将阻燃层物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.5,后将阻燃层热压粘结于金属层,热压条件为140℃,20S,阻燃层厚度10微米。
步骤六:热压:通过热压机对导电布进行多次热压,热压完毕后进行磨光,制成双面导电布,热压条件为:120℃,30S。
在此基础上,所述步骤二中的天然矿物质层为天然玉石粉、滑石粉和云母粉的混合物,其中天然玉石粉的质量分数占比为10%,滑石粉的质量分数占比为40%,云母粉的质量分数占比为20%。
在此基础上,所述步骤一中所述聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料还包括散热层,所述散热层为植物纤维织成的织物,所述植物纤维包括棉纤维和其他植物纤维,其中棉纤维的质量分数占比为45%,其他植物纤维的总质量分数占比为20%,所述其他植物纤维包括稻草纤维、和芦苇纤维。
在此基础上,所述散热层织物的每根经纬纱宽度大于基底布料的每根经纬纱的宽度。
在此基础上,所述散热层织物的经纬纱的纵横间距大于基底布料经纬纱纵横间距。
实施例2:
一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布;
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布,包括具体技术方案如下:一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布的生产方法,
步骤一:选料:选取由聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料,且该基底布料的厚度为0.055mm,宽度为1500mm;
步骤二:镀膜:通过镀膜技术在基底布料的正面进行镀膜,所述基底布料的正面从内至外依次阻燃层、降温层、金属层和阻燃层,所述金属层包括第一镍层、铜层和第二镍层,基底布料正面镀膜完毕后对基底布料的反面进行同理镀膜,所述基底布料正反面所镀的降温层为天然矿物质层;
步骤三:阻燃层包括质量分数如下的组分:滑石粉13份、铝酸钙2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡5份、全氟丁基磺酸钾1份、环氧大豆油3份、聚氯乙烯100份、聚苯乙烯20份、一水次磷酸钠4份、多聚甲醛3份、35-37%的盐酸0.3份、氯化螺环磷酸酯6份、六水合氯化铝7份、三乙胺0.1份、钛酸四丁酯2份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.1份、硫酸镁2份、羟乙基纤维素0.8份、乳糖酸钙3份、乙酸2份;将所述物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.5,后将阻燃层热压粘结于基底布料,热压条件为120℃,15s,阻燃层厚度12微米。
步骤四:镍层和铜层镀层方法为:电镀镍层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化镍21份、次磷酸钠22份、羧甲基纤维素钠30份、乙酸钠6份、苯基二磺酸钠1份,镀镍后第一镍层的厚度为10微米,第二镍层厚度10微米。
镀铜层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化铜3.5份、硫酸铜2份、乙二胺四乙酸钠16份,丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠12份,苯基二硫丙烷磺酸钠2份,使用NaOH调节pH值至7.5,电镀时温度为55-60摄氏度,电镀时间为1.5h,镀铜后铜层的厚度为15微米。
步骤五:外层阻燃层制备方法同步骤三,将阻燃层物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至8.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于金属层,热压条件为140℃,30S,阻燃层厚度8微米。
步骤六:热压:通过热压机对导电布进行多次热压,热压完毕后进行磨光,制成双面导电布,热压条件为:160℃,20S。
在此基础上,所述步骤二中的天然矿物质层为天然玉石粉、滑石粉和云母粉的混合物,其中天然玉石粉的质量分数占比为15%,滑石粉的质量分数占比为45%,云母粉的质量分数占比为35%。
在此基础上,所述步骤一中所述聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料还包括散热层,所述散热层为植物纤维织成的织物,所述植物纤维包括棉纤维和其他植物纤维,其中棉纤维的质量分数占比为55%,其他植物纤维的总质量分数占比为40%,所述其他植物纤维包括稻草纤维、和/或芦苇纤维、和/或蔗纤维、和/或麦秆纤维。
在此基础上,所述散热层织物的每根经纬纱宽度大于基底布料的每根经纬纱的宽度。
在此基础上,所述散热层织物的经纬纱的纵横间距大于基底布料经纬纱纵横间距。
对本发明提供的实施例中分别进行试验考察,将实施例1和实施例2制备阻燃屏蔽线导电布进行考察,结果如表1所示;

其中阻燃级别分为:
HB:UL94标准中最底的阻燃等级。要求对于3到13毫米厚的样品,燃烧速度小于40毫米每分钟;小于3毫米厚的样品,燃烧速度小于70毫米每分钟;或者在100毫米的标志前熄灭。
V-2:对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,火焰在60秒内熄灭。可以有燃烧物掉下。
V-1:对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,火焰在60秒内熄灭。不能有燃烧物掉下。
V-0:对样品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,火焰在30秒内熄灭。不能有燃烧物掉下。
由以上结果显示:本发明制备阻燃屏蔽线导电布阻燃防火性能,发明先选取具有散热层聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料,后进行阻燃层及镀膜层交替相连,镀膜层又有镀镍层、镀铜层,也进一步提高该复合材料在成品屏蔽线导电布中的分散性,本发明中的散热层既能高效散热又不会影响导电布的导电性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种阻燃屏蔽线导电布,其特征在于:阻燃屏蔽线导电布的生产方法为:
步骤一:选料:选取由聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料,且该基底布料的厚度为0.04mm~0.055mm,宽度为1100mm~1500mm;
步骤二:镀膜:通过镀膜技术在基底布料的正面进行镀膜,所述基底布料的正面从内至外依次阻燃层、降温层、金属层和阻燃层,所述金属层包括第一镍层、铜层和第二镍层,基底布料正面镀膜完毕后对基底布料的反面进行同理镀膜,所述基底布料正反面所镀的降温层为天然矿物质层;
步骤三:阻燃层包括质量分数如下的组分:滑石粉10-13份、铝酸钙1-2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡4-5份、全氟丁基磺酸钾0.4-1份、环氧大豆油2-3份、聚氯乙烯100-130份、聚苯乙烯20-27份、一水次磷酸钠3-4份、多聚甲醛2-3份、35-37%的盐酸0.2-0.3份、氯化螺环磷酸酯4-6份、六水合氯化铝5-7份、三乙胺0.1-0.2份、钛酸四丁酯2-3份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.1-0.4份、硫酸镁1-2份、羟乙基纤维素0.8-1份、乳糖酸钙2-3份、乙酸1-2份;将所述物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.0-8.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于基底布料,热压条件为80-120℃,15-30s,阻燃层厚度10-15微米;
步骤四:镍层和铜层镀层方法为:电镀镍层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化镍20-30份、次磷酸钠20-30份、羧甲基纤维素钠30-40份、乙酸钠5-10份、苯基二磺酸钠0.5-1份,镀镍后第一镍层的厚度为10-15微米,第二镍层厚度5-10微米;
镀铜层中所采用的电镀液包括:氯化铜3.5-4.5份、硫酸铜1.5-2份、乙二胺四乙酸钠15-20份,丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠10-20份,苯基二硫丙烷磺酸钠0.5-2份,使用NaOH调节pH值至7.0-8.0,电镀时温度为55-60摄氏度,电镀时间为1h-1.5h,镀铜后铜层的厚度为10-20微米;
步骤五:外层阻燃层制备方法同步骤三,将阻燃层物料混合均匀,并用氢氧化钠调节PH至7.0-8.0,后将阻燃层热压粘结于金属层,热压条件为120-160℃,20-30S,阻燃层厚度5-15微米;
步骤六:热压:通过热压机对导电布进行多次热压,热压完毕后进行磨光,制成双面导电布,热压条件为:120-160℃,20-30S。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃屏蔽线导电布,其特征在于:在此基础上,所述步骤一中所述聚酯纤维织成的布料为基底布料还包括散热层,所述散热层为植物纤维织成的织物,所述植物纤维包括棉纤维和其他植物纤维,其中棉纤维的质量分数占比为45%~80%,其他植物纤维的总质量分数占比为20%~55%,所述其他植物纤维包括稻草纤维、和/或芦苇纤维、和/或蔗纤维、和/或麦秆纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃屏蔽线导电布,其特征在于:在此基础上,所述步骤二中的天然矿物质层为天然玉石粉、滑石粉和云母粉的混合物,其中天然玉石粉的质量分数占比为10%~15%,滑石粉的质量分数占比为40%~60%,云母粉的质量分数占比为20%~50%。
